Just returned from here, place was spotless, family friendly and Jim and Sue are always around if needed. They work hard around the clock to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Good value for money, spotlessly clean and friendly welcoming staff. Good location for seafront, trams and pleasure beach.

Had a lovely stay at the ocean bay hotel — we stayed for 6 nights, the room was spotless, lovely quiet area but perfect distance from all of the piers etc.
My wife loved the fact that we had complimentary make up wipes in the bathroom, it was a lovely touch!
We had an amazing sea view and the children loved looking at the illuminations from the bedroom window! We will definitely book here again! Thankyou all.

We stayed here for 2 nights, can’t recommend this hotel enough. The rooms was spotless, relaxed bar area to have a drink, the breakfast was lovely and came very fast, there was snooker tablet, air hockey to keep the kids entertained too. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff always there to help.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, great breakfast clean rooms and great host, couldn’t do enough for us we came with a coach full and the lady was superb from breakfast to late night drinks amazing definitely recommend.

The 3 of us had a great weekend in Blackpool staying here,, Sue and Jim were great, very welcoming and friendly, loved staying here, very clean, lovely standards, beautiful breakfast, would definitely recommend, and will definitely be back, thanks.

We stayed on the Saturday night just gone & what an absolutely lovely hotel! The Lady owner (Sue) is a credit to this hotel — very friendly & lovely to speak with, you straight away feel welcome with Sue. The Hotel is lovely, perfect if you don't want to be in the centre of Blackpool but still in Blackpool. The room was absolutely gorgeous — we fell in love with it (11, would love our room like this! ). You get free complimentary toiletries & even a pack of face wipes which I thought was lovely. There's a bar, dining area which is open 24/7 for you to eat your meals that you bring from outside in. There's a lovely little sun lounge area at the front also which has a homely feeling about it. There's a lovely atmosphere here. I couldn't fault this hotel at all, would definitely recommend and we certainly will be returning x.

Just left our very first stay at Ocean Bay and we will definatley be returning again! Wonderful service, yummy breaky and very clean! Highly recommend to others!

We have had a lovely stay here from 20th till 23rd of may. Rooms really comfortable and spotless. Breakfast fantastic. Sue and Jim lovely hosts make you feel really welcome. Ideal location with tram stop across the road great night sleep. Highly recommended will certainly return again in the future.

My wife an I had a great mini break at this hotel. Cant fault it, the owners are so friendly and helpful. Its one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in, The room had great views and we had a cracking breakfast. I have already recommended my family and friends.

A fantastic little hotel. Beautiful refurbished rooms, good food and excellent hosts who couldn't do enough. Brave enough to take a booking for a young football team (under 13s). Made a good weekend a great weekend, would definitely recommend and will be going back again ourselves.

Stayed here for the first time last night, and really enjoyed my stay. The room was lovely and had everything you would want. Made to feel very welcome, would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Blackpool. Nicky.

Love this hotel, friendly owners who go above and beyond. I came here with my partner last year and loved it. Retuned this year for my birthday and the owners couldn’t have been nicer. Even a free pint for my bday!
It’s close to everything and close to the tram stop. Great breakfasts and clean rooms. Highly recommend.

Went with 3 grandchildren for a Blackpool adventure in last year and they still haven't stopped talking about it — with your hotel featuring as strongly as the pleasure beach. One in particular keeps asking when we are going to 'stay with Sue' again. You made us all feel so welcome, the hotel is located on the seafront and within a short walking distance of the pleasure beach and tram stops — so is ideally located for families, the room was spotless and breakfast tailored to adults and children alike. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Blackpool or the surrounding area!

My hubby and I stayed at the ocean bay for two nights, it was immaculately clean, the en suite room we had was lovely, everything we needed was there. We even had a sea view. Sue and Jim were welcoming, friendly and beyond helpful. Sues breakfast was excellent, everything was available and there was a massive choice. We won't be staying anywhere else when we visit Blackpool, this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. Thanks again Sue and Jim for a lovely stay. Regards Trish and Tony Mckibbin.

Stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 nights. Booked it Friday morning and we were there for Friday afternoon. Sue met us as we arrived and what a lovely lady she was. Taken to our room which was a sea view and could not fault. Their breakfasts were fab, from a cooked full English to toast, cereals and fruit juice. Sue and Jim made us feel very welcome and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Thanks again xxx.

Beautiful place and lovely staff.

Lovely atmosphere, lovely couple, great breakfast, guests very friendly, room small but catered for exactly what we asked for and cleaned every day! Nothing was too much for for Sue or Jim! Would highly recommend. Lovely weekend, Thankyou! Oh and our daughter got stuck in the toilet, she panicked but they were there straight away and unlocked the door! Funny, although our daughter didn't think so.
