We would highly recommend this hotel. We had an adapted room which was very spacious. It had a desk with two plug points with usb points it also had a wardrobe with a handle to pull the hanging rail down for those in a wheelchair. It also had a TV a kettle and a good choice of teas & coffees. They also provided an iron with ironing board & a hairdryer. There was plug/usb points next to the bed. The wet room catered for someone that needs wheelchair access or those that are able to stand there is a pull down seat in the walk-in shower & shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The breakfast was lovely. It’s in a buffet style that you serve yourself there is plenty to choose from in the cooked option. They also provide cereals, yogurts, pastries and an option to make your own waffles or pancakes. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit Blackpool.

MOST RUDE UNHELPFUL staff I have ever come across! Appalled by the way the reception staff spoke to both me and my boyfriend when going to them for help, when asked for the manager was laughed at down the phone by immature staff who would not give me there name to complain and lied about who was the manager! Would NEVER book this hotel or recommend it! Actually disgusted.

Stayed here for a week early October 2020 for business. Nicely sized room with a good sized en-suite shower room. Place was clean and staff friendly and helpful. That's the good bit. Watch out for the parking scam! There is a hotel car park at the rear which is run by Parking Eye on behalf of the hotel. Signage says it is £12 per day and to register at hotel reception. It was busy at 5pm when I arrived and after the queue worked forward, I spoke to the receptionist after around 10 minutes, who explained that the parking was chargeable but there were free spaces at the front of the hotel. Also stating the rear car park was free for 20 minutes for loading unloading and drop-off but if I intended leaving the car there I would need to register. So I said I'd move the car, dropped bags off in room and then went straight out and moved car to the front of hotel.
Just received a parking charge for £100 for a parking of total time 22 minutes. It's not 20 minutes from speaking to reception, they photograph you entering the car park and the timer starts, photographing you again on departure. It stinks and £100 for 2 minutes is daylight robbery, especially as driving in and actually parking into a space and pulling back out probably equated to the couple of minutes anyway. I'm currently appealing but a word of warning to others. The signage is ambiguous and reads like a Microsoft EULA. It's designed to mislead.

Only thing not to happy about was the breakfast it was Luke warm we like hot food service slow but through no fault of the staff they were running around like headless chicken they were so busy but that is down to management just not enough staff.

Myself, my husband and our 7 year old stayed two nights at the Hampton by Hilton this week and had a lovely stay.
The hotel is lovely, bright and clean. Staff are polite, chatty, happy and will do anything too help.
We had a lovely spacious sea view room and it was perfectly clean.
We had breakfast which had lots of choice, we also had evening meal
Which was delicious! We will definitely be visiting again!

Just back from a family weekend away and I have nothing but respect for the hard work all the staff and management team did.

Stayed for one night as a family of 3. Hotel staff very polite and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. My son was very happy to have a double bed even though it was a sofa bed he said it was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and even though the coffee at breakfast was out of a machine it was very nice. Managed to get parked on the road in front of the hotel so didn't have to pay for parking. Would definitely stay again and would recommend hotel to family and friends.

Lovely well appointed room and en suite. Very comfortable bed. Easy chair with foot stool for sitting as an alternative to lying on the bed. I also like the lounge/reception area where there is plenty of room to sit and relax, so you're not confined to the room.

Very very poor hotel. Stayed 2 nights they didn't vac rooms or change towels. Tried to charge £24 pound for parking we didn't park within the hotel. And the amount of dust we encountered was just disgraceful. After speaking to reception staff who said they would sort it. It was still there when we checked out. Far cleaner places to staff advice is book premier inn or Travel lodge. To say this is such a new hotel they cannot even seem to get the basics right. Took photos but cannot seem to attach them to this post.

I Was lucky enough to win your facebook competition winning 2 Britney tickets for September the 1st 2018 and a hotel stay it was absolutely fantastic Our hotel stay was very enjoyable with great customer service from everyone we met. The room was clean and in perfect condition, the bed was so comfy we didn't want to leave, The breakfast in the morning was so yummy and had plenty of different choices the American style waffle was definitely my fave. Thank you for a fantastic stay we hope to visit you again in The future and definitely recommend visiting here if you need a place to stay while in Blackpool :)

Dreadful stay which was such a shame as had high hopes. What's the best way to get in contact with your customer services about my stay here please?

Had three day break here last week. Was unable to check in until 4pm as room wasn't ready. Hotel was full and in my opinion there are not enough staff cleaning rooms. On Thursday one of the warmest days we came back to our room about 3.15pm as my husband wanted to lie down as he wasn't feeling too great, only to find the room hadn't been cleaned. Asked the maid for some milk and told her not to bother cleaning room now as my husband was lying down. We also found it a bit too far out having to take trams which cost a fortune to get about. If you park in hotel it costs £12 per day. We got 96 hours for £20 in the car park next door and you can come and go as often as you like. Certainly not 4 star get better abroad. Wouldn't go back to Blackpool again anyway it has lost its sparkle and is so dirty and tired looking.

About time! A classy place to stay in Blackpool! Fantastic and friendly welcome, nothing was any trouble staff were fantastic especially with our daughter Good value includes breakfast, this going to be our place to stay in Blackpool,

It will be nice to see this New Hotel open in June 2018 great addition to Blackpool South Beach.

Excellent location close to public transport routes and local shops. Not far from the theme park. The rooms are large airy and decorated tastefully. I didn't use the room service so I can't comment. All in all a great place to stay.
