Excellent hotel very clean and rooms are lovely and the food was fantastic and so was the entertainment I’d defo come back.

Wonderful staff, excellent food. Extremely friendly atmosphere. Hotel itself is spotless and more than reasonable prices and tariffs.

Extremely good value for money, spotlessly clean and the proprietors are helpful and friendly. Booking direct gets you a very tasty free breakfast, which is offered over the length of your stay. We rate our stay there as 10/10 and as Arnold Schwarzenegger says: I'll be back.

Returned home yesterday from staying at the Corona. Would 100% recommend this hotel its immaculate, excellent breakfast and Richard & Paul are super friendly. Well done guys⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just back from a great stay, the hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean, had a single room, which was ideal for me, everything provided. Was made really welcome and the owners were so friendly. Great service and enjoyed a great full English breakfast before setting off home would certainly go again.

My son and I returned home today after staying for 2 nights. We had an amazing time and were really reassured by the new social distancing measures in place. Breakfast was tasty, plenty to choose from. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Our weekend had started off bad as we had originally been staying somewhere else and left just after checking in. We found ourselves at 5pm rushing to find a dog friendly hotel to take us for the weekend, we came across the Corona and spoke to Richard on the phone who sorted us a booking straight away. On arrival we were overwhelmed by the kindness we received both to us and our doggy Bailey. Richard and Paul are amazing hosts! Could not fault them. The room was fantastic, spotlessly clean and comfy bed. And the breakfast! Was out of this world! Nicest we have had whilst being away. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard and Paul, they went out of their way for all guests. They even took our doggy for a walk whilst we ate out at a show for our birthday. This is just one way they went above and beyond for us to ensure we had the best weekend. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Paul and Richard are fabulous hosts — they and their staff work very hard to ensure everything is sorted for a comfortable, stress-free stay.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and well-appointed and the breakfasts are delicious!

A relaxing hotel with wonderful staff, really enjoyed staying here, the hot chocolates and fresh cream are luvly. This was our third stay here.

We have just come home after staying in the Corona, I must say this is such a lovely relaxing down to earth hotel just feels like home. Richard & Paul are great, very welcoming & helpful they recommended an Italian restaraunt not far from the property which was very nice to. The bar in the hotel is greatly stocked & they do have a pool table to pass the time also. Our bedroom was a family room with double bed & bunk beds cosy & decently decorated the bed & pillows were very comfortable lovely little en-suite the room & bathroom very lovely & clean. The only thing that I can pick up on which I suppose cannot be helped were the squeaky floorboards, the people above our room decided to walk around quite a few times through the night! Breakfast was very organised & efficient very clean set up in the dining area, plenty of choice for breakfast & for children also didn’t have to wait long at all. All in all a very pleasant stay & would definitely return. Thank you Richard & Paul.

Very friendly hotel, with lovely, helpful staff. Stylish, spacious and comfortable room, with all the facilities needed for an enjoyable weekend away, at a fair price. I will certainly stay here again if I visit Blackpool in the future!

Been staying at the corona for the past 8/9 weeks due to working in the area, the corona is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, rooms are always spotless, staff are super friendly, beer is cheap and food is great! Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I thought I would copy and paste my Tripadvisor review on here as well: **-_-_-**PERFECTION IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT**-_-_-** I could say so many things about this Hotel/B&B but I am afraid that what I say here won't be good enough for how much of a beautiful and well run place. Paul and Richard are absolutely professional and lovely they will always be willing to assist you with anything. The hotel is so clean and I mean CLEAN absolutely spotless. I had an american breakfast which consists of pancakes and bacon and scrambled egg and it was absolutely divine. (want to come here and make me my breakfast please pretty please? ) The brand new coffee machine (which costs 1 pound at breakfast) makes absolutely amazing coffee it wakes me up really well and it fills you up. Now onto the room, I have stayed here numerous of times and I love every single room they are really nicely decorated but the room I had which was the king size superior is the most beautiful room in the hotel it is absolutely massive I actually feel like it is more of a suite than a room it is fantastic. You get a double shower which was absolutely lovely. You get given a few complimentary items as well with this room like chocolates for example. An extremely comfy bed I was out for the count on this bed I have never slept so well.

We stayed at The Corona hotel for my partners birthday for two nights. Paul was fantastic, I asked for balloons to be put in the room as a surprise and Paul sorted this all for me along with on site parking. Breakfast was included in our package but unfortunalty we had 2 late nights and didn’t wake up in time! However on the morning of check out Paul made us sausage sandwiches so we had eaten before heading back to London! Paul went above and beyond what was expected and we would like to thank you for adding to our lovely Blackpool experience. I will and have already recommended the Corona to friends and family. A warm, friendly hotel just a few mins away from all of the action and attractions. Run superbly by brilliant management and quality staff. Recommended.

4 star hotel, within walking distance of Pleasure Beach! Very welcoming, friendly & helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is freshly cooked for you, they do evening meals if you wish to dine in-house. They accept small dogs, they have to be crated in the rooms. They have family rooms, one of which is newly refurbished, pet free & allergy free with a small fridge, to keep milk, drinks, food fresh for small children. I would highly recommend The Corona Hotel.

This is without a doubt the best hotel in Blackpool. Cleanliness, attention to detail, friendliness and excellent food. Two minutes walk from the tram stop that quickly takes you into the town. We always stay here every time we visit Blackpool. Paul, Richard and the staff work so hard to make this hotel the best!

I stayed at Corona for 2 nights with the girlfriend and had a very pleasant weekend there. The owners made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. The bar had a good selection of drinks and even had a pool table. The vegetarian breakfast was spot on too. I will definitely be booking again.

Fantastic! Stayed here for 2 nights for the weekend with my partner. Unsure if we would arrive before check in but happy to allow us to arrive slightly later with no issue at all. Extra pillows given without hesitation. Very very very clean rooms, best in Blackpool i’d say. Lots of choice for breakfast. Nothing was a bother. My partner even left items of clothing and these had been posted to us a week later. Cant fault. Lots of parking and right next to pleasure beach. Wouldnt stay anywhere else in Blackpool now. Thanks for a great stay!

Only just checked in. The owners are fantastic already. Really looking forward to the next few days. Parking is available all up and down the road and you are really close to everything.

Love the Corona been going for years. Spotlessly Clean and modern, breakfast plentiful with huge choice including halal. Paul. And Richard are amazing hosts. Only place to stay if you are visiting Blackpool.

Really enjoyed two stays here looking forward to another stay in September.

Been going to Blackpool for 31 years summer and winter stayed in various hotels in Blackpool some nice some not so nice was recommended to The Corona Hotel from another hotel, and what a blessing it was the hotel is spotless the food fantastic the staff very obliging and what makes this hotel very special is Paul and Richard they are hands on all day and cater for every need, just a two minute walk to the sea front a bus or a tram to wherever you want to go, I really can’t express how good this hotel is, we have just come back from a Christmas break that was second to none everything you could wish for in a Christmas break we was welcomed by the regular guests some of whom have been going for 15 years or more it was one big party, and to get back to the rooms which is what people like to know about they are spotless even the toilets, there are three lounges one with a TV one with a pool table and one with a bar parking is limited but plenty of free parking on the road, phone for the best price you won’t be disappointed with this hotel unless you live in Buckingham palace don’t think I will be searching anymore.

Great food, brilliant hosts. Perfect for the pleasure beach. Very clean, very well decorated. This is our hotel of choice in Blackpool. It's not cheap but it's worth every penny.

Really good location. Not in the thick of it all (bars & clubs wise), but close enough to be really easily accessible. Lovely warm welcome from Paul. Nice rooms, tasty breakfast. We'd certainly go back when next in Blackpool…

Faultless.

For me this is a 5 star cosy hotel. Because of its service and very helpful and friendly staff. The room was like from British movies with coffee, tee and cookies. The breakfast was amazing. Very accessible price.

Very dated the small double rooms are tiny and in need of modernisation couldn't fault the staff sausages at breakfast were value sausages and bar is cash only.

We've stayed in a hell of a lot of hotels, b&bs, guesthouses, so it may not be fair comparing a b&b in Blackpool to some of the hotels we've stopped in, however… from now on the Corona will always be our first choice! Big enough to have everything you could possibly need, whilst still small enough to give a 'cosy' vibe, we felt at home and welcome every second we were there.
We had no complaints whatsoever which is a fresh feeling for my wife & I. After dining out we retreated to the Corona for the evening to relax in the room and have a rare night away from being parents, we felt so comfortable all evening, fell asleep nice and early in the comfy bedding.
Breakfast the next morning was everything you could want from a traditional English menu, portion sizes phenomenal, I genuinely couldn't have asked for more.
We'll definitely recommend this establishment to everybody looking for somewhere nice to stop in Blackpool at a very nice price too.

Great place to stay, welcoming and well looked after.

The Hotel is warm, friendly and welcoming with excellent staff for which nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are warm and very clean with all you could need for your stay. Would and have made return visits. Personally we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool.

Just got back from 2 lovely nights with my young family. Paul and Richard were excellent and couldn't do enough for us and the breakfast were excellent. Booked again for next year. Definitely recommend.

Saved my marriage, as always Blackpool is magic. The peace & comfort which began with a quietly assured confidence. Obviously acquired through years of perfecting their trade because from checking to out perfect Justine and Rab grant (cooper too)

Our booking was made through Expedia based on 4 shameless false promises, which I believe, were made in collaboration with the hotel management. 1 — Beech view from room: hotel is located far away from beech and behind a big building. So beech view is impossible. I have an email from Expedia confirming the room has a beech view. 2 — Free parking: Hotel does not have a proper parking of its own. There are just 7 spaces in front of hotel. When asked, reply was to park somewhere on the street. 3 — Free Wi-Fi: Wifi is free if you can catch it. 4 — Smoking room: We were told that smoking is forbidden as pork and alcohol is forbidden in Islam. This was conveyed in extremely rude manner in from of our eight years old son. We recommend you to stay away especially if your skin is not white. We have spoken with Expedia and they have agreed to refund our money as everything was documented.

Stayed here with parents in September 2013. They had the upgraded room No9 which was fantastic & very comfortable. The hotel is spotless & located in a quiet area 1 road back from the front, but very close to pleasure beach & a couple of minutes walk to the front, trams, buses etc. Hosts Paul & Richard are first class.

We were shocked and amazed that such a hotel exists in the UK let alone Blackpool! It was 4 Star experience from arrival to departure! We were greeted at the front door by Paul, and he took us through to reception where we were booked in, told about breakfast times, evening meals, bar, and even offered to let us leave our pushchair downstairs rather than carry it upstairs every time! Which was great! Everything about this hotel is warm and inviting! And as I write this review I can not wait till our next stay at this hotel! With breakfast, it come out presented perfectly, Richard's meal presentation is superb, and with Paul's front of house skills, the only bad part of the holiday was having to leave! Look forward to visiting again soon!
