Been here twice now had a fantastic time here currently and will definitely return great staff food lovely just love it xxxx — с Rebekah Cooper.

Rooms and corridors are filthy, staff are awful, meals are inedible!

First time using this hotel and well definitely use it again. Catered gluten free for me, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely decor, spacious room, very close to shops/arcades/tower/the front.
only criticism is the double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together, lift is really small and outdated, shower not very modern and was leaking plus going hot then cold. Food was gorgeous and room well equipped.
definitely coming back next year.

Really enjoyed our stay here, friendly staff. Nice clean tidy rooms. Good walking distance from train station and the town centre. Really enjoyed happy hour at the hotel bar and the night time entertainment. Will definitely be returning.

I am anything but a Negative person but this Hotel did not do it for me… I went here with my daughter for our Christmas meal which also included lots of friends… 42 infact. Saying it was our Christmas meal all there was to show for that was crackers on the table. No decorations. No tree where we where eating. No roast no potatoes at all and they ran out of cheese. We all where anything but impressed… I will leave it there could go on all day… will NOT be returning in the future…

Been to La Tour this weekend fantastic staff could'nt do enough to help food was lovely and always hot this is our 3rd year here but under new management this year and was the best year by far see you's all next year, well done x x.

Brilliant Hotel its modern. Clean. Food great. Staff are so friendly and nothing is a bother to them. Entertainment great it was our 4th year off the trott and will be back every year … See yous all soon.

Pay for what you get. Friendly staff hotel OK cheap breakfast. Its Blackpool expect noise in the centre and this Hotel is a perfect location for the centre.

Monday to Friday staff and food been excellent room was just perfect definitely would return.

Spent Friday to Sunday in this hotel and must say I couldn't fault it one bit. Would highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere to stay if your spending a weekend down Blackpool. Would defo go again and stop here even the location is perfect literally a five minute walk from the tower.

Overall the hotel is very good for value The management and the staff are helpful.

Staff friendly and welcoming, food very average and not much choice at all, room clean but the window wouldn't close so very noisey so didn't sleep very well. Wouldn't go back.

Staff could not do enough to accommodate. Large clean rooms, and cheap drinks!

This is a great hotel. The staff go out there way to Help Anyone no matter what. We have been using this hotel for years now sept and new year and when ever we can get down. We have seen it been taken taken over a few times but no matter what old a new owners have been fab. Howard is new manager and will do his best to to Accommodate every ones needs. Girls from cleaning staff bar staff waitress staff Reception to chef all friendly great bunch roll on next mad one.

Went on the weekend 19th-22nd jan 2018 the hotel very nice thanks to the manager and staff for making us feel so welcome, food very nice booked to go next year Julie.

Very friendly staff and most welcoming. Food really nice and tasty clean eating area. Rooms nice clean had a great stay will return soon.
