Wendy and Kevin make the hotel even better. So friendly so welcoming would do anything for you. Clean tidy spacious rooms. Perfect choice of biscuits lol. Would not pick any other hotel perfect location. Breakfast yummy. I love the baby hash browns. Thank you for another good stay.

What a super hotel this is. We booked to stay for 7 nights and ended up staying an extra night due to the fact of the owners Wendy and Kevin. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are a lovely friendly couple. The breakfasts are excellent. The hotel room was so modern and super clean. Rooms were cleaned everyday and hot drinks were filled up daily. My 11 year old daughter also loved the hotel due to Wendy and Kevin being so friendly and helpful. The Lumada is definitely a hotel I would recommend to everyone. Thank you for our special stay Kevin and Wendy you and your hotel are super special. Hope to see you both very soon xx.

Kev and Wendy are amazing and will do anything for you. They made us feel so at home. We stayed for 7 nights and on the 7th day asked for another night here as we didn’t want to go home. The breakfast was amazing the rooms are amazingly clean. Will definitely be staying at the Lumada again. Kev and Wendy are so friendly would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. My 3 year old son absolutely loves Kev and Wendy and now we are home say that he misses them.

Stayed here once again. We stayed in room 8 and what an amazing job Kevin and Wendy have done. They are always so welcoming nothing is too much trouble. This place is spotless an absolute credit to you. Wish you was closer we would stay more often. We will be back and highly recommend you x.

Had the best time ever this year, my son loved his birthday which was made extra special by Wendy and Kevin, no complaints at all. Room was perfect, breakfast was lovely. Booked in again next year, 4 years in a row that will be. Great place to stay.

Had a great stay and looked after very well by hosts Kevin (the quiet one! ), and Wendy (enough said! ). Lovely couple whose hospitality and friendliness made our holiday extra special. Hotel close to all the amenities that we wanted and parking too! Comfy bed, room spotlessly clean and a very tasty breakfast every morning. Can’t be faulted.

Definitely would stay again kevin & wendy could not of been more well coming, the rooms were very clean and tidy (spotless) one of my grandsons is autistic with special needs and his dietary ways are only certain foods which they provided as soon as we asked, can not fault it in any way central to everything definitely a 10 out of 10 xx.

This is a fab place to stay. We stay here every year on our annual trip. Wendy and Kevin are great friendly hosts. Hotel is spotless and their hospitallity is exceptional. Can highly recommend to all.

Absolutely amazing stay. Kevin and Wendy were so helpful and welcoming they could not do enough. The b and b was spotless beds comfortable room spacious lovely hot water and shower. Had a drink in the bar loads of room lots of choice. Free parking. Will be staying here again from the London couple and Scotland couple. Thank you Kevin and Wendy x.

I stayed here in the October half term with my 10, 12 and eldest 27yr old. We absolutely loved it! We had a lovely bright family room at the front with a superb ensuite. Beds comfy and room warm and cosy. Tea, biccys, coffee got chocolates and a decent size mugs to make them in! Greeted on arrival and given keys by the landlady who was great. A total character who was welcoming, helpful and a real good laugh. The breakfast was delicious and got us up and down stairs every morning. No way we were going to miss it! The hotel location was excellent approx. 5 min walk down to central pier and promanade. Also close to the shopping centre. We had a brilliant time and would most definitely return and recommend to anyone thinking if staying here. Fab!

Just came back from here on Sunday after a 1 night stay very clean comfortable beds and quite spacious the only problem is the bathroom not very big but other than that very good for the money can not say about the breakfast as didn't try it very friendly people who own the hotel also no lift as we were on the second floor so a lot of stairs to climb up but apart from that would deffo go back.

Just come back from a wonderful two night stay here. Very clean, greeted with a smile. Very warm and friendly. Parking was no problem in the near multi-storey car park £8 for 45hrs! Would highly recommend. Its a couple of minutes to the tower and the start of the illuminations.
