Pleasantly surprised, after reading some of the reviews I was not expecting much. The room was clean and recently decorated, plenty of pillows and towels. Could do with a little bedside table as there was no table at all and nowhere to put some of our things. I wasn’t bothered about not having tea and coffee facilities as I didn’t stay in the room at all during the day, exploring all the Blackpool attractions and city centre which were in a very close proximity. The breakfast was good, nice fresh coffee and all the pastries, pancakes, bread, cheese etc fresh each morning. The room could benefit from having an air conditioner as it was pretty hot in the room and we couldn’t keep the window open at night as there was a lot of noice outside, mostly from seagulls.
Very nice hotel. The staff is wonderfull and the breakfast is incredible. Very nice clean rooms and close to the beach. :)

On arrival my mum give her name she was handed a key and was left to find her own room she also had my girls with her. The room was very pokey her bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean but the toilet seat was lose. When going down for breakfast there was a man sat there never once told them to help yourself or if they were getting a cooked breakfast.
