We've just come home from a 2 night stay here. The owners are lovely and friendly and Jons cooked breakfast goes down a treat each morning too. The bar is lovely. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The Ascot is located in just the right place too. A 2 min walk to the beach. Chippy on the corner and the South Pier is right across the road. We will be visiting again for as long as Jon, Chelle and their daughter are running it 🙂

Just finished a 2 night stay here. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a break Staff will do anything for you to make your stay enjoyable Amazing food and hospitality. It’s that good we’ve booked to come back in October 😁

Just spent the weekend here with our kids and can definitely say we will be back. Very friendly, welcoming and clean hotel. Location is perfect and breakfast was enjoyed by all 😋 thank you for having us, see you soon ☺️

We stayed for the weekend the room was lovely, the hosts were amazing so friendly, had some lovely conversations with them, they were so helpful with recommendations for places. Breakfast was beautiful, can't wait to come back if nothing else the Owners sell this hotel. Thankyou for having us 💖

A 2 night stay for a family of 5 we had a double suite with ample storage and an on suite shower and toilet. Comfortable beds we all slept well after our daily activities. breakfast was included in our stay an the food suited all the family (fussy children, ) Great staff friendly and helpful and great service to all our needs. highly recommend 👌

What can you say about The Ascot Hotel, well this was our second stay this year and we are already planning our visits back to Blackpool to this fantastic, comfortable, clean great value hotel with two hosts John and Chelle who most definitely have got this right. Breakfasts were Yum and gave you a great start to the day. Tell your family and friends about The Ascot and give them a try as that will give you a home from home with no worries x.

Just got back from a stay here, would highly recommend. It was a lovely stay, great hosts, beautiful breakfast 😍, and very clean and very well positioned for all attractions. The beds were extra comfortable and had a excellent sleep, rooms big enough for our family of 4. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay x.

Just returned from a 3 day break at the Ascot and can not fault any of it! Owners John and Chelle are amazing and made our stay feel so comfortable. Really approachable couple and nothing was too much. Hotel was lovely and clean, had everything you needed. Breakfast was delicious and overall was such a nice stay. Definitely recommend the hotel and we will definitely be returning!

Just arrived home from staying two nights at the ascot hotel and it was brilliant the owners could not do enough for you the rooms are lovely clean spacious and would 1000% come back again.

Myself the wife and our three kids stayed for a couple of nights at the Ascot hotel what can I say the hosts/ owners were so welcoming they couldn’t enough to make our stay special. The room was fantastic for our family, large and spacious really clean. The breakfast was superb the bacon.

Considering the circumstances I still have to say what a brilliant place to stay friendly staff amazing rooms and the breakfast is amazing will be coming back again thank you for having us x.

Loved our 2 nights stay here this week. Lovely people running The Ascot hotel, very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was spot on, making breakfast to suit the kids. Rooms are decent sizes and very clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend The Ascot.

This hotel has been one of the very best we have stayed in Chelle & Jon the owners are really two of the nicest people we have met, they are so very helpful and polite nothing is to much trouble.
The rooms are extremely clean, spacious, family friendly and has everything you would need in them, full English breakfast included which is cooked to your liking and toast, jams, cereals are self serve with the best coffee machine I’ve ever used just a lovely experience & stay would 100% recommend and will definitely be returning xxx.

Just got home after a two night stay with my family I’d like to thank you for a being so welcoming and friendly we had a good chat and laugh in the bar couldn’t ask for a better atmosphere rooms were spacious and spotless. Your breakfast was lovely the kids loved how they could choose what they wanted to have. Thanks again chelle and John.

Fantastic hotel, Chelle & Jon were the perfect hosts. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety. Had a lovely 4 days with my husband & 2 teenagers, will definitely be back.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in, in Blackpool by far exceeds all others. The owners are superb from start to finish and will go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. Would highly reccomend we will be back for sure every time we visit Blackpool.

Just had a lovely 2 night stay with my sister mum and our children. Lovely clean accommodation and the owners couldn’t be more welcoming. The nicest couple I have ever met! They made the stay amazing! If I had to make any criticism it would be down to water pressure in shower but believe me this is far better than any other hotel we’ve stayed at in the area x defo recommend x.

Another amazing stay at this hotel, said we would come back and we did and will do in the future. Friendly hosts and will go out of their way to help if they can. Stayed for a night will definitely be staying again for longer. Immaculate guest house, owners Andy and Denise are very warm, friendly and welcoming host. Lovely breakfast to start the day off, Booked for next time before we left.

What a fabulous little place! Couldn't of asked for more welcoming & accommodating hosts. Clean, comfortable rooms with great facilities, secure parking and an AMAZING breakfast! Only a short walk to all the attractions. Would highly reccomend to any families heading to Blackpool. Made our weekend that little bit more special — thank you!

Brilliant, will definitely be back** we've just got home from a 4 night stay, first and foremost — Jon and Chelle are some of the loveliest people you could ever hope to meet, they perfectly created the 'home away from home' they are very accommodating to all the needs you may have!
*Our room was lovely and clean, newly decorated and kitted out with everything you could need, teas, coffees and hot chocolates, plenty for all! there were also towels in the bathroom, the beds were lovely and firm. And space for all (there are 5 of us in our family)
*Breakfast, they catered for 3 fussy children each morning, a variety of cereal, toast (real butter and choices of jam) a delicious full english, fresh tea and coffee, juices, water or milk! it was a lovely way to start the day!
*The bar, the perfect way to end your night, if you have kids you don't really want to be sat in a loud pub too late in the evenings, the hotel bar has a brilliant homely feel, Jon and Chelle have though of the kids by serving a range of soft drinks and having colouring sheets and crayons, plus retro game table to keep them entertained while the grown ups have a drink from the very extensive selection of spirits and other drinks, my husband was very happy to try a few new runs while we were away!
all in all, 10/10! can't speak highly enough and hope to be back soon!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED staying here! So much so we're back next week! Fantastic modern clean spacious room with an array of hot beverages and a full size kettle with full size cups! Fantastic bar with ample comfy seating. Breakfast has got to be the best! Massive pot of propper tea, juices, cerials and full English cooked to perfection! Lovely localy sourced food! Owners and family are so welcoming and give such a warm welcome and very efficient in what they do! Thank you so much! See you next week!
