Aside from the fact a poor guy has ended up riddled with bed bug bites all over his body. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Not only are staff/owners harrassing and verbally abusing anyone who places a review on their business (for the record thats what business pages are for … recommend or not recommend) they are claiming the reviewers are ruining there business for no reason when they have done that themself by not accepting liability for the… horrific states that this man has endured over the last few days, even so much as apologised and insulted the man by stating its an allergic reaction and that he should have mentioned ot at check out! you should be ashamed to call yourself a family ran company. What if this had been a child? I work in a hotel myself and completely appreciate the fact that reviewers can sometimes be a little harsh amd have a different view from others but this has ripped it, the guy has an actual picture of a bedbug in his bed! if I new my body was crawling id have ran out the door too! there would be no point reporting it at checkout cause the damage is done its not like youve ate a undercooked breakfast or something.
Heard this is the great hotel if you want a nice relaxing massage from 1 million bed bugs
