Lovely clean and comfortable room, very helpful pleasant staff both very dog friendly and whilst dealing with the crisis of a sick resident and ambulance crew still showed professionalism and a friendly attitude Well done Linda you made us feel welcome a credit to Days Inn.

Very clean and tidy, happy with the room and service provided. Only negative, we arrived a bit earlier than expected and we were unable to book into room early because the office is unmanned from 7am — 3pm, the booking time is written on the inventory email sent through. We weren't aware you couldn't do this on the morning of arrival.

This was a very convenient stop. We came of the ferry at Dover and drove here. It is just of the motorway and is within 10 minutes of restaurants in Maidstone and Lenham. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly. They are dog friendly and have a little area that children can sit and read or to do some colouring. The water in our room was very hot and we couldn't get it cool enough for our daughter to have a shower so we ran a bath and filled the kettle with cold water to cool the hot bath down a bit.

I went there for a weekend break and found the hotel basic but very good in all the small details. Staff were kind and helpful.

The cleaning can be improved and the carpet gives a wrong royo.

I stayed for two night while working, you will never be disturbed from your sleep as staff are on in the day as well as through the night. It is a safe and friendly atmosphere a specially for ladies traveling a loan. The staff are warm kind and welcoming at all times, nothing is too much trouble. Now the rooms are warm, clean, every think you need to spend a comfortable night or a few days. I would recommend the days inn to every one for I for one totally enjoyed being there.

Great hotel for a one night stay. Very friendly receptionist who realised I had booked multiple rooms by mistake cancelled the other with no quibbles. Room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Despite being right by the motorway there was no noise in the night at all.

The room is lovely and clean and the decor very up to date. All facilities are great and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Fresh towels every day when needed and tea and coffee facilities replenished. All the staff are friendly and very helpful making our stay pleasant. The hotel is also situated in a 24hr services which is very handy. Would stay here again.

Ok but nothing around it with in walking distance but apart from that it is ok.

As a short stay hotel it's good, the price is OK for what you get and it is pet friendly. There is a McDonald's, cafe come restaurant, W H Smiths and for the coffee lovers a Costa Coffee.

Simple good value accomodation for travellers. We used The days in prior to travelling on the Eurotunnel, which is about 20mins away. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location was convenient for when I realised I was no longer able to drive out of tiredness! Friendly reception, if a little bland. It was what it was.

Run of the mill hotel. Rooms are comfy. No food served on site. Limited food is served in the food court in service station (voucher available from reception) which is also costly unless you fancy mc d's.

The location is just off the motorway. Good for just one night nk breakfast included. Nearby they have a Mc Donalds and Costa that serve breakfast. Just a decent and clean room.

This particular hotel was without a doubt the worst I have stayed at. The room was in an extremely poor condition. There were red pen marks along the wall in the room. The spoons left on the side for making coffee were unclean. There was a large amount of mould on the ceiling in the bathroom as well as mould in the cracks on the tiles. There was rust along the top of the shower curtain rail. The shower itself was poor with both myself and my partner finding it hard to find a warm temperature. There was no brush to clean the toilet with should we have needed to. There were two toilet rolls in the holder both of which were near enough empty on arrival as well as a box of tissues in the bathroom which had a whole 1 tissue left in! The bed itself was also completely unacceptable in my opinion and neither myself or my partner was able to get a good nights sleep as it was simply a thin mattress on top of an extremely springy bed frame causing us to roll into one another as it would dip substantially when any weight was on it. While I by no means was expecting a 5 star luxury hotel, after paying £60 I was however expecting a reasonably comfy bed and at the very least a clean room. I have paid a lot less for a room at IBIS as well as Premier Inn before and both hotels were substantially better than yours. Upon looking on trip advisor at the hotel it is clear that this is not an isolated incident as several other people have also reported that the room was dirty and mouldy.

Hotel and all ok. Too bad the previous guests had smoked a lot in our non-smoking room. A terrible smell. We asked for another room, and also got that. They were helpful.
