Stayed here before, so had no second thoughts about staying here again. It’s always friendly and very welcoming.

Nice peaceful location next to the river.

Nice location on the river Medway with mooring boats.

Fantastic place great location and quiet place.

Premier inn itself not bad. As you would expect. Clean. Comfy. But never enough mugs or tea/coffee/milk for room. Although reception provided extra at no issue when asked. However The Malta (Beefeater pub/restaurant attached) is a different matter. Bar staff young inexperienced inattentive and actually rude. Breakfast. Very slow, cold hot food, serious lack of continental pastries /bread available at 10am. Indifferent staff. £17 for a full breakfast and a continental one not worth it Toilets. Absolutely disgustingly filthy. Sunday arrived for drinks at 10.30pm. Advised missed last orders. Final straw. Avoid at all costs. The setting may be nice by the river but that's about it. So disappointed.

Clean and well-organized hotel. The rooms, however, all have carpet… so if you're allergic to the dust mite like me, you're equipped with antihistamines. The staff are friendly the price is acceptable. The.

Lovely, friendly pleasant staff. Very clean and tidy. Right next door to the beefeaters so easy access to drinks and a good meal.

The location was nice it is buy a river witch you can sit and have a drink buy. There is a beefeater nextdoor to it as well.

100 times better than allington lock Premier Inn. Only thing to let this one down is the ventilation in the bathroom. Some funky smells in there. The attached beefeater is a luxury version of the restaurant chain.

Very basic, absolutely no frills or nicities of any sort, I had a family room with two teenagers and there weren't enough towels, glasses or mugs. It was clean though.

Best night sleep ever followed by a fantatic breakfast very friendly helpful staff.

Very welcoming staff. Room very tidy and clean. Evening meal standard but staff very friendly And Helpful. Breakfast was again standard only one waitress on. Enjoyed being by river lovely walks. Would come back again.

Lovely greeting on arrival very friendly on reception our room lovely and clean and is a very pleasant stay. Evening meal was very nice and staff were very attentive and polite at all times. Breakfast was impressive and our server SUE was amazing and friendly and credit to the company so all in all a great stay thankyou xx.

Typical Premjer Inn standard — nice and clean and very friendly staff. The ultimate Wi-Fi was rubbish though and in the morning I actually got better speed from the standard. Restaurant is ok — greeter was a little rude on arrival as ignored me and spoke to a larger group behind me! My server was very friendly though and food was usual beefeater standard. Chap on breakfast was very friendly and attentive and my poached eggs were perfect! It's a nice spot near the river and I'd had been warmer would be lovely to sit out with a beer. My choice of hotel was proximity for meeting but not disappointed and would book again. Thanks guys.

Love the place. Clean and comfortable and right by the river. Our place of choice to stay when in Maidstone area.

Great location. Top floor of the hotel is a good location to stay when working away. In the evenings and mornings the towpath past the river is excellent for a run.

"Ultimate" Wi-Fi ridiculously slow, lots of loud cars using the car park late at night. Staff all seemed OK, rooms cleaned as you'd normally expect.

Lovely place, the only let down was the breakfast, booked the continental so the kids could have pancakes and we fancied croissants, but they had no pastries that day and had run out of pancakes by 10am also all fruit had gone, so ended up having a piece of toast at £6.99 each which is a bit extreme!

The restaurant service wasn't great, the place was cold (they had heating issues). The lady that greeted me was lovely, my table was ok, seats were dirty. I was happy with my table close to the cooking area as the heating was off, I ordered my meal and a bottle of wine. The wine turned up unopened which is great, but the wine bottle was sticky and splattered with red marks, I sent the bottle back and asked it be cleaned, all ok after that. Before I ordered wine I asked for a lager, it appeared but was laced with lemonade, I asked for it to be changed, a new lager appeared and this too had traces of lemonade. I decided to take the lager to the bar and finally got what I asked for. The food was good.

Good value and a very comfy bed. No AC in the room is not good, I was uncomfortably hot. Restaurant poor, drinks expensive.

A nice location other than being next to what seems a active life resort, causing a early wake up via megaphone. Staff excellent, polite and helpful. On site restaurant, Malta Inn, also a very nice location, with certain tables looking out onto the river.

Booked last minute — was cheaper online than in the hotel reception. Rooms were clean, service friendly, location perfect for our needs.

Hotel is modern, clean and has comfortable rooms and helpful cheery staff. The adjacent beefeater (for food only) is a bit tired and needs an update.

Hotel is great, lovely by the river friendly helpful staff in hotel, not noisey. Breakfast in Malta inn not so good but when we complained was refunded two breakfasts and premier inn staff were very apologetic, hopefully this can be addressed.

For the price, it worth the reception and the accommodation. It's cosy, comfortable and clean.

I don't like the idea of staying in motels BUT I'll always make an exception for THIS one. Lovely staff, clean rooms, next to the Medway River with pathways for walking/jogging. Good Beefeater right next door. It felt like a rural location despite being so close to the M20. I stayed for 3 days and WILL return.
