Great little hotel, our second stay, lovely rooms, free guest parking, very pleasant helpful young man in charge.
Currently no bar or restaurant, but being so close to the centre of town, that is not a problem.

Self check in. Quiet location. Beautiful historic town. Huge rooms which are all quirky and unique. Outside space with ample seating. Great value. Would most definately recommend as a place to stay and no doubt we will do so again ourselves at some point in the future

Just returned from a long stay at this fabulous boutique hotel. Beautifully decorated rooms, great bathrooms with enormous fluffy towels and a fast Wi-Fi! Breakfast in the bright airy dining room is an easy going friendly affair with nothing too much trouble. As a family we use this hotel regularly when visiting Faversham and have widely recommended it to family and friends. In all the Swan Quay Hotel is a great asset to Faversham and you won't be disappointed. A real treat!

This hotel is overall good with a very few exceptions. The second day we were there both the tea and coffee were clearly made with warm water. This is a common thing in some hotels, tea especially needs to be made with boiling water. The room was clean to a high standard and the staff were friendly. For some reason my record had been deleted from the hotel database which made reservation and check in longer than it should be. Food served at breakfast was good and varied. We'll be back.

Clean, quite small room, staff very friendly. Room had brochure for a good walking tour of the town.

Amazing food and drink. Staff were attentive and allowed time between courses to let us have a chat and a few drinks.

Left after one bite of the starter, unclear how a beef carpaccio translates to two slices of roast beef with mayo dressing. Frankly poor form for them to have wasted my time and charged me for the drinks.

Quiet, friendly, delicious lunch. Our small group of four were treated to a good menu — not huge but very inventive. The quality was top-notch and well presented. We were surprised that the restaurant was not full on a Friday lunchtime! Could it be the label of "Hotel"? This restaurant is easily accessible from the town centre, although you may have to park a hundred+ meters away in one of the several carparks. It is worth it. Of course you can stay in one of the 7 rooms. The service was good too. A great addition to Faversham.

The Faversham Creek Hotel is a very special place to stay. The owners and staff are welcoming and clearly dedicated to ensuring that guests have an overnight stay that they will not forget. The dining room is intimate and the food and service are quite exceptional both at lunch and dinner. Ingredients are locally sourced and of high quality. Highly recommended.

The general atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very comfortable and well serviced and equally the bar area was very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was of a high standard and very nice. Our only criticism was the menu on our second evening was exactly the same as our first evening. How often do you change menus?

Stayed here one Saturday. A nice hotel, with friendly attentive staff. We stayed in the room named Rigden. The bed was excellent. The bathroom was in good condition, and the shower was excellent. I requested an iron and board, and they were brought promptly. The room was not cheap, but the standards are fairly high. Breakfast was included in the price, but it was disappointing, albeit served with a smile. We both ordered the veggy full English. The dominant taste was grease, and then next most noticeable flavour was salt.

This is our second stay at the Faversham Creek Hotel. The owner & his wife are very welcoming, as are each member of staff. There is a cosy lounge area and in the winter the fire is a warm feature. An ideal spot to sip your sherry on a cold winters' night. Hats off to the chef and the team in the restaurant. Well worth a visit. Good food and good service. We stayed in the Rigden room and for a two night stay, it ticked all the boxes for us.

We had a very pleasant stay. Good location, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and restaurant — with a very cosy and warm atmosphere.

An absolute little gem of a hotel. We loved the individual room décor, and in fact the décor throughout the hotel. Food was good and again, very nicely presented. The staff were without exception friendly and helpful. It was bitterly cold weather when we stayed so it was great to come back to the roaring fire in the lounge area. We'll definitely be back, and have already recommended it to friends and family.

The BEST thing about this place is the well trained staff who take pride in offering an excellent service. The food is good quality, well presented and the wine list is great. Value for money too at £14.95 for 2 courses.

Stayed in this delightful hotel for a couple of nights last week. We had a lovely room with a great choice of breakfast. Sadly the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so we were unable to enjoy the wonderful variety of meals that are usually on offer, but David, the owner, suggested a very nice Italian restaurant just around the corner from the Hotel where we had a very nice family meal. Next time we stay there we will make a point of going at the weekend so we can have their Sunday Lunch. Be back soon.

Fantastic Sunday lunch with tender beef and a lovely rich gravy. Service was excellent and staff had clearly been properly trained.

It's ok but basic and areas need a clean.

Gorgeously decorated and to a very high spec. Even included a nespresso machine in the room. And the host was really friendly with tips on the area.

Stayed for a evening whilst visiting the brewery. Lovely room (Ridgen) great staff, fantastic breakfast. Would recommend.

We ate here for our wedding anniversary and had a great evening. The food, drink and service were really good and we were impressed by the warm welcome and general ambience. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar before the meal and liqueurs afterwards, which were on the house as it was our anniversary. A nice touch. The wine list is comprehensive with some reasonably priced choices and a good range of English wines. The food was high quality and well presented. The cheese board was amazing and probably a bit too big. Overall it's good value and perfect for a special occasion. Friendly, efficient, professional but not stuffy. We'll definitely be back.

Clean, modern boutique hotel. Excellent food. Room was small but well appointed. Owner David, wife and staff were friendly and helpful.

My husband Dave and I had the most wonderful Valentine's taster menu complete with recommended wines to complement each course in the Red Sails restaurant. The food was superb (as were the wines) and the staff were very attentive, but unobtrusively so. We look forward immensely to returning in the near future. Thank you one and all and huge compliments to your chef.

A wonderful B&B in a beautiful area near the creek. Our room had everything we could want, down to a huge selection of teas, a china tea maid, lovely soaps and shampoos etc, even a vanity kit! All the small things had been considered, as well as the bed being huge and comfy! Would really recommend staying here, staff would extremely helpful and friendly and the cooked breakfast was really nicely done and not a greasy fry up at all!
