Small clean rooms in a good location. The walls are a bit thin, the staff seemed disinterested and bored on us. Unfortunately, not even a city map is provided.

The hotel is very nice and well located. No elevator is a big disadvantage if you're not on the first floor. Cleanliness is a basic medium and it is very important to keep valuable items well.

Second time staying here and it's really great. Super close to good shopping and the tube stop is right next door. Staff is very friendly as well. Changed review to 3 star since the internet is atrocious. It might seem petty but it is basically not usable it is so slow which makes it hard to plan things or get directions.

Stayed when going to a gig at the Empire. Perfect location, very smart and comfortable rooms with friendly helpful staff. Very close to the tube station so handy for Central London. Will be back.

The stairs are the only downside. We loved our room, clean, spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. Also it's a great location.

Small, but really stellar quality! (Bathroom was decent sized, room was small) has good amenities, friendly helpful staff, temp control in room, TV, safe, lovely shower.

Great hotel in Shepherds Bush, ideal for a visit to the Shepherds Bush empire for a gig. The rooms are clean and tidy, tea, coffee and toiletries are provided too. There seems to be no access other than the fight of stairs leading to the first floor where the reception and is situated so may not be suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs. Very helpful staff and highly recommended.

Beautiful room. Fantastic bathroom, not a shower but a wet room! Clean and tidy, very helpful staff, even carried our luggage.

The rooms are quite cramped BUT the decor is beautiful and tastefully done. Looked like it had been recently decorated. It has everything you would expect, kettle, TV, hair dryer etc The safe were incredibly warm and welcoming. The location is the best. Right next to tube station and minutes from Westfield shopping centre.

Close to the underground great location the rooms are comfy and gorgeous. The style is unique and nice. The staff is good and helpful. Only drawback is the lack of an elevator.

Gorgeous decor, lovely hotel with lovely staff. There is no elevator here so when your room is on the fourth floor you do have to do a lot of climbing. Rooms are beautifully made and soft beds but a bit too soft for my taste. En suite bathroom is bright and clean, though the walls could be cleaner but that's just me being nit picky. Decent sound proofing within the hotel but it's by a busy street so you can hear sirens and car horns throughout the night. Would stay here again definitely, the one minute walk to tube station is a definite bonus.

Cozy, 19 room hotel, pretty vintage decoration everywhere. We had a good quality bed and everything was clean and tidy, especially the bath. No real heating though, only small electrical hand towel heating element in the bath (even to small for one towel), which doesn't help a lot if the windows (though doubled) aren't tight.
