Room commodity not the best. Very noisy. Good breakfast. Good location.

I stayed in this hotel just for one night. The room was clean enough and the staff were nice. Didn’t have breakfast there so I can’t say anything about it. Pro: price. Con: the mattress was very bad and the window didn’t close completely. I stayed on the — 1 level and my window gave on the outside of the breakfast area and starting from 7am the noise and the smell coming from that area didn’t let me sleep at all. I would suggest you to opt for a room on a different floor.

Nice … just as advert stated. Friendly staff. Nice house keeping. And breakfast is a good bonus. Close to train station/buses… shops. Abit of outside noise (But just shut the window) All in all a good stay.

I am pleasantly surprised, since I have been several times in London and the standards are very low… We always found this hotel clean and fragrant. Breakfast served in a small room… Often crowded… but both sweet and salty super! Super friendly and helpful staff.

Small room on the third floor without an elevator, furniture recently renovated but poor cleaning. Very basic room equipment (one towel, dirty basket, Wi-Fi did not take). Check in in an adjacent building, at check out I didn't find anyone available. Just enough breakfast (soluble coffee, tea, juices and yogurt, sweet and savoury products of low quality). Overall acceptable given the convenient location to get to the centre, but in my experience is not worth the price or the three stars (although by London standards you struggle to find better)

I am pleasantly surprised, since I have been to London several times and the standards are very low… This hotel is always clean and fragrant, and the super sweet and salty breakfast! The staff were super friendly and helpful.

If you take into account the average London standards and the price quality the Comfotel PRPL I would judge it more than good. At the end you are only two Metro stops away from Nothing Hill! Friendly and helpful Staff The room for four was functional inside also a fridge available and an electric teapot with tea bags and coffee ' every day stocked. The bathroom wide. The daily housekeeping, unimpeachable. Breakfast Possibility to take the bus at 50 meters. A tip, just behind Shepherd's Bush metro station, is the Westfield Center, a large shopping mall where you can also find many restaurants and pubs.
It should be said that there is no lift, even if it is not an insurmountable problem for a few ramps.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the rooms really good, but unfortunately very noisy. Breakfast much better than expected. All in all a recommendation worth it. We would come back.

Excellent value for money.

Not overly happy with the service. The room was ok, but we were moved after our first night, the staff went into our room and moved our stuff whilst we were out! A clean and basic hotel, I wouldn't stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay for 4 nights! Check in by the boss personally, nice reception and he gave us some useful information! Rooms are clean and usefully furnished but a little small "london typical"!

Good location directly in front of a supermarket. Small but cozy rooms, beds a bit battered but after all comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel near two metro lines. Comfortable, small beds as almost always in England, if you can ask for a twin room (single beds) more comfortable. Small but relatively new bathrooms. Missing a portaoggeti in the shower… Buffet breakfast varies with both sweet and savory. Definitely to consider for a further stay of a few days, price unbeatable.

Booking procedure simple and efficient. Excellent choice of accommodation to choose from.

The hotel is just some minutes walk close to the underground station, very easy to reach! Our room was warm and very clean, something not obvious in a place with a lot of travelers. At breakfast there were a good choice of foods, from cooked eggs to cereals, passing through toasts and snacks. All was promptly cooked and available in a short time if ended. We had a great stay there, congratulations!

Amazing service, the rooms are very high standard, I had a birthday and without mentioning it left me a card and other surprises in the room. Thank you very much for the pleasant experience. Was very good time!

This hotel was perfect! Great location, close to many attractions but not the that usually goes with a great location. VERY CLEAN and that was a huge concern of mine given the price was reasonable!

Loved it all, from the friendly welcome, the spacious bedroom, huge bath sheets to wrap yourself up in after a bath, mood lighting and the tastiest of breakfasts in the breakfast room!

Lovely hotel ideally located. The staff are very friendly and make you feel as though nothing is too much. We stayed for our anniversary and loved it from the moment of arrival. Overall a great hotel with great staff!

Nice location, clean modern rooms. Nice Executive Lounge with drinks/snacks in the evening. Great views too.

The room is ok. Clean and quiet. The bad thing is that doesn't have a lift/elevator and the staff stays in another hotel near, so you have to go thwre if you need anything. They do not help to take your baggage up through the long and narrow stairs.

Easy place, funny… very kind and friendly staff, very close to underground station, nice and comfortable rooms, new rooms, very assorted food for breakfast in a very happy breakfast room. Every time I come to London I came here… thanks to all the staff for all services… see you next…

Stayed at this hotel with my family for a few days and we really enjoyed our time here! The manager Badar was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us! The entire staff was extremely helpful! The breakfast was delicious, it was a buffet with eggs, croissants, juice toast and so much more! The hotel was at a great location with great access to busses and trains. It had loads of restaurants nearby and sainsbury directly opposite it, which was extremely handy! the rooms were cleaned everyday as well with fresh towels laid on the bed each day. It was truly a great experience and we would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Prices are ok but stinks in our room. 3 times they moved us. Women who worked in the cafeteria were unpleasant.

I liked the place because of Friendly staff & Comfortably rooms.

Shower room 3 days a cold 4, promises to return money to the account but not the maintains. Breakfast embarrassing. Don't go.

Wasn't clean bed sheets. When asked for replacement told they didn't have spares.

I booked this for my son and daughter in law for one night the linen and towels were stained, there were hairs on the linen and walls of the shower, after two letters and asking for my money back not even a phone call, seems from the other reviews this place should be avoided.

Stayed here 2 years ago it wasn't the greatest of places but since then they have had massive improvements on the rooms lovely hot powerful shower in room 3 Wi-Fi works perfect. Could do with the floor boards fixing down properly.

Blah blah. Now for the small grants or backpackers, it is correct.
30 minutes from downtown bus.

^^^not worth a star we stayed there for two nights, it was awful! There was no one at reception half the time. Was locked out because they decided to change the locks and go out for dinner without giving me the key. The room stank and was poorly insulated, could hear people coming in all night. Breakfast was cold and service was poor, over booked and not a good option. Seriously.
