Location: Fantastic Limehouse DLR station right opposite Tesco, Costcutter, Sainsburys and dew more supermarkets very close by downstairs Several pocket friendly restaurants and takeaways around. Apartment: Clean, newly renovated, well equipped. Facilities: No parking around so don’t bring a car if you’re planning to. Very less toiletries. Check appliances immediately after check In. Be careful when booking during hot climate as their AirCon never really works. No onsite staff for help if needed. Staff: FYI (they say they’re available between 1000-1900 on the website and welcome mail, but they’re hardly available if needed) One of the worse I’ve ever experienced in my several travels. Extremely rude. I’ll name 3 Who let me down totally and needed heated arguments to get what I needed from them. Imil: Who didn’t care if my AC wasn’t working and said it’s not his problem to deal with as the ac repair company hasn’t given a timeline to repair. Antonio: Apparently having an unserviceable washing machine is the guest’s problem as “this is not a hotel to make demands” Mariana: This particular staff actually mislead me before making my booking by telling me that the apartment is SOLD OUT for the whole month I was looking to book. I still went ahead and made the online booking from their official website and received confirmation of the same. All in all, the property is good to stay at and located perfectly for tourists wishing to use the London rail system. The staff of the property is a huge letdown and totally spoil your stay at such a lovely property. Hope my detailed review helps.
