The apartment was spacious and looked lovely. It was advertised as a flat with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Apartment 11 had spotty to non-existent Wi-Fi and the a/c has not worked since our arrival. As for the air conditioning, we were advised that maintenance would be coming to perform a quick inspection of the a/c units in the apartment on the day after we arrived. The apartment is extremely warm and the windows cannot be opened at night due to the high noise level from the street. It is now the end of Day 2. I have emailed and called the office three times. I am consistently told that the maintenance of the a/c is performed by another company and that they aren’t sure when someone can come see the issue. I have also been informed that some of the apartments have issues with the air conditioning and that there isn’t much that can be done. I suggested that they shouldn’t advertise air conditioning and the office staff said that I was probably right. Discomfort from the heat in August and the inability to communicate over the World Wide Web are large misses. It’s truly unfortunate since the location is good. I would definitely not recommend this building if these are important to you.

Location: Fantastic Limehouse DLR station right opposite Tesco, Costcutter, Sainsburys and dew more supermarkets very close by downstairs Several pocket friendly restaurants and takeaways around. Apartment: Clean, newly renovated, well equipped. Facilities: No parking around so don’t bring a car if you’re planning to. Very less toiletries. Check appliances immediately after check In. Be careful when booking during hot climate as their AirCon never really works. No onsite staff for help if needed. Staff: FYI (they say they’re available between 1000-1900 on the website and welcome mail, but they’re hardly available if needed) One of the worse I’ve ever experienced in my several travels. Extremely rude. I’ll name 3 Who let me down totally and needed heated arguments to get what I needed from them. Imil: Who didn’t care if my AC wasn’t working and said it’s not his problem to deal with as the ac repair company hasn’t given a timeline to repair. Antonio: Apparently having an unserviceable washing machine is the guest’s problem as “this is not a hotel to make demands” Mariana: This particular staff actually mislead me before making my booking by telling me that the apartment is SOLD OUT for the whole month I was looking to book. I still went ahead and made the online booking from their official website and received confirmation of the same. All in all, the property is good to stay at and located perfectly for tourists wishing to use the London rail system.
