Perfect for a city trip, thanks to the central location. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is adequate. Gladly again.

Rooms overlook busy street, expect noise all the time. Had to use earplugs to sleep. Good location. Breakfast — cereals, eggs, toast, cheese, jams.

The only good things were location and staff. The staff are actually at the Hyde Park hotel across the road — presumably bought the paddington for those of us being given cheap budgets by our employer. Note: the staff on reception were 100% perfect — pleasant, helpful, friendly, can't fault them. So we get our key and are politely informed there's no lift. We're on the third floor. So we drag our bags up several flights. The room was clean and basic. Things I didn't like: — no quilt. Instead, I had a horrible scratchy dark orange blanket that the 1970s would have rejected. — full sized fridge… noisy. Thermostat clicked the power back on every few minutes and it was LOUD. Turned it off at the wall. — fixtures and fittings thrown together cheaply. Loose tap, loose bathroom door handle, gap in the tiles etc — kettle flex too short so had to bring it over to the bed and plug it in there — safe not working — no sweetener with the tea (only sugar…) — breakfast in the cellar… one staff member said good morning briefly, but manager stood chatting to colleagues with his hands in his pockets and didn't acknowledge us — shower was powerful but cold Overall it was a depressing little place. But then it was 80 quid for a night 2 mins from hyde park, so there you go. I'll take it up with my boss. The Swan pub round the corner does a lovely pint though.

Have cancelled and booked in across the road. Dire, will post photographs and there is most definitely a trade description issue. Notice that the rate quoted via Google is circa £45, I booked at £169.

This is a reasonable hotel I can't put 3.5 but I would put it about there its in a trendy and fashionable bayswater the house are a mix of Georgian, Edwardian mews the a mix of modern style buildings it looks a little worn down a kind of faded elegance but the rooms are nice, clean and fairly spacious bathrooms compact but workable afew things to take into consideration first you need to check in across the road at another hotel to get your keys second be fit there's no lifts and the stairs are quite steep if you're on floor 3 or 4 you will feel it breakfast is served downstairs it a continental style but lots of it things near you the beautiful wild and manicured Hyde park and in that is the Albert memorial gardens and Kensington your nearest tube is Lancaster Gate which is 5-10 minutes away and your roughly 2 and half miles from central London and only 3-4 stops from bond street and Oxford circus.

Chose as it was the cheapest place closr to Paddington Station. Reception is now in a much nicer hotel across the road, bit odd. Room was small, relatively clean. Cold tap in sink didn't work. Shower was decent, but head didn't move. Suprisingly quite room, but pretty hot. Bed firm and cheap but slept alright. No hot breakfast, eggs and croissants weren't great. But for a cheapish room near to the station, served its purpose.

I'm guessing they are going through some renovations right now so the office is located across the street. The room for the price was pretty good. No AC during the Heatwave but there was a fan which did a lot. Shower left something to be desired but that's probably the only black mark Incan reasonably give.

It was really loud, because of the street. The windwos were so old that we could feel the wind in the room. It was super cold. The bed was hard and the pillows and sheets as well not the best. The shower was tirty and really old. The hotel's old and small. Morning buffet was also small not even normal coffee. But the location was ok. Some good resteraunt in walkinf distance.

Horrible experience, very disappointed — This place so called "hotel" needs an urgent renovation. It is very dirty and old. The carpets are old and dirty with all kind of spots everywhere, the walls the same. There was a kind of ventilator in the window and the hole in the glass over the ventilator so the room was noisy and cold, and generally the window needs to be changed. I could to sleep because of the street noise and the clod coming in through the hole in the window. The carpet was very old and and the bathroom was more like a bathroom in a very cheap place. I stayed in this room in February and everyone can imagine how cold it can be in the room with this window, and I am surprised that nobody notices this. The window was also quite dirty and needs to be cleaned, but nobody bothers. The breakfast was one of the worse breakfasts I have ever had, there was only bread butter and cheese. Powder coffee and tea. I would recommend that they add any ham or salami, but it is not important as I will never ever go there again. The place does not have its own reception and to get the key we had to go to the hotel across the street, which was not bad, but still. A double room I this place was 75 Pounds. It is not worthed.

A simple but lovely clean and comfortable hotel very good value for money at two steps of Metro station Paddington… The manager an Italian gentleman gracious and polite… found me place even without a reservation… Racomando strongly!

Last stay was early November 2014 and the staffs were great. Rooms are good with very comfortable beds. The room was a family room with two double beds and was clean and a decent size. Really The Paddington Hotel London is one of the best hotels in Paddington.

My friend and I were nearing the end of a 3 month trip when we stayed at the Paddington Hotel London. One of best hotels in Paddington near Paddington station. … The staff is very professional, kind and efficient… The hotel is new and clean… nice comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms….

Spent two nights in November and it was bliss. One of the best hotels in Paddington I have ever visited. The staffs are very courteous and our room was amazing. Don't miss their breakfast.

We stayed for 1 night and couldn't complain about anything. Friendly helpful service from all of the staff we met. Excellent value for money and great location. Very close to Paddington station.
