Rooms very nice and clean. Nice bath. The rooms are not big, but that doesn't bother at all:-), very good mattresses! perfect location! — metro station and bus can be reached in a few minutes. Within five minutes you are in a street with countless good pubs, shops, local. Would book this accommodation again at any time, perfect for a city trip!

The studio as you have described it is not even 20 square meters tall when we arrived at third it really annoyed us. The kitchen is located in the wardrobe (also small) the bathroom was clean but extremely small I think you could not even turn around. And for three people it's really tight. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone except you book a triple room for one person.

The room is small, but the overall living condition is satisfying with good bathrooms and friendly reception people.

Very clean and quiet place. Good size Studio for London and well Appointed. No breakfast service on site as these are studios with kitchenette, the occupants can buy outside and store in the fridge, cook on the Plates. Floor flooring in the rooms.

Very clean and modern rooms and staff are friendly. Great location near paddington station.

Very bad hotel, not clean, very small room and even the door is not properly working. Receptionist poor attitude.

Very small and difficult to navigate the corridors even with the tiniest of buggies. Staff were lovely and the room was very clean.

Fab place to stay reasonable with room rates you have everything you need in small clean rooms. Good location near 2 underground (tube) stations. What more do you need. Stayed several times.

We stayed here and had no hot water no heating and a broken kettle nothing was resolved when we complained I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here unless your happy with just a bed!
The manager was as helpful as the broken kettle.

Great location. Nice rooms. Only the small bathroom is one thing that I did not like, the glass bathroom door. Practically from the outside you could see everything.

Charged my friends 410$ for a reservation that was cancelled two months before the due date… And refused to return the money!

The rooms are very new, have a small kitchen with everything you need. Very well located and quiet. The only downside is that the rooms have pretty tight space, but I would still recommend it.

This establishment is value for money… if your budget is 5 pence per night! I have a dog kennel bigger than the 'triple room' in this place (and I haven't even got a dog! ) I said to one of the staff 'these stairs look a bit steep'… and she charged me a tenner to walk up them! I can't afford to walk back down them! I'd chance the lift but I only came here with a grand! The place looks very nice from the outside, but that's what the Christians said about the Coliseum! Jimmy Kranky would struggle to snooze in this place. Don't be hoodwinked in renting a triple room here for more than one person. A triple studio apartment here really means an apartment for one. If you can buy a box of matches, empty the contents out (responsibly) then find a parking space for the matchbox, then move in to the aforementioned empty vessel with your luggage then you will have a mansion compared to Ronnie Corbett's shoe box in which I currently reside. I wouldn't complain, but one of Ronnie's shoe's is still here! Top place though.

This is not actually a hotel but a rented apartment or “self-catered” accommodation, as some people call it. However, in most respects it worked just like a hotel. The only main difference, which was probably its biggest drawback, was checking in. There is no sign for 39 Suites, so you have to check in at the actual hotel nextdoor, which is somewhat marked. There are several accommodations nearby, including a youth hostel, so it can be confusing. Fortunately, the Spaniard who was working the desk during our stay was delightful. He was very friendly and easy to get along with. He gave us everything we asked for and more, even going so far as to call some taxi companies to help us get a good, cheap ride to Heathrow when we were checking out. (We ended up taking the Tube. ) The room itself was very small but had everything we needed, including a TV, Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette (which was the size of a small closet and hidden about as well as one. The bathroom (washroom) was fairly roomy by British standards. We stayed three nights, and the room was cleaned each time with sheets and towels changed. The only other issue we had besides the small size and strange check-in process was that the elevator (lift) was broken when we arrived, so we had to carry our luggage up multiple flights of very narrow stairs without help. It was fixed by the time we checked out, so it appears they do tend to things rather quickly.
