Very, very small rooms and seeing all sorts of things. It was so narrow in the room that I had to crash into something all the time. Who has more than 65 kg is definitely not your hotel. The walls are dirty. The underwear is clean, the towels are changed every day, the staff are friendly and ready to help at any moment. Of the pluses — the location of the hotel, very close to Hyde Park, where you can relax in the fresh air. Nearby Paddington Railway Station — you can visit the suburbs (the same Windsor) at a reasonable price. From the main attractions in the minutes 30-40 walk. In general, if you do not pay attention to some shabbyness of the hotel, the price-quality ratio is not bad.

We´ve had a small Double, noisy but clean. The Staff is very friendly, the Location superb and it´s very affordable for London.

Very comfortable, they change you every day the towels, it's perfect.

Basic and clean room, beautiful area and very quiet, close to transportation.

Very bad experience, very dissapointed. Rooms are tiny, dirty and very cold. No additional blankets were served by the unkind receptionists. Heating on the room was also shut down during the night for extra chill.
Not enough towels for our double room and no hair dryer on sight.
Luggage storing service consists on leaving them on the entrance without receipt or vigilance.
Please avoid at all costs.

Very good price for the location but bedroom quality reflects this. Decent if you're not expecting much.

Great location, helpful staff and reasonably priced option just minutes from Hyde Park, Paddington station and Lancaster Gate tube. Clean and quite rooms. Reception 24 hours.

Definitely to recommend view of the great location near the metro and bus stops, even walking was feasible to reach more central areas of interest! Towels and bed remade every GG!

A very used hotell the rom hadde alot of damage, and IT was mold in the bathroom. Location was Nice, polite reception!

Well located Hotel and nothing else, overall pretty dirty and sloppy, outdated and maintenance free, for the price they charge leaves a lot to be desired.

Although the location of the hotel was good, the room was somewhat small, and for the price it had it was too poorly conserved and somewhat dirty.

Friendly staff, close to Paddington and cheap. However, the rooms lack soundproofing, they weren't the cleanest (found a chip under the bed) and the electric kettle is useless because of the small sink.

Utter rubbish. Not only is there no lift (try carrying big suitcases up three flights of narrow, steep stairs), the rooms are in poor condition and very small. There was no room to even lay down a suitcase. Carpets were dirty, the bathroom was in disrepair with broken toilet seat and shower handle and no ventilation. The sheets didn't fit the lumpy uncomfortable mattress meaning I ended up sleeping on the bare mattress by morning (yuck). Wi-Fi was non-existent — it's 2017, seriously. To top it off, it's extremely noisy with no sound-proofing. I wasn't expecting a five star property but this hotel really is pathetic. I checked out early after two nights (of a planned 4 night stay).

The rooms are tiny, but clean. The bath was obviously new renovated. The stuff is friendly. I would give 4 stars so far, but it's very noisy. You hear every door slamming in this hotel and the walls are thin as paper. At night I could hear my neighbor snoring.

Only stayed one night. Was allowed in an hour earlier than check in time :) room was very small but very clean bathroom again small but spotlessly clean and modern. Plenty of tea coffee. Staff on desk polite. My only complaint was the badly fitting curtains such a shame as spoils the look of the room. Overall for the location to Hyde Park this hotel was good value for money. If you want luxury you can choose somewhere twice the price. I would return thank you Mina House Hotel.

Bad Wi-Fi reception, small rooms and it lacked air condition (for hot summer days) but its cheap so you get what you should expect.

Comfortable stay, bathroom could do with a good clean as there was limescale on the shower head and mildew on the walls.

Location is good. Room is very humid you can actually see the walls dripping. Although it's clean it could use a little maintenance. There is no elevator. Wifi is very slow.

Not a great experience unfortunately; maybe just a bad room. Heating in room does not work properly however staff very kindly provided an electronic heater. Internet is only available in the lobby, No breakfast available in the hotel, Extractor fan doesn't work in the bathroom, Bathroom door doesn't close properly, The room smells like someone took a piss in a corner. Bed mattress are like jelly with dips in them. Shower water is warm not hot. No lift, we are on the top floor; 3 floors 6 flights of stairs, great for keeping fit! We could hear the guy in the room next door snoring most of the night and farting when he wasn't snoring. Well at least he's a happy customer :-) On the positive side: location is OK, staff are nice and try to be helpful, sheets clean, bathroom is small but clean and modern looking. There is free tea, coffee etc. In generous amounts.

Very small basic room, no room to move. Very disappointed. 1 flat pillow per person. Uncomfortable and cramped.

Close to the city and metro! Good customer service from Ling Ling.

Good location only a few mins from Lancaster Gate and Paddingtion. Room looks brand new with great bathroom and LED TV. Its clear that the hotel is being done up. Great on a budget if you don't intended on staying in the hotel all day £48. Great.

Great location, great price, just been renovated so beware previous reviews.
