Reviews of OYO Townhouse Apollo, Hyde Park 3*
It is the worst Hotel I have visited, I do not recommend it to anyone, dirty rooms, no lights in the bathrooms, broken beds, bad breakfast and mistreatment of the people in charge of the Hotel. You get tired of asking to speak with the manager and it never arrives. In the end we had to leave in the middle of the night for another hotel because they never fixed the broken thing and they also wanted to charge us for the broken bed.
Well, the rooms are very unkempt, but the essential stuff is there and sort of works, the hotel itsself shows age and lack of maintenance, offers basic breakfast and has a recepcionist who speaks acceptable english. I guess. That being said, it's a dirt cheap hotel boasting a very good location, close to Paddington. If you want a place to chash cheeply close to the centre, it does the job.
This hotell is not recommended: Rooms very small and unclean: Duch-can rusty, mold in the corners … The staff is very unkind, and do not address problems and questions … Offer a private overpriced night driving service to the airport. Requests for other taxi service is ignored. Breakfast consists of dry rolls me mamelade, and bad coffee … Have never had such a bad hotel before: — (
The hotel is bad. Poor. The type of hotel however is very kind.
I had to give a star, unfortunately.
We are just guests at The Apollo and certainly for the last time!
Apart from the location, there are NOTHING positives!
Although we have already adjusted to the worst, we were again surprised negatively. The whole room has been very bad until not cleaned at all, that it is worn out, is ok, but hygienically clean it must still be! Also the bathroom is partly heavily mouldy and dirty — take from the bathroom I can only advise!
The window is very leaking, so we had to seal ourselves with towels. Even then, it sounds like we're sleeping directly on the street.
The toilet has been leaking for 3 days, the staff know and meanwhile, towels are simply thrown at the floor for drying during daily "cleaning. " The problem is still there and the water is trickling down and trickling down …
Those who have a light night's sleep will never be able to sleep here, because you hear EVERYTHING! The squeaky beds, the floors, the doors, voices, car noise … just any noise!
The so-called breakfasts are old cakes, salted butter, jam and cornflakes with milk. If you want to have a satisfactory breakfast, you are completely wrong here. We are now forgoing this breakfast …
I am a mystery how our travel agency, despite the very cheap price and the great location this unsanitary "hotel" could offer us.
Very well located Hyde park, metro, restaurant, atypical hotel, but at the level of awful bedding, people who have back problems abstain.
A very dirty hotel infested with bed fleas the household is not done it disgusted me it was a nightmare for my children because of the bed bugs I advise you not to go.
The hotel does not show up at all clean, for the first 2 days I was moved to another hotel. The staff seemed to me rather cunning, making me pay £2 for printing a sheet and £10 to leave 2 suitcases for a few hours. Discouraged! Good location, everything else to review.
Stay away from this hotel, even for it's low price. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist looked at us, and ran to the back room. Came out 3 minutes after and didn't even greet us. Before handing us our key: "Your room number is… " followed by a awkward silence for 30 seconds, which felt like 5 minutes. "Your room number is 403" And continues to quickly tell us how to get to our room, and when breakfast is, which was very difficult to understand. We get to our room, and my girlfriend goes to take a shower as the first thing. Few minutes after the receptionist comes knocking on our door, tell us he gave us the wrong room. Tells me "Clean, clean, clean" And that we need to hurry up. Getting a bit annoyed at this point, as we try to hurry up, thinking that there's someone else waiting for the room. We didn't clean up, from the short time we were in the room. So we asked the receptionist, why are we supposed to clean the room. Apperently what he ment, was that we need to 'clear' our stuff, so he could give us another room. Next room we get is quite small, compared to the other room. The bed was made of 4 boxes with a madress on top, which was not very comfortable. There was an awkward chair, that was only in the way, cause there was no room for it in the room, so we had to move it around all the time. Breakfast is absolutely terrible. A small 'buffet': Cheap ass flutes and croissants, which you can cleary taste is not fresh.
Good value for money. A simple but clean hotel room in the heart of London. According to the latest reviews, we expected bad things and were pleasantly surprised. There was no vermin, we had warm water, so we could shower and bathe and dirty it wasn't either. Breakfast might be better, but for the price, that would be difficult, too. The staff were all nice and helpful. So a hotel for the small travel budget, totally okay.
It was a very nice place to stay.
Upon our arrival, at the time of payment, their POS receiver did not work (as long as they had it). We were asked to pay in cash, but since we did not, we were told that we could safely pay in the evening with the card. In the evening we asked to pay with the card (they never bothered about the payment), but it still didn't work, and the manager assured us that the next morning we could proceed with the POS payment. The next day the scene was repeated, but this time, although I asked to pay and the problem was them, the music has changed and they have annoyingly demanded that I go to withdraw to pay in cash, saying that now was passed the first Night and had to pay (I had asked to pay, after breakfast, they were forgotten). I went to withdraw, obviously paying the commission, when on the site it was written clearly that you could pay with paper, and I was told that on an account of 517 pounds, by their concession, I would subscribe to 5!
In the evening we asked for two blankets because the children were cold, and they told me to open the wardrobe doors, and I would find them inside, too bad that the closet had no doors! I reported that there were no blankets and rudely told me to Andarmele to take in another room! They gave me the key to a room, out of curiosity I looked inside the closet in which they had sent me (this wardrobe at least had the doors!
By EVITAREEEE!
Experience all too disappointing!
Hotel very dirty, breakfast practically non existent, towels not present in the room, staff at the reception who wants to clearly rip you off!
Adapter for the socket £10, if you ask to print a sheet £2 and finally… just to leave there a few hours the baggage £10! Never again! Sconsigliatissimo!
When we arrived at the hotel we were told that we did not have the reservation made when that is a lie since we had our role of the reservation already paid. They tell us to sit down and go check it out. Half an hour later they say no and we call the agency. The guy at the reception the only thing he said was "relax, no problem" did nothing to be interested in us or solve the problem. I was just sitting around playing with his cell phone. I recommend you amtes to choose this place you think about it more than twice.
It wasn't good. We couldn't pay with a card. Only cash. Tubimos to go out for a walk at night in an unknown neighborhood to find a cashier because they wouldn't let us stay. Then extraviamos the key going in an elevator from the 5th to PB and nobody returned it. We were charged 50 pounds for placing an alleged new lock that was apparently used.
Very nice photos, but does not apply to the rooms at all. I would rather pay 10 euros more per night than stay there again. But the staff was very friendly to me. It would have to be renovated again. But from me there are zero stars for this hotel.
Never been to a worse hotel. Even a hostel is more well-kept. The staff is not friendly, the rooms are dirty, in the beds are bed bugs which you can also see every morning at the blood stains on the paints. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. Sometimes the windows cannot be completely closed and even at 10 degrees minus. The staff are only always comforted. Unfortunately, you can't award 0 stars here or better still negative ones. I can only agree with my prescribe here and even on various hotel portals is warned about this.
Great location, opposite Hyde Park, 2 nearby metro stations, bus stops and many shops and restaurants. Apart from the location, the rest is not to be recommended. First day we arrive in the family room for 6 people, find 7 beds (nothing wrong) but 2 towels for 6, a window with a wall view, no toilet paper and on the floor a lot of dirt (cotton flakes etc. ) We warned the desk, nothing done Until the next day… breakfast we did not see it, or maybe it was cereals, bread, butter and orange… Hôtel without maintenance, unfortunately… sorry for the very nice night staff, but not recommend for family traveler.
Do not stay here. Staff rude. Room dirty. We had a leak in our room. When we told the night manager. He gave us towel to put on the floor. No offer of room replacement. During the night the leak became so bad we couldn't stay in the room any longer. Only then did they offer us a new much smaller room with lights not working. No tea and coffee in rooms. Reported it to day manager how we where treated. She said it wasn't her fault a pipe burst.
The rooms were small and it could have been cleaner! Besides, the view was far from beautiful and the windows were dirty.
The Wi-Fi only worked in the entrance area.
If staff were at the counter, it was unmotivated.
You can have breakfast here until 10 a. M. But not much choice. No fruit or vegetables. For the first coffee in the morning it is enough.
It was our first trip to London. Me and my life partner we stopped at this hotel for 6 weeks (November-December 2017), also my children was meanwhile there. Every day clean towels, hot water, coffee and tea making facilities in the room, TV. Only first day the heater didn´t work, but they fixed it next day, so it was working later correctly. Good location, near the tube station, restaurants, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens. Very friendly stuff. Thank you for making our stay delightful during this time. If we go again to London, definitely we would like to stay at this hotel.
Avoid this place as the plague. Mind you, there was in fact a plague there, consisting of bed bugs. It earned one of my very few one star reviews ever. The location is good, but: As I said, there were bed bugs, and they were hungry! To my sorrow I noticed this rather too late, and got eaten. The room was exceedingly dirty, as were the beds, and lots of things like lamps and wallsockets and what have you were broken down or worn out in equal measure. The rest of the hotel appeared to be no different. There was no hot water, and I really mean none. For days on end it was not even lukewarm, but freezing. Thus, a shower was a thoroughly unpleasant affair, and I resorted to heating water in the kettle to be able to shave. Virtually every fire door I saw was jammed open. In one case by a fire extinguisher! There was no fire escape plan to be seen and the electrical wiring was awful. Fortunately, a lot of it does not work, which rather lowers the risk, but in case of fire, this building is a death trap. There was also a lot of rubbish blocking what was probably fire escapes. Wi-Fi was unavailable in the rooms. You could sometimes get a connection in the lobby if you were lucky. Breakfast was a sorry affair. It was free which is only fair, as nobody in their right mind would pay for it. Hint: Go to a pub instead. Another hint: Choose another place to stay in altogether. I could go on, but there is no use beating a dead horse is there? I am sure you get the idea.
Dear guys if you have booked in this hotel, CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION NOW! The sheets are stained, small rooms, small bathrooms and no bidet, soap and hairdryer, small TV, unpleasant staff, breakfast is done in the basement and under The tables I found some dead cockroach, the rooms all full of dust… Etcetera…
DON'T GO THERE! YOU ONLY WASTE MONEY!
Ps. Wi-Fi is not free! You Pay 5 pounds!
Pss. I would Not even recommend it to my most sworn enemy!
The hotel Obkurennye The rooms, we tried to check in the dirty room, the breakfasts are scarce: milk, coffee, tea, croissants, muesli, jam, oil-all the cheapest. They came to friends in 3 * ku near-for the same price they bought (only earlier) there a magic breakfast! And the hotel is much more decent. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good.
Avoid this Place after booking three rooms for a family treat, this was an utter joke. We were show to our rooms all of which were either dirty or dangerous we were show 9 rooms to choose from they ranged from dirty washing on the floor to food from previous guests/prisoners detail tea bags and coffee dirty beds and bedding, inspects smoke/tobacco smells in the rooms no hot water no plugs dirty bath and mould all over only parts of the floor covered. The staff less than helpful blown lights and bulbs in rooms with live cables from fittings on show. The TV didn't work in two of the rooms no signals. Walls floors unfinished and dirty with squashed bugs and inspects on. Broken mirrors. They have no stars but show three on there website. Missing fire fighting equipment and signs painted over. Breakfast room dirty stale bread poor tea and coffee no hot food served. Will be advising local council and fire services.
The first Night They moved us to another Hotel (and it went well). Breakfast poor little room but for the price it was fine. At the front desk in the morning there was no one.
Only good for the people that go to visit London and need a place to sleep and take a bath… The room were I stayed smelled a Lot like tobacco, the space for 4 people was incredibly small, the TV only had one working channel and one of the bed lights didn't work… And also THERE'S NO WI-FI on the room, only on the entry hall of the hotel! The only really positive thing is the location…
Horror Hotel! If I could I wouldn't give a star at all.
For a short trip to London, the demands on the overnight stay were not high. Clean bed and clean bathroom with shower it should be. There is no expectation here and even the price of 69€ is not justified here. Bed stinks, in the bathroom stick hair in the shower, the tiles mold, electrics strong marauding and mostly without function, no warm water in many rooms. In our room there was only a small electric heating so that it gets a little warm in the room. The TV had no function at all. Provided kettle is so dirty, I wouldn't even pee in. After consultation with other guests, all rooms are in desolate condition. Staff are unfriendly and do not respond to complaints at all.
I wouldn't even want to sleep here for one night next time.
Slept there overnight, experienced a lot of discomfort — no hot water, light above bed didn't work, booking agent's payment to hotel was refused due to a fault with the card terminal. Staff was not particularly friendly. Room was big though and had no difficulty sleeping.
The rooms are, well… Nice, but it's very confusing, combine that with the really tedious Hall ways and dirty rooms.

This hotel has a bad sercice in all ways. The receptionist is rude and the food is so bad. The breakfast is hasn't got variety and it tastes horrible. The place is not clean at all and the Wi-Fi doesn't arrive to the rooms (which are small and uncomfortable). The only good point is the price, which is quite cheap, and the location (near Queen's station).
Lovley service and good location for the enjoying your holiday aziz, farah and the resr of the staff ware so polite and respectful thanks.
DON'T DO IT! After waiting for an hour for our room, because it had to be cleaned… This is what we got… Empty booze bottles and used underwear on the bed. Horrible service to add. Got the key off "the cleaners" who looked dressed for a party. I guess they had the pre-party in "our room". Demanded our money back and walked out without a plan. Would rather spend our night on the streets of London than sleep here.
Hotel completely rotten.! to our get surprise.! 2 bedrooms réservér. One of these find 5 ds a room rotten…! bed not done.! water leakage in the WC.! breakfast and service more than minimum. No Wi-Fi…! not dez keeper.! … in short. This establishment should not be called "Hotel.
Very bad idea. Everywhere Dirt, blood, stains, dust, scratches in the Qand and much more. We were there 4 nights and not 1 time the trash was gelert. To not Recommend!
Probably the worst hotel I've stayed in to date, there were sheets instead of duvets, the pillows were non existing, there was no heating and very unhelpful staff.
Freezing small room, no heating, no duvet, when I asked for a duvet I was given a sheet and they did not have extra pillows, we had to use a rolled up sheet to change the angle of our necks. No toiletries and loo roll does not stay on the holder properly. Lost sleep due to being cold and uncomfortable. Worst stay I have ever had.
Good location, but not as clean as you would expect.
Bottomless. Unfriendly reception, centimeters, thick layers of dust and Dirt on the floor. Television in Gameboy size. The bed is covered with strange hair spots etc, as a ceiling, a ZEWA is-like sheets, by the way will never be changed just like the towels. The balcony was with food scraps (! ) dirty. The bathroom was coated with various mold cultures. My long-lost house dust Allergy was in this location for a spontaneous Revival, and I was able to collect experiences that were given to me to prepare for the jungle camp in a smaller area. Personal Highlight of the used spoon that still had the leftovers from the Vorbewohner. 5 days on the edge of homelessness for not a little money.
The Hotel was not at all. I had not even checked in since I was dredged from the man at the front Desk on the most disgusting, the next Morning, as me, the next employees of the Hotels as re-dredged. When I got to the room the next shock, the room was super small and not clean was made everywhere the Dirt of the front yard tree branches around. The window went up and the view of the rain gutter was also not the Bringer. Not to mention the dirty and rusty shower and the broken tiles in the bathroom. The only Good thing about the Hotel is the proximity to the city centre and the metro station was.
There is only cold water, the beds are stained and musty and mold it to the carpet as well as on the walls. This Hotel is absolutely to be avoided, or plan to go after the visit to the doctor.
5 days and never again: — No free Wi-Fi, TV not working, No phone in the room (Partner Allergy. In the case of seizure must immediately call a doctor! ), Duvet covers from the previous tenant, In the whole room toenails! The water is cold! Always the Same message from the front Desk: Some rooms have a telephone, some not. Some rooms have hot water, some not. Be glade every room have a window, what you Need is just a bed and a breakfast! Never again this Hotel!
Free Wi-Fi and smoke free my ass. You have to pay for your Wi-Fi but it's so expensive you might as well get a plan with data. Yes the inside of the hotel is smoke free but the little porches right outside almost every room is littered with cigarette butts and pop cans. The free breakfast is mediocre, only serving bread, cereal, and beverages. Rooms are really small, just having enough space to walk through. There are problems with some bathrooms such as toilet not flushing properly or the sink not draining well. You know the scenes in those cheesy romance movies where the couple travels to a place they've never been before for vacation and the guy promises the girl it'll be the best time of their life but then they get to their hotel and open their door and they're in awe with just how underwhelming it is that the only thing to be said at that part is the guy saying "well it could be worse" while shrugging his shoulders? Yeah, that's exactly how you're going to react. Honestly I'm surprised we even had room service. We encountered a problem at the hotel where we were situated in the basement rooms and they stink, literally, so we ask to move rooms and they told us that we have to speak with the "manager". We found out the next day that there is no manager and we only got the room change because we called him out on it and only then did he give us a new key. So in short, don't come here unless you hate yourself.
The views: — mine: it is lousy in general, and the service is worst, rude and senófobo. — others: Excellent: 0; Very good: 2 (owners or their cousins, insurance) ; Normal: 19 views; Bad: 15; Lousy: 61 …
and read the opinions: — “don'T GO! DO NOT RUIN YOUR VACATION! ”
— “Horror! ”
— “horrible is little”
— “Do not go! STEAL! ”
Location is good. Rooms are not brilliant and service is poor.
Price is right.
Very close to the Metro station.
Some Euro-pallets serve as bed rust… Just not under there look…
The worst place I've ever been to. They don't clean nor make the beds, the place is all broken and old in a bad way. The guy at the front desk was really disrespectful. And we had an awful situation in which we came back at the end of the day and the door to our room was open with the key in te keyhole and noone supervising anything, the excuse they told us was that it happend cause they changed the bathroom mirror (! ).
Horrible experience, the shower doesn't work for 3 days and the credit machine doesn't work so I have to pay by cash and that break all my itinerary… the Wi-Fi it's very expensive and in the first floor doesn't work fine :/ I'm so unhappy for stay in that hotel.
Location: very good!
Cleanliness: dirty.
In principle say that you book this hotel by mistake and as I have gone to several of the area of the same characteristics of prices and services, left him as well. I'm going to focus on the room, because the service and staff was all. Was missing half the room curtain and we had to make the invention that you see in the photo that was so they wouldn't see us buildings of to the side. The shower no curtain and the drain was clogged. Them plugs, had that go testing luck to see which worked and clean, clean, nor was, especially in the areas common, the elevator had a spot of coca-cola (think that was that) in the ceiling all the weekend. Basic can be as many hotels of this price and this area, but not so shabby.
Nice price, small room, breakfast simple, coffee bad. Good for sleep by an City trip.
Full of bugs, a nightmare sheets not changed. Very dirty, breakfast average almost could have been eaten by bugs that made our 5 night stay horrible. No free Wi-Fi (2.4£an hour and 6£ a day)
Letti scomodi, pavimento in parquet distrutto, camera minuscola.
More than a hotel is a very pleasant, room that got me had no heating and the window didn't, the mattress from the time of my grandmother, bad hygiene, staff very airconditioning and very unpleasant, without free Wi-Fi, breakfast leaves much to be desired, I do not recommend it even to my enemies of truth all very bad It is the worst hotelucho in which I have been without a doubt, it is very sad but it had to count to not pass anybody… it is pathetic! …
The only reason why I didn't hate the place was because of its proximity to the subway, and the breakfast wasn't that bad (I would eat a lot of croissants and stuff 3 more of them on my bag to eat later). Now where do I begin? Well first, all of the staff members weren't able to welcome me and my family with a smile and were always impolite to us, there was a bald guy that wouldn't even quit watching TV to talk to me. All I wanted to do at the end of a freezing winter day was get to my room, take a hot shower and sleep. Ok, I'm in my room, shower… wait. Where are the towels? We were in three in the room and there were always 0 or 2 towels. My mother though the pillows were too thin so, every day of my 5 days staying I would go downstairs all for towels and one single pillow. They would throw me the towels but never my one pillow… To finish, the bathroom. I'd feel more comfortable to sit on the street then to sit on the floor of that bathroom, it was filthy. And the "hot" shower, the only way to really warm myself up in that country, was never actually hot. You'd turn it on, wait a while, the water would get just warm and when you'd decide to go under the water, it would go cold… Concluding my rant, I would not recommend it unless you'd stay for, like, 2 or 3 days, otherwise, it will stressful and only make your holiday worst. Thank you for your attention.
Location is good. Quick to public transport and close to Restaurants and cafes but thats about where the praise ends… The beds weren't made and we had to ask for more towels. The exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom and the hotel staff tried to tell us it did. Though even when the fan was fixed the bathroom was very steamy and has a stale smell. Staff were not welcoming, and one asked personal questions and made one guest feel uncomfortable. Room was very hot even in winter. Breakfast was very disappointing you only got a basket of Croissants and bread rolls with cornflakes and cheap orange juice. Overall we would not recommend you stay here.
By sending us the nas. Tell the staff "rude and abrupt" is little, of arrogance and rudeness not seen. Rundown rooms, we had to ask for clean sheets the first day because the ones we had were stained with I don't know what. One of the receptionist also had the courage to question the evidence. The night woke us systematically a nest of pigeons that lived right in the window above one of the beds (windowsill lined 20 cm of POO of pigeons, obviously never cleaned by anyone). Room lit only by a neon light, however, loud, the lights above the bed are not working. Elevator never worked, I had room on the fourth floor. Christmas tree leaning against a wall in the hall out of spite, a coffee table framed by a kind of sausage dusted (should be Reed flowers I think). Breakfast not worth the name, 4 plates even of the same service, cold milk (on request comes in a small pan, the same used for all), brioche inedible. Cash only and the icing on the cake. If you want to leave our luggage there the last day costs £ 2 per hour. If you don't want to ruin the holiday go to student hostel, that for sure will be cleaner.
No warm water for days, no Wi-Fi, staff really unfriendly and not helpful, breakfast was a joke! no knowledge about close-by restaurants and things to do, Staff tried to ask me about my personal problems and what was going on with my boyfriend! As if they have any right to know personal information about me! Worst hotel I've ever stayed at, would not recommend to go there.
Sucks and the breakfast is inedible, bathroom door was blocked by a bed, mattresses were propped up on wooden cubes coated and the only window faced a tiny enclosed courtyard from a network in which the pigeons were just coming in and not coming out: at 5 were being wakened from their wailing. The window curtain did not open because the Court was so small it was like sharing a room with the neighbors.
This is not a Hotel, but ne Pension! Miserable rooms, with a bathroom where one did not voluntarily takes a shower. The beds are rock hard and one has as a blanket, a bed sheet. On the Bedspread are the stains from the previous tenant on it. The TV in the room had not even a remote control. The "continental Breakfast" is amazing! Soft rolls, Croissants, Butter and jam. To do this, even Cornflakes with milk, coffee and O-juice. No sausage, no cheese, no eggs, nothing! And every day, and we were 4 days there. Afterwards, externally, have Breakfast been. The Hotel has no Restaurant and no Bar. In the Foyer is a fridge with drinks, not more. Wi-Fi was in our room not available. We should have Wi-Fi pay for it in the Lobby to be able to use. A super Alternative is BTOPEN! The works in the Hotel and at many public spots in London. Perfect! Puts a few euros more and going to the Central Park Hotel because the location is perfect. Of the stations of Queensway and/or Bayswater, one comes super into the City. Finger away from the "Apollo Hotel" at this price! Would have been Best at the time of booking in January in advance on the Google reviews looked : — (. Well, to me does not happen again…
The worst thing I have ever seen in my life, I tell truth. Pay for it is a shame. The treatment of the staff, arrogant and very poorly educated, the rooms very small and beds very old. And not to mention the breakfast by calling him something. I remain very very disappointed it has nothing to do with the photos in the web page.
I would give 0 stars if possible.
GOOD: staff was sought, the bathroom was cleaned daily, towels changed, trash taught. BAD: The whole Hotel is dirty, never without running shoes, pillows and Blankets to bring for Breakfast toppings to get — there are only soft rolls and jam, and simple Cornflakes. Hard beds out of boxes and mattresses were combined. Only the good location — 2U — rail stations, and bus stops to justify the thoughts to stay there. Otherwise, London is great, a lot of time to bring thousands of tourists are on the move and you have anywhere to be performed, but the Londoners a logistical masterpiece, the mass in a controlled manner to the target.
The Hotel was sickening! The beds were much too hard and even a stone wall was more convenient The Hotel employee had nothing better to do than people to bepöbeln and turn her on instead of working! No air conditioning in the room, it was hot like in Sahara Some members of the class have with bed bugs infected The Hotel staff were completely Incompetent and asked for too much money Better go in the Comfort In the Hotel opposite! Absolutely not recommended because it has not even decent running water! The shower looked as if it were the last 2000 years nivbt been cleaned. The roommate had the habit of properly according to have Sex what you heard at night Overall, I would next time prefer to stay in the London underground train live in this Hotel.
A disaster the hotel, if you can call hotel to that. Dirty, Old, Broken, Noisy. The mattress is very ancient, you will hit the springs in the back. The care is terrible, the manager is very rude.
I agree on all 1-star reviews. Are just back and also I'm very happy! We have been every day long away extra, so we fell exhausted into the beds and had to think much about the environment. Dirty, used to break, grubby. Our TV was on the second day simply removed and replaced by a broken. On demand: Yes — we needed the TV to another room, the present not work actually. As mentioned above, this doesn't really matter was an impertinence for us — yet! Upon arrival, we found more residual waste from the previous occupants including empty Cola can, etc. Warm water in the shower until after 4-5 minutes. Only cold on the sink. Conditioner ran all night. Window schmuddeligem patio with drain pipes, therefore very noisy when washed in the House. Window handles very ramshackle. Access to this Courtyard through the opposite door — open standing at any time by anyone possible. So we took all valuables. An open shelf served as cabinet (zerschrammt) and hanging rail. Small bed with old, simple mattress — only a blanket. Therefore we had to use the bedspread. Left the bedside lamp, right tottering model that did not work was missing. I fear now really bugs mentioned before in a recession, saw I none (was also not seeing! ) Times have I thought but also on the body — of mosquitoes! Let's hope! You must not take breakfast. Far from nutritious. What a pity! That was our long planned and saved time. The next time I read the reviews more thoroughly.
In Italy could not hold, smell dirty broken light wobbly tiles, no SOAP, no hairdryer, bathroom door doesn't open. In Italy I've never seen anything like that.
Worst hotel I have ever been to. Dry rot on the walls, electricity sockets sparking, no bath plug (with staff giving bullshit responses in not supplying one), no TV remote ect ect. Do no go. Breakfast is was a ripoff.
The hotel is located in a very nice neighboor, everything is quite close. Very good breakfast, including coffee, croissants, different jams. The room was ok, not something special but clean, and so was the toilette. The people weren't very friendly, but who cares? If you want just a clean bed to sleep and you spend the whole day out, it is a perfect choise.
The room is dirty, stinky, tiny, and extremely hot, u have no way to fully open the window because it is blocked by concrete wall outside which means u can hardly feel any air circulation. The reception is unhelpful and they are always watching YouTube with headphone, room door lock is broken and make u feel like no security at all. The only accessory exists in this room is a LCD monitor, due to its cheap display panel, it has a very poor viewing angle, standing straight on ur bed is the only way to watch it, having to pay 10 pounds for every single accessory like fan, TV remote, hair dryer, and there is no one tidying ur room for you.
I have worked all over the uk. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Would not recommend it to anyone.
The location of the hotel is very good everything is in close proximity to the city, one comes without problems. But now to the Hotel the entrance is very beautiful almost the entire staff is Indian (so I don't have problem). There is also an Elevator. The room was quite ok with a small flat screen TV set. The bathroom, well, the bathtub shower was quite moldy. The room was with two beds, fully geställt we were four people and had: a bunk bed with two sticks (the quitschde), two regular beds in which two people could sleep. It was very dusty, but the bed was made. The Breakfast, Ok a small Buffet with soft rolls (Typical England), Croisant, Cornflakes, coffee and orange juice. All in all, it was for the price is Good but it could be better.
THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER SEEN! We stayed there for just 1 night. Firstly we were awitting to been seen there was a man on the phone how worked there laying on the sofer and just keeped on say that samone will be there soon. We were given a double room it was small, damp and dirty, the smell in the room was so bad we could not go into it. The door lock was broken, couldn't be properly closed — we were afraid to leave our valuable things there. We got mored to a new room the only good thing was the door lock, the beds where so bad sleeping on the floor would of been better but the hole room just looked like it was in need of a refit. There was no soap in the bathroom, no shower gel or shampoo. The breakfast was terrible too croissants, cornflakes and something biscuit-like and coffee with the cheapest orange juice. Don't even think about staying in this hotel — everywhere it'd be better.

RespondFortunately, home again! The Hotel is absolutely not to recommend. First, the positives about this Hotel, the location. It is well served by public transport and Hyde Park is on the doorstep. Now the negative, and there are a lot of. I had a 5-bed room in the 5. Floor. There are no elevators and the entrances are sometimes quite narrow. In the Hotel, everything is old and very old. Also, I have the Hotel feel cold. In the 5-bed room had 3 single beds and a double bed. The double bed had only a blanket! To a 2. Ceiling to get had to be discussed. The beds were composed only of some boxes and a mattress where the springs felt. The duvets were too large, very thin and keimig. Duvet cover to the Cover, there was not, again just a medley what a top of the blanket. So here's to at least own bedding is a Must. The Windows was the one moving Up without any seals and has strong roan. TV was available but very small and a very bad image. In the room, it was very tight, there was only one wardrobe for 5 people. The bags had to be next to the beds are as elsewhere was no room. In my opinion, a room for max. 3 people. The bathroom was a quite clean impression, however, was tiny. The water from the Durchbrause came was very little, it has took forever to get it really wet. The toilet flush was very weak. For this old and abgewohnte room even had a Deposit of 15 pounds to be deposited, actually, if you had 15 pounds to get to this room to enter.

RespondI'm like top of the Hotel there again. It is actually unusual for me, that I at all Hotels rate, but this time you can't avoid, because you have other people Yes warn. The good first: The location is really okay, you have the choice between the Tube Stations, Queensway (Central Line) and Bayswater (District and Circle Line), it can be reached very quickly all the important Places we Tottenham Court Road etc, the Hotel is Also directly on the Hyde Park, Pubs and markets, such as Tesco are in the vicinity. But that was it. The shock came on the first evening. We have our Kursfahrt made, i. E. We were 10 girls. I ended up in a six-room, the size is clearly for not more than 4 was made, both described satellite TV as well as a phone were missing. The small bathroom is clearly insufficient for this number of people (girls! ). Great, the beds are also not straight. The door to the room was not complete, it was only behind closed, allowing the door to be always in their fishing shook, and in the evening, according creaked when someone walked by. IF anyone passing by should go, because the room is located in the 5. Floor (86 levels), and there is not a functioning Elevator, so, who is already freiwllig up there. But the worst was definitely my bed. I had bed bugs. No Joke. Disgusting, itchy bites all over your body, partly at night in high spirits.

RespondI've booked this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is located in a very convenient place buth that is its single good thing. The rooms are more than awful. Firstly, we were in a damp and musty room. The blankets were very dirty. I suppose they've never been cleaned before. The room had 3 beds (one big and two small ones). However, it was originally designed for just two beds. The second room had a label on it 'FIRE EXIT'. I'm not sure whether it was designed to be a room or the owners of the hotel just made it that way. Not all lamps were working there. The bathroom had some problems with the water supply. One of the taps for cold water was not working. We got only small towels in this room. The third room was much smaller than the other ones. There was no place for anything. Even for the soap on the sink. Some of the lamps wasn't working either. There were no towels at all. I had to ask for some. To sum up, the hotel is bad. It is way too expensive for the poor conditions there. I'll never go there again.

This is a basic hotel, which for the price is fine. It is in a handy location for Hyde Park, with a bus stop just down the road. Staff are friendly enough, always had time for us if we had questions about the area. Great food locations within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The beds have seen better days and it's not the sort of hotel you would lounge around in, but for somewhere cheap to store your stuff and somewhere to collapse after a busy day sightseeing, it's perfect.
