Forced to write a review as the hotel keep deleting my comments (super unprofessional). They are just posting about free coffee for NHS workers, which is a joke as I travel every two weeks to volunteer for the NHS in London and they are refusing to change a room booking for me when I have a broken ankle and can’t carry any bags with my crutches. So they basically don’t give a crap about NHS workers, just publicity. Says a lot about a management team when they can help at literally ZERO cost to them and they refuse to do so (I was asking them to move the reservation by 2 weeks in the middle of the Coronavirus epidemic so the hotel would have TONS of rooms available). As a returning customer I’m honestly disgusted by their behaviour. On top of this, they took 10 days and 3 phone calls to reply to me and two follow up emails have just been ignored. The management team are totally incompetent, and I would encourage everyone to give the hotel a wide berth.
