In the room very good view.

Beautiful hotel, clean and spacious rooms, room service had excellent food and great service, great location, nifty and modern features in the room such as the lighting controls, comfortable bed, lots of room to unpack clothing in drawers and closets. This was our second stay — once on the “apart hotel” side and once in the hotel rooms and loved both. On our second trip to London, we actually booked somewhere else. The next day, even though our hotel was non-refundable, we were so disappointed that we left that hotel and booked the remaining 8 days of our vacation at Plaza on the River. Best decision ever! Only complaint is that the sofa bed, on which my kids slept, was extremely uncomfortable.

5 Star The service from check in to check out was brilliant. The room had a stunning view over looking the Thames and all the extras in the room was perfect. Breakfast and the service was also superb with an amazing view. Would highly recommend.

Door staff were so welcoming and helpful. Opening the car door, taking our bags and just chatting on our way in or out each time.

I'm staying here for 28 days in the serviced apartments. Its costs a lot of money since its London. Some of the staff does not understand proper English. The towels are sometimes soiled & rooms are not cleaned well. Lights tripped off and an emergency call from the dark does not trigger an emergency unless a 2nd panic call is done explaining the emergency. Some staff are rude as they just open the door with one knock not respecting privacy. It's a hospitality disaster the only reason for 3 star is some staff especially at the reception and concierge are really awesome. I'm shocked by Raddison service standards!?!? The staff serves you like they do a big favour you stay at their property.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The rooms are very clean. The lifts are very slow and hard to find. The restaurant and breakfast are very good with a large cold and hot buffet. You can order additional items as well. The rooms had a complex lighting system that was cool for me to play with, but was not the most use friendly experience. On my second night while I had the privacy mode on and was taking a work related conference call, the room service came into my room and thought I was supposed to check out. They cleared up the issue quickly but it was still annoying while I was on my call.

Considering the amount we paid I was shocked to say the least. I have stayed in this hotel before so I thought I would be safe. Firstly when we arrived I was told that they upgraded my room, when we went in the room was tiny with a terrible view and most importantly no bath tub (for the wife). I called reception and they was happy to downgrade us to our original room which had a bathtub and had more space! Now let’s talk about the cleanliness, WOW! The bedroom, line of dust going around all furniture because cleaners probably could not be bothered to change vacuum adaptor to get into corners. The bathroom had Mould in the shower (would it hurt to either use some bleach or touch up the grout? ) the toilet had marks (I’ll let you guess what it was). The air conditioning was a nice novelty yes, but so loud so impossible to sleep with it on.

Very modern, clean and tidy. Down falls kettle leaked but was replaced quickly. Breakfast we had no guidance so worked it my self. Food — their was a fair variety standard really. House keeping knocked my room at 9am to see if id left so they could clean and actually walked in at 9.30 whilst I was in the bathroom a second time wanting to clean my check out time was 12 noon. : — (

Good surprise. We were upgraded to a junior suite because of an issue in the room we had booked. Great suite, very spacious with all amenities you need. In addition, the personal was very helpful. We had initially booked a twin room and in the next five minutes we arrived the sofa in the lounge was converted in a double bed. Only remark is that this is overlooking the train rail with the noise of trains. Although the windows attenuated the noise we could still hear these. If you book a suite, you might want to check before where it is located. Having said that the room overlooking the river are also overlooking the main road.

Nice clean hotel. Staff friendly but missed the fact I was a Radisson Rewards member and loyalty perks last twice. So back to county hall who never do.

My stay at this Hotell, plaza, Suite was brilliant can not describe it! The staff were unbelievably nice! My room got upgraded as well! They had great breakfast service, the gym was also great I was in there for about 2 hours. I will definitely be thinking of staying here next time im in London!

Nice hotel, restaurant was great. Strange atmosphere inside, it is very dark in the corridors and the lifts. Makes it seem a little seedy, however rooms are excellent. Clean, and we'll kitted out. Great views of the Thames. Strange that lifts don't have a floor number display that tells you where it is!

Wow! Just wow! We were checking in on time and our room wasn’t ready. We got complimentary drinks at the bar and half an hour later we got told we had a free upgrade to a suite over looking The Thames It was fantastic. Spotless. And great service from the staff Made our birthday/anniversary trip even more special.

Location is brilliant. Vauxhall is an 8 minute walk. The hotel itself is new, but needs finishing in parts. At times during the day when we’d venture back for a breather it was quite noisy. If not for that I’d give it a 5/5. The staff are outstanding. Always on hand and always helpful.

Very dissatisfied. Amazing view but I booked an apartment with a kitchen and was downgraded to an apartment with no kitchen. Apparently despite the pictures and details of the kitchen facilities being on all my confirmation paperwork, you had to request the kitchen separately. Despite booking. Com getting involved on our behalf, no one from hotel management got in touch with us until checkout. We did receive compensation but by then our special anniversary was ruined. We were so disappointed as we had been looking forward to this for some time. The hotel were aware this was a special anniversary but they were not interested.

I came here for a business conference. It was an excellent venue for the conference. The rooms were very nice but small (typical for Europe though). The onsite restaurant served great food with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel was beautiful throughout and the conference areas as well. Bonus points for having a rowing machine in the fitness center!

Hotel really classy. The room as the hotel is really well decorated. Shower and bathtub. Spacious room. Good location. You still have to walk 5 minutes to get a subway. But it's not disturbing.
At the reception we were told about a spa that they were going to put in a year.
The breakfast buffet was very nice. Everyone is able to find happiness. A waitress comes to serve us tea or coffee.

We stayed here for our anniversary celebration. The river side view was great. We had a double room but the bed was bigger than king size and was very comfy. The room has a large bathroom with a huge wall on shower as well as a bath. I especially liked the fluffy towelling slippers provided. The staff were efficient and friendly. We stopped on the bar for a drink while live jazz was playing. Great atmosphere. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Full English and continental buffet. Great breakfast with a view.

Great service. Good location you can reach important things by foot. Good view if you have got a room on the river side. Only negative is that your car is parked sometimes far off the hotel. But except this its a good choice. It's focused on business guests but the personal is family friendly, too.

Beautiful rooms. The hotel bar serves some great cocktails and classy live music. Great location. Boat Bar just outside is a bonus. 10min walk to the tube (Vauxhall or Westminster). Not cheap but nothing is cheap in London is it?

I stayed there for 4 days together with friends. Hotel located in a very quiet area and well served by public services. A 10-minute walk from the London eye, it offers clean, well-soundproofed rooms. The rooms are spacious with large TV (which of course never turned on) air conditioning, and large bathroom with bathtub. The American buffet breakfast always stocked and great choice. Great prices, courteous staff make this place a choice to keep in mind for the next visit to London.

They were very kind at all times. The view to the river is super recommended. Just like the photo. A dream. The Latin Chinese Restaurant is beautiful and they have very rich food. Coffee you milk and water free of charge The times Q you want.

There will have been some mistake because vice versa I had a great time. The staff, also because at the reception there was a lady who spoke Italian. The location of the hotel is fantastic, on the Thames with a spectacular view of London. It is also close to the Victoria coach station. I would go back to stay. I am very sorry for this misunderstanding, absolutely involuntary.

Went here for my birthday weekend and I was delighted with the service provided. Upgraded to an executive room with a view, rose petals and wine. Then in the morning of my birthday at breakfast they bought me out a complimentary New York style cheesecake with a candle in. I was spoilt and I had an amazing weekend here. Only thing they could improve on is more hotel leisure facilities.

This is a very nice hotel to stay in for an overnight stay or a week in London. It is a short (15 mins) walk to The Houses of Parliament, etc. The rooms are well maintained and there was plenty of tea and coffee. A separate shower and bath are always novel in hotels but this had it and, again, Decorated well. I would definitely stay here again ☺

I stayed here for Salon Smart in April. The room was very stylish, the bed very comfy. We had a lovely meal with great service and the breakfast was delicious. A great space for a corporate event. The only small issue was a very long wait for a drink at the bar after the event was over in the evening. It seemed there were not enough staff covering the bar for the amount of people going to the bar after an event. I would look to stay here as a treat on another trip to London.

Nice location in front of the Thames and close to places you tourist interest and means of transportation. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Superb structure, ultra-modern and functional rooms. The staff was very helpful I would be 5 stars but two details prevent me: The structure is not very close to underground stops and the lifts are not fast enough and spacious for the number of people and plans that must serve. Apart from these two aspects (at the end marginal) the experience was great.

Very well situated, especially for the price. The room was stylish and reasonably spacious for central London. The only issue was the never ending clatter of trains behind the hotel, but as I was only there to sleep after a big night, I didn't notice. Check in at 5.30 was very busy and really slow.

Great location and very comfortable accommodations. Walking distance to main tourist sites, as well as easy access to public transportation. Room was good size and quiet to outside noise.

Don't get me wrong, it's not all bad. Location is wonderful. The rooms in general are nice and the beds are very comfortable. But my pet peeves is cleanliness and, unfortunately, I feel that it isn't clean enough for a 4* hotel. Correct that, 4* London hotel. It could be due to us being a large group and it all being paid for by the company I work for so maybe they didn't feel they needed to provide a 4* level rooms, however, they might not thought about the fact that I would consider coming back here with my wife for a city break… I'm afraid this will not be the case. I need to get ready for a meeting so I won't go into details, but I will add some pictures where you will be able to see what is the issue I found. Tables and mirror dirty, AC cover coming off, no bin bag in the bin, tiles in bathroom dirty, drawers full of dust and even some paper rubbish, even the wooden corner of the wall had a mark of God knows what origin. Even when I've been on cheap Spanish last minute holidays, the 3* hotelS (we've been on number of occasions to different hotels), the rooms have been cleaner. On the plus side, the staff was wonderful, very helpful and amazing in every way.

Rooms were OK, not great. I had booked a suite, but did not get a suite (my colleagues did). Had to call 2x to get my bags up to my room. Staff were great, otherwise. Convenient location.

I give a 5* to the hotel especially for Soraya and Alejandro, they treated us so well. My daughter got sick during our trip and Soraya did everything in her power to make her feel at home. She should be one of the managers at the hotel because she makes the guests feel welcome, important and wanting to come back because of the awesome service! Great room, friendly staff! Awesome experience! We will be back! Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel. Great views of the river. All the staff I met where helpful and polite. The exceutive lounge on the 12th floor is great for a few drinks and a bite to eat while watching the view. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Can't wait to stay here again.

Great hotel with lovely, professional staff. They gave me a free upgrade. Rooms are not sound proof and the hotel is near the road so expect considerable noise. Though I requested a quiet room it was not considered and I ended up in a noisy room. Roomservice is extra ordinary and they have nice discounts on the meals. The gym here is small but has good options for exercise. Thank you for making my stay wonderful.

The hotel is located on the banks of the River Thames and from there you can walk to a lot if you like. The location is perfect for a city break. At the hotel is a bus stop, which is run by 3 lines and drive to the Vauxhall bus terminal. From this you can then continue in services or by train. If you enter the lobby, you will be greeted directly. The room and generally the hotel are clean. The breakfast buffet is plentiful.

Great local on the River Thames near South Bank London. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of delicious foods and the staff were well trained. The room was modern and comfortable.

It was a good hotel. But if only there was some animation for teenagers and kids! Like a teen club or some evening teenage parties to attract teenagers to stay at the hotel.

Excellent location and services.

A wonderful place to stay in London. Staff were very firendly and the room was stunning. Major attractions are within walking distance making for only a short walk. The executive lounge has fantastic views of the Thames river along with the London Eye and Westminister which is very relaxing along with the high tea service. Will be back.

Always a good hotel to stay in. Just south of the river but well placed for a short walk to Westminster or Vauxhall. Busy bar on the first floor. Rooms are well maintained and modern. Breakfast is a decent buffet selection with espresso machines for something other than regular coffee. Staff are always friendly and pleasant.

Incredible views from the executive room. Incredibly comfortable bed and well equipped room. Found 24hr parking for £7 3 minutes walk from hotel at Black Prince Trust using Parkbee website (hotel offers £45 per day parking through a partner). Great food and drinks in the restaurant too. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, very good welcome. It is located 10 minutes from Vauxhall Metro station, 15 minutes from London Eye, 20 minutes from Big Ben and Westminster. A bus stop stops at 50 m. Small grocery store at 100 m. We used room service for evening meals, not very expensive and copious, for all tastes and for children. Very nice staff. We were not fortunate to have seen the Thames, but it is right outside the hotel! A nice walk on a pedestrian to London eye. Spacious and well maintained room. Love for the hotel and for London!

Facilities — Service all fine.

Wonderfully personable staff, making checking in and checking out incredibly painless. Despite a couple of small blemishes, the suite was incredible. Spacious, great bathrooms and the balcony view was beautiful. The bar was nice, and tube station is not too far away. I will most definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic hotel! Stayed here for 6 nights over new years and was very impressed with the location, ambience, and service. My room was well cleaned and very comfortable, with superb bathroom and lighting options. The staff of the hotel were very honest, kind, and professional, and certainly went out of their way to ensure their guests were well taken care of.

Such a amazing place to spend Christmas… Apartments super comfy & the staff are so very friendly. Was no trouble to help with Christmas gifts that needed tools & batteries. And Christmas Dinner was just amazing.

Elegant hotel in the Riverbank district of London. The hotel is typically 4-star and more focused on business customers. Prices are typical pale for London. The site is ideal for walking to Westminister (House of Parliament). It is very centrally located on the east side of the Thames. The nearest underground station is Vauxhall.

It is very close to many attractions such as: BigBen, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, …
A very beautiful place.

I found this hotel clean, pleasant and practical. It's also in a great location. There's plenty to do right on its doorstep. From bars and clubs for grown ups, to restaurants for the family. Fast food and takeaways are also located close by. There's also plenty of tour's to take, on the river or on the roads. There's even a nearby petting farm for any animal lovers.

One of the best hotels I have every stayed at in terms of quality and beautiful rooms. However, the service was a bit dodgy because they didn't serve complimentary water for a five star hotel. The staff was super friendly and helped out a lot with all questions. Also the eggs in the breakfast alacarte, marvelous.

London as usual is beautiful. Turn turn around. Like a spinning top. But then I couldn't wait to get back to the hotel. Very modern beautiful brand new spotless. Location.

Good hotel — looks great and rooms are lovely. However… on checking in I noticed how rude one of the receptionists, Christina, was being with the people ahead of me — I assumed there must have been some dispute for her to be so off hand. As I approached to check-in, I received exactly the same service — aloof to the point of rudeness — looking at myself and my husband as though we were something on her shoe. I might have written this off as her having a 'bad day' had she not started a conversation mid check in with a concierge — laughing and joking with him! The second he left, her stoney persona returned. No please, no thank you, no smile and quite honestly enough for me to not want to return to this hotel. I'd suggest to the hotel manager that you may wish to retrain this member of staff. A smile & politeness goes a long way.

Good view from breakfast bar, pleasant staff. Rooms are nice, with plentiful storage facilities. Very clean and well-maintained. Ceilings are of an adequate height — doesn't impact the acoustics whatsoever. Overall, I'm highly impressed. My girlfriend is too. I love her, she is my jorld, and therefore her opinion is worth more than the space between my head and the roof.

Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Large variety of amenities available such as shower gel and shampoo. Hotel in general was very classy and modern in the sense that there are digital panels to toggle room lighting. In addition, they use LCD panels in place of the typical "Do not disturb" signs, which I find really cool. Great service from the staff too!

Nice hotel, modern and great location on the river. Checking in took a long time because there was only one staff member in the desk and a queue of 5 people. Rooms are a good size, especially the bathroom. It was quite dusty though, even on the small table.

The rooms are spacious and modern. Everything works as it should. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing. Try the steak! Live jazz music in the bar adds a nice atmosphere. Would stay again without hesitation.

Wonderful facility and service. The concierge (Tony) was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to see Stonehenge within our restrictive time schedule. Without him the trip would have been disappointing, he truly saved it for us!

Great place to stay, close to Westminster Palace, Big Ben, Westminster abbey, and the London Eye. Fantastic views over the river if you upgrade, and some have a balcony too. First class room service and reception staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. Rooms were warm and very clean. Huge comfy bed. Food was perfect, from a full English, to Continental breakfast and vegetarian options too. Perfect! Highly recommended!

The hotel was in a good location and had the typical formality of a 4+ star hotel. The bathroom had a great shower and we had a partial view of the Thames. However, the electronics in the room were a bit odd and the walls between rooms were too thin, and we were woken up by the neighbors late at night. It's fine for a night or two, but nothing special and not a particularly great value.

I stayed at this hotel recently overnight with my fiancee. We where on the 13th floor with not much of a view but the room was lovely. There was a minor problem with the mini fridge that was sorted very quickly. They let us check in early and the staff where very friendly. We did not eat here except for some room service late at night (a delicious hot BLT and some sweet potato fries) and breakfast which was a buffet full English and continental as well. There was a selection of drinks to have hot and cold and the eggs where cooked to your request. I very nice hotel with friendly staff and good transport links locally.

We stayed for a weekend and on arrival were told our room was not ready and to come back in 30 minutes, we did but again was told it was not ready. Without even asking we were given a free drink voucher to use in the upstairs bar… it was a really nice gesture. When our room was ready we were stunned by how modern it was now with touch button lighting and everything. Room was clean and bed was lovely and soft. TV was an amazing size compared to other places we have stayed. Views of London and Thames were amazing. We managed to walk to everywhere we needed with no problems. Hotel was great and staff friendly and I can't understand the complaints on here. Have stayed at this hotel twice and had no problems either time.

Rooms are nice and modern but ours was very dusty, also thin walls so could hear neighbouring guests. The bed was huge but very firm and uncomfortable. While the restaurant and bar are beautiful the breakfast was unimpressive. We won't be returning.

Absolutely disgusting! On the day we married booked this hotel, and when we went downstairs to use their bar, It was closed for some sort of event (although they had seats available, we weren't allowed to sit there). Since the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, we had to one of those scruffy pubs nearest, you had to walk a while to get there. My partner complained to the manager, all he offered was a free cocktail for another time. He was too busy talking to his friend or something not work related on the phone. Didn't even listen us properly. Even though my partner followed this complaint by email, they never got back to us. Absolutely homophobic, disgusting, unacceptable, damaging hotel experience for the most memorable day of my life. It's not even cheap! Next time you want to book their hotels, know that they have some homophobic high position managers working there.

The hotel facilities can not reach 5 star standared. My room (with river view) air conditioning was broken. They moved me to the other room without river view and the fridge of the new room wasn't working. They moved me again to the other room in 2 days time. Just a "sorry " in the end.

Modern Hotel with polite staff. Nice location next to the Thames, with Westminster and the London Eye close by. Easily accessible by public transport. Large, nicely air conditioned room (It was 30 degrees Celsius outside) with reasonably comfortable seats. Projectors used for presentations could do with an upgrade. Good cooked food was served.

Great hotel in a good location, being a 10 minute walk from Westminster on the opposite bank of the Thames. Nice the lobby, but especially the spacious, modern and well-cleaned rooms. Bathroom with bathtub and shower, clean and tidy. Very helpful staff.

Even though it says that it is a 4 *, actually experience is a 5 *. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet, though small (has the basics), is delicious.

I was attending a Conference at the 4 basement so I got to see the structure but the service during the Conference was great. Great food too.

Really nice hotel. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Massive amount of room for London. Clean and well appointed. Five minutes walk from Vauxhall underground and around 15 from Waterloo or Westminster. Took breakfast in the restaurant which was faultless. Will hopefully stay again.

Amazing fusion Asian restaurant! And a lovely hotelnsuit to boot. Definately coming back here. Well placed for south bank days out.

No choice of pillows, surround sound, or soundproofing — all were advertised. We were in what could be used as an adjoining room and the noise from the room next door was ridiculous — just from them chatting — and kept us awake until gone 1 am. We mentioned this upon checkout and were told to mention it when checking in next time? I was so tired when I got home it would have been more relaxing to spend the weekend with my hectic six year old rather than have this "break"! Ordered breakfast to the room and pancakes were burnt. And the building itself is still a construction site (which isn't mentioned anywhere when booking) so sitting outside in the sunshine as pictured is not possible.

Location is terrific, easy to walk to many places. Rooms were nice, and the toilet roomy. I can't really say anything about the services as I spent very little time in the hotel.

When I went with the victor raul gonzales of the Moses Castle Ocaña school band it was a very beautiful experience.

Away from the metro… Building where unfinished works insights 9 wings of the morning and not enough noise joins that of the train passes just ke side every 5 min. The showers do not have strength. They do not speak in Spanish at the reception… The almuhadas incomedas. Etc is a 4 estrellaa only in stars because service, and so I give it 3 fair.

Room and check in staff were both excellent. Bar staff were more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. The breakfast was nothing special either.

Been there for a trade fair happening in 3 different floors, brilliant venue. Lifts quite slow, though, a bit annoying. Great view from the Southbank to the Parliament and the Thames.

Got this one via Priceline bid. Nice building with views (assuming you don't get the side looking at the train tracks). Didn't try the restaurant except for a £3.94 coffee at the bar. Floor to ceiling insulation minimal so get a top floor of you're a light sleeper.

We had a great weekend in London. Thanks to the nice staff at the hotel. We had a big, clean, spacious, quiet room (even though there was a construction site next to the hotel) and a view on the Houses of Parliament. I recommend the hotel and I will definitively return.

I just read some of the reviews about the hotel staffs. Let me tell you my experience. 1st of all the service was good overall. I'll give 8 out of 10. You know why? when I notified by a staff of the hotel that the girl who was serving me continuously of our every wishes, she didn't get anything to eat from the morning. She told me she started at 5:30am and it was almost 4pm. What she had chance to take is 2 glass of water only. When I asked her why, she replied, her boss didn't allowed her to. Now in that condition what they are, I mean the staffs doing for us is way too too good or can say best. I think this situation should be investigated properly cause we are not in a slavery age right.

I've stayed here two weeks and the meals were excellent. And quit near for the south bank center and parliament as well. Location also nice. They are providing free Wi-Fi as well. I recommend it as an amazing place for all kind of visitors.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 12 months. The last time was not as good as the first time I stayed. This was due to me requesting a quiet room on resevation and when we checked in. We were told we had a quiet room. We were awoke at twice. Once at about 2am then again at 6am by very loud guests either above or at the side.

Room was clean but the shower head was not holding properly. Continental breakfast is OK but way overpriced. Room service food was not good and extremely overpriced! Staff was friendly and professional. Room rate was OK.
