Exceptional room service, very clean. The staff are very helpful and for me and my family have gone beyond for us as my father had a heart attack here. The support, was incredible they couldn’t do enough for us. The cost for the room was very reasonable I highly recommend staying here and a great location for transport to get around London. The only thing is if on vacation breakfast would be great if extended till 10am.

Nice room and a, for me, good enough breakfast. The connection to London is okay. You can get to the city relatively well by bus or train. There are also nearby opportunities to go shopping and for the evening some pubs, with food, are available.

Das Dreierzimmer ist zu klein und es gibt keine Haken in Türnähe. Das Frühstück ist aktzeptabel wobei der Kaffe nicht sonderlich gut schmeckt.

Wasn't really sure what to expect but things here were really nice. Front desk check in could have been better. Didn't explain that the lights functioned in the room via the room key but was easy to figure out. However this place has it's own unique atmosphere to it the room was immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. Definitely would stay again for sure!

Good basic accommodation, used mainly by workers limited car parking no lifts, breakfast very good.

Was an okay place to be whilst there working. My bed was rather uncomfortable and room was baking hot even with windows open. The decor did not match either.

Modest Hotel But with nice new rooms, clean and very warm. Fairly well served by public transportation despite the somewhat decentralized location. Very friendly and helpful staff One more star could earn improving breakfast.

By London standards unusually cheap hotel. Very clean rooms. Nice-and helpful staff. There is a super-good original English breakfast in the morning. With toast fried egg and ham, with baked beans and these comical English sausages (a little reminiscent of Nuremberg rust sausages). About 200 meters to the main road with all the bus connections to the city center.

It's cheap, and the rooms feel cheap. However, great value: parking space and only 5 minutes walk to tube which will bring you to London centre in 20 minutes.

Good, cheap and clean hotel in good location for the train station. Breakfast fine but not the greatest quality.

Staff are rude and have no manners… 2 times housekeepers walks in the room with no permission to enter. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY… Rooms basic double beds very small and hard. This place is in need of a complete overall and needs modernising but clean only thing ok was breakfast.

Staff appear ok. Parking is an issue for commercial vehicles. Get here early my advice. Rooms clean relaxing and I slept well.

Nice clean room. Lovely bed and shower. Nice big TV. Typical facilities for tea, coffee etc. Towels could be of better quality. Would definitely stay again… . And bring my own towel ;-)

The hotel is decent. Rooms are OK. Around 500-800 metes from the train station. So the accessibility is good. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is decent.

Room was nice. Wasn't the largest but did have a tv. Was clean and the shower had good pressure and nice temperature. There was a fan in the room that worked a treat, and the windows were very large and easy to open. Bed was really comfortable.

Arrived early but no issues with check in or parking. Room was clean and comfy with a massive fan that we totally needed as it was 22°C overnight! Full cooked breakfast and a choice of cereals and continental meats and cheeses. Friendly and helpful staff, even when we rolled in at 2am. Hotel is just a few minutes walk from Streatham Hill station for getting into central London.

Very spacious and clean rooms, recently renovated if not a bit chintzy bathrooms, long corridors and multiple small sets of steps… to lower rooms. Surprisingly comfortable and good value. I usually stay in 4-4.5 stars and was really dubious about the 2 Star rating. But I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Room was comfy and had everything we needed. 24/7 Reception, unfortunately missed breakfast.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and we'll equipped. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to help. Extremely accommodating to my 2 year old son, cot provided free of charge. The location is fantastic, a very short walk to the bus stop for central London and Streatham Hill rail station. The area has shops, takeaways, restaurants and nightlif, the hotel is a five minute walk from all of this so quiet at night. We will stay here again.

Freshly renovated and very clean. Super friendly staff, and exceptionally cheap, especially since one is in 15 minutes at London bridge… Only the Breakfast is not really good, but one knows from the island ;-)
As a conclusion: the best price-performance ratio that I've seen in London ever!

Very reasonable price, good location. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

Very decent hotel with good breakfast and quiet rooms. Wifi is £3/24hours.

My hub and I come here 3 times a year for almost 6 years now. It's good value for your money. We know the area very well, close to trainstation (Victoria) but also close to Brixton. We always travel by car (coming from Holland) and take the Eurotunnel (max. 60 euro per car for return fair) You pay as much as the 1 day trips day offer to London (about 65 euro per person) except you get to stay over and have a very good breakfast in the morning. Also if you buy the daytripcard via the trainstation you get to ride train, metro and bus all day (this is the one up till zone 4). Cheap fried chickenshops in the area if you like to eat. Also get any bus near the station and get of at Brixton St. Walk toward Speedy Noodle. Here you can get cheap chinese takeway food (or eat in) around 3, 50 pound. Also lots of clubs and cinema, and don't forget the Brixton market and the XL Tesco (boxes full of Krispy Kreme donuts, they don't sell these in Holland). They also have a nice pound shop with great deals and stuff I can't find in Holland. When in Brixton you easily take the metro to let's say Oxford Street (large Primark. They have it in Holland but the store is not that big and the fashion is not so great).

I found this a grim experience but there is no where else in the vicinity. Walls are paper thin;the room smelt of stale smoke; no upper sheet on the bed;no bathmat or heat in shower room. Breakfast was grim. Beverages are all in unmarked urns stewing away. The strangest thing for me was 7 different types of jam. When I enquired if there was marmalade the girl looked puzzled. Jam is for tea and marmalade is breakfast surely?! I cannot be the only person in England who puts marmalade on their toast in the morning can I? The canteen style is most unappealing and with no vegetarian option I left fairly quickly. TV is good but you have to collect and give back the remote which is a slight hassle not encountered before. Shower is ok but cold little room. I found it a depressing experience. If someone opened a nice B and B in the area they would attract people I am sure who would rather have a nice and fresh smelling room with nice breakfast plates etc. Oh and Marmalade.
