Very nice little hotel, our double bed room had two double beds and had all amenities, only downside is 15 min walk to underground station.

Nice, quiet hotel, in a good zone in London, clean, modern, with breakfast room, affordable prices. I recommend it to everyone.

Lovely place, friendly staff, close to bus and train routes. Not too touristy.

So I really liked this hotel. £124 including breakfast but I could have used the code (see picture) to reduce it down to about £100. The price precludes it from getting 5 stars. All the rooms are small but newly decorated, and every square inch has been thought through and utilised. Swing lights on either side of the bed Two shower heads Good selection of nice toiletries Very good selection of refreshments For me, they also include the basic items I expect in any decent hotel, namely, the facility to have an open window for fresh air, and some free bottled water. Would stay again.

At check-in we ask £ 50 for a deposit which, if paid by debit card, should in principle be refunded to you one week after check-out but it is not so!

The room was left in perfect condition, we did not steal anything, we did not break anything, we did not even use the water that was in the fridge. Also I can not contact the property to understand the reason for this restraint.

I was at this hotel from 4 to 8 May 2018. I was assured that the deposit would be recredited within a week of check. Out. But I haven't seen my money yet.
We left the room as we had been delivered, we didn't break anything, we didn't steal anything, we didn't even use the water that was in the fridge. We only took advantage of the coffee/tea kit which should be included in the price.
Before I book, I advise you to think about it.
Too bad because the hotel is clean.

Lovely room, clean and spacious, staff were lovely, nice and quiet through the night.

Fairly basic hotel. No room service or restaurant but they do have a breakfast area in the basement. Some rooms have been recently refurbished with white IKEA style. Basic and functional but it would be better if there were usb charger points or sockets near the bed.

Ok the room was a bit on the small side but perfectly adequate for one or two night stay. It's also very clean and has adequate supplies for your needs i. E. Safe, iron and small ironing board, small fridge and a good supply of tea and coffee etc. The breakfast room was pleasantly clean and a good breakfast can be had. Reception staff were polite and friendly.

A better value for money! Small hotel but attention and service of Grand Hotel. I recommend!

Nice place, comfy beds and friendly staff. Great place to stay for events in the area.

Walls are wafer thin, if you stay in room GO3 expect to hear every step in the building. VERY expensive for what you get. 2 stars for cleanliness.

Great value for money, friendly staff and helpful h24, for cleanliness I don't think you can get better in London. I would definitely stay here again. 20 minutes from downtown.

I suppose I must give this place a star. In Russia it would get three but then that's in Russia. Supposedly I had the best room in the house and an excellent view from its basement window.

My partner and I checked into the Russel court and the hotel was really lovely — bedroom was great and location was great! We were aware of the nightclub in hotel but after speaking to some staff we didnt realise how busy the area would get. As we had our elderly grandmother checking in from a flight later that night we were concerned and thought it may be better to find a different hotel suited to her need. My partner spoke to reception and explained the concerns we had. It was completely our mistake but they were so fantatsic about it! More than helpful of allowing us to move and super friendly! Correspondence after we checked out was also great. Would definitely go back there — just without an elder this time! lol.

A good site in which to stay, you only need to lift.

Fourth year I stayed at this hotel amazingly convenient for Olympia Exhibition Centre high quality bedding comfortable night's sleep good sized rooms would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

Tiny single room with a large single bed crammed into it, charged for a double. Suitcases left in the lobby with no staff around, could easily be stolen! Comfortable bed and clean room, but designed for thin midgets, not what we expected : — (. Nice breakfast, better than expected.

Great price, great neighborhood, 24hr front desk, and a lift. Rooms are quite small so be aware!

Absolutely dreadful customer service from everyone at this hotel. Will never stay here. Cancelled in the given time period and they still proceeded to take the full amount out of my bank account which has STILL not been reimbursed. No call from the manager when I needed the issue to be resolved and the reception staff are unable to deal with complaints. Hanging up on me and then not answering the phone when I called back numerous times. Absolutely terrible. still need my money back!

The location of this hotel is great if you are attending an event, however those do sent excuse the sorry state of repairs the walkways and rooms are in, I will definitely not be staying here in the future.

Rooms are tiny. Staff does not much about their own policies. Rooms are tidy and clean. Breakfast has limited options. Not worth booking better book something on Airbnb.

+ 2 minutes walk from London Olympia Exhibition Centre (London Overground — Kensington Olympia) + Very central and close to shops, pubs and restaurants. + Clean, neat and tidy. + Bed was nice, clean and comfy + All basic toiletries provided. + Free Wi-Fi, speed is okay. + Breakfast included. + Overlooks Olympia (stayed at 5th floor) — No hand/body lotion — Aircon remote didn't work.

The hotel facilities are good and the location is quite convenient. The downside is that the staff is not that helpful and their booking system made a mess of our reservation. My rate is the average between 4 stars for their facilities and location and 1 star for the rest of the issues we had.
