Yes the location is very good easy to walk to everywhere and near by the underground train station I'll say 5 stars hotel in London.

The staff are nice and friendly, who are willing to help you out with any queries.

Worst hotel I have stayed at in a very long time! The rooms are so small you can not even fit normal luggage, and if you have 2 people you have to crawl around each other. There are so many better choices in London I am not sure why anyone would stay here.

We booked the family room which was a bit on the small side for an 8 day stay but the staff were first class and very helpful. I would not use it again for a long stay but would for a couple of nights, it was clean and cumfy. The staff were it's strongest point and it's location to the tube, quiet too. All in all a good experience.

This place is old. It's nice how they worked with such little space, and the bathrooms are nice and clean. Those resones are the only resones I didn't give this place 1 star. The air conditioner broke, so we have to use fans in this hot weather. The Wi-Fi is hard to get, but once you get it going, the Wi-Fi is a reasonable speed. The last straw was when I had to charge my phone and I realised that the outlets are only UK, not multi plug. Meaning I had to use 1 outlet converter to charge on thing at a time.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and paid a substancial surcharge to have an executive room. However, when we arrived we discovered that the "executive room" was in fact a tiny double room with a minute bahtroom. The room had a very small desk with two chairs vedged between the wall and the bed so it was impossible to use. The chais could not be pulled out as they were so close to the bed and the only place to sit was on the bed. The folded suitcase holder (for only one suitcase) could not be put up anywhere without obstructing the passage to the bed, which incidently was only a 1/2 person bed (140 cm. Wide). After several days of complaining we were given the only sligtly larger room the hotel has, which had sufficint room for one lounge chair and a desk chair, which could actually be used to sit on. The bathroom and the bed were no larger than in the previous room.

Not recommended. Unfriendly, incompetent and entire Staff from Poland. Bad English, constant Misunderstandings. This is all still possible, but, we booked the Room half a Year in advance via Booking and got a Room in the "LG" rather UG Underground. Very nice, grateful. The Breakfast Lady either had her ' Days ' or she had Depression. They definitely had nothing to look for in a Hotel.
Anyway, we do not recommend this Hotel, therefore a poor review.

We had to have a very bad experience, unfortunately.
Our hotel room was not only small, but tiny. As you can see from the photo, you bumped your knees on the wall when you tried to go on the loo.
The bed in the double room was about 1, 4 m wide and therefore much too small for our taste. Especially since the bed stood directly on the wall and thus got at least one place problems.
The staff were mostly friendly, except for one lady.
The hotel room was by no means soundproofed. We woke up every night because someone in the aisle went to the dugout, the floors creak very loudly. You could also hear everything from the side room. The windows have also not soundproofed. We didn't have a relaxing night in five days stay.
We wouldn't stop in here again, nor would we recommend it to anyone.

Single room is incredibly small. Located in lower ground floor… if rooms are located in the basement guests should be warned at time of booking. There was a lot of noise from reception or stairs 6.30 or 7am every morning. The ceiling literally shakes. I asked for ear plugs but none were provided. I did not sleep past 7 any day. Cold water in the shower one morning. Breakfast is average for a supposedly 4 star hotel. Location is good, close to underground station. This is the only redeeming factor. I dont know why this hotel is classed 4 star. It is 3 star at best.

The hotel is in a great location to visit Kensington, maybe for some tourist attraction it may be a little uncomfortable but in London nothing is close to anything. Fully satisfied with the service, the room is certainly not huge but it is well kept. Equipped with all plug adapters.

It is a terrible hotel. Too small room for two persons. No space for our bags we have to cross over to reach the bathroom or the door. The bed is close to the wall we have to climb over each other to move within the room. The bathroom is tiny with no space even to turn. The staff was tough and unfriendly. Thanks God its only one night and I'll leave tomorrow. Sure I will never comeback. BW has to be reconsidered.

Very small room. Would have classed it as 3 star not 4. Breakfast was very good, and everything else was fine, just cramped.

Great, good food, friendly and polite staff. Everything is clean, warm and welcoming. Only flaw is the cost a bit too high even though it is a great hotel.

Pleasant hotel. Couldn’t charge my electric toothbrush in bathroom shaver point. Didn’t work. Was given an adaptor to plug into mains socket. Still didn’t work. My toothbrush didn’t last 5 two nights I stayed at the hotel. Not good. My toothbrush charged properly when I got home. Bit irritating. Breakfast room is bit basic but service was good from staff on duty. The hotel is very handy indeed for local Tube, Earl’s Court.

Good clean pretty vareado central breakfast in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

I took the single bed room, which included breakfast (mostly English breakfast with mostly non-veg stuff) as well, the room size was perfect for a person with 30 kg luggage. But washroom and shower was a bit smaller, according to price it is good option on earl’s court street, it’s only 3 minutes walking from tube station and national rail. There were good restaurants nearby including Indian restaurants with good vegetarian options.

Hotel all in all good, staff very nice, only flaw has really small rooms. It is perfect for very short stays (one to two nights)

Very good hotel! But I pay a room that not I have!

When we arrived we were given a very small room with the bed right up against the wall which meant we would have had to climb over each other to get out of bed! There was no room for 2 people to get past each other. We made a comment to this effect and they were very accommodating in giving us a bigger room without hesitation. The staff were very friendly and the location is very central to all the tourist attractions. Value for money was good. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast room is very small, but we went out for breakfast anyway.

Unfortunately our experience with this hotel (checking in) was less than ordinary. We were told at check-in that we had double-booked (that is booked 2 rooms) even though we could provide proof that we had amended the original booking and that only a one-room booking existed. Communication between London and Australian Great Western hotel chains proved to be fruitless as there was no capacity to confirm that the original booking had been cancelled on the computer booking system. However the Boltons hotel Operations Manager (Laura) finally refunded the payment for the booking that did not exist (from our perspective) — we were appreciative of her assistance (stated to be án act of good will').

When I see the 1* ratings from Martien and Nina need to say they are wrong. Yes the rooms are small, but the beds are 140cm, and even I and my wife with some stones to much were able to sleep comfortable. Traveling with a friend requiring a single bed means asking for an extra bed before traveling! Beside this I too had some growth areas for the Hotel. We got the room already at 13:00. And possibly as of this, some things were not 100% cleaned. There was a "fatty" spot on the door that I removed with some water and paper, and some hair left in the shower and dirt spots in the drain of the sink. This is too much for a hotel with that costs. The rooms have air-conditioning and big LED screens and the breakfast was decent. The room for breakfast is too small, guests had to be send away to come later. Not acceptable. We had a room to the back. Our quietest stay with 10 days UK travel. If you travel from Heathrow, the Piccadilly line is even a direct link from Earl's Court with only 3min walk.

Very comfortable and professional. We were woken up at around 12am by two people (not sure if guests or staff) having a smoke outside but staff were very apologetic about it. Location and rooms are great.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! I booked a spacious twin and was offered a tiny queen in the basement, not at all suited for 2 friends travelling together. A mother travelling with her son was in the same situation. The receptionist (Pascal) didn't offer any help and was instead passive aggressive. I had to look myself for suitable accommodation in another hotel. I travel a lot and have never come across any similar unacceptable behaviour.

Nice small hotel. There is no lobby, just few chairs in front of the reception. We had room G3. Nice room but with a very small window. The room is clean and everything is as expected for a 4 star hotel.

As an experienced travel journalist I would like to warn everybody who is booking this hotel. The hotel is located very well, but the service in the hotel is terrible — specially from miss Leva. Who should not work behind the counter of any hotel. I booked a room, not knowing I would end up in the basement. This hotel dears to have a basement with a couple of rooms and sells them to consumers, not letting them know upfront that they end up there and let them pay for the same rate as a room upstairs. More terrible in the basement is also the household department which means from 6.00 am in the morning there is so much noise you could only sleep with the best earl plugs on this earth. If you tell the hotel reception about this they will do nothing!

Was last minute guest due to planned airbnb being unobtainable so was booked into by the airbnb helpline, very nice hotel in good location.

But the room (size medium) do need to redress. But this will not affect our stay here again, and we look forward to reload in the room and then came back to live in the future. 200 metres from the shops and restaurants, Metro 300 m.

Room and we think the same way: small, but still comfortable, room quick service. Room was very quiet. Location is very good, near Metro station and restaurants. Earlier impression was good. But the front desk staff, whenever we speak to them, it is a look of indifference, just talking to each other. When we left, didn't get their response. A lot of customers early in the flight, and breakfast was incredibly late on Saturday. Many of the guests have been sent away …

Stayed one evening with work and when I asked at the desk twice whether they did a dinner service or room service (as I was given a £20 allowance for work to use at the hotel) I was told no to both so I just went out for dinner instead rather than try and explain my situation a third time. Also went up to my room and there was a menu for 24hrs room service! Apart from that hotel was great. Ample tea and coffee in room and a cracking breakfast. Very close to Earl's Court tube station and I had a quiet nights sleep. Would recommend.

A very nice hotel in West of London. With the tube, Oxford can be circus and thus the city centre can be reached in less than 20 minutes.
Cleanliness and staff absolutely top, the room looked but the images only similarly — much smaller than expected. For the location and the facilities, the price was reasonable for London standards.

Beautiful, compact and bijou hotel in excellent location. The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard and although rooms are by necessity small (it is an old Victorian house), they contain everything you need including Wifi, a free safe, ipod dock and large TV and a great selection of drinks on the tray (redbush tea, hot chocolate, green tea, fruit tea as well as ordinary and caffeine free tea and coffee) and an impeccable bathroom. The shower is on a riser rail and can be taken down to wash hair over bath (very useful with a 10 year old) and has plenty of fluffy towels, a good selection of toiletries and extra toilet rolls, so you don't have to ask when you run out! The staff were all very friendly, but polite and helpful, not over familiar. The breakfast room is also tiny, but we never had to wait for a table (unlike at some larger hotels) and had everything you could wish for on the buffet, including the most delicious buttery croissants. The hotel is on a quiet street so no trouble sleeping, but 30 seconds from Earl's Court Rd with a good selection of restaurants and a very handy tube station (also with helpful staff). We would definitely stay there again.

Was really surprised how nice this hotel ended up being. We were only ended up here because we won a sweepstakes from Beats by Dre to fly out to iTunes Music Festival in London, and they gave us this hotel. We were kind of put off at first, because the lobby is incredibly tiny, and our room wasn't much either, but it supplied everything we needed and was surprisingly very clean. Some notes: — We were drunk and wanted pizza at 2am. We asked the receptionist if they did room service, and he mentioned a pizza place that delivered, even placing our order for us. When we realized we didn't have any British Pounds — only American money — he offered to spot us and exchange our American money on his own later. Very nice gesture. The pizza ended up being DELICIOUS too. — The shower-head is one of those remote control-sized handheld ones, but they do have a stand connected to the tub so you can use it like a normal shower. — There isn't much happening on the street of the hotel, which is nice because it isn't very loud. — But a row of little cafes and pubs and stores is just around the corner, including the Underground Rail, specifically the Picadilly line, which we found to be one of the most useful of all the lines, going to and from the exciting Picadilly Circus and London Heathrow airport.

Nice hotel, nice shower, really nice bed and great location sinnce its on two tube meetings! A good breakfast not great but for a room for two people at £99 in london on a bank holiday not to bad! Rooms are a bit small not much room for swinging cats if thats your game but a nice big warddrobe! I would defo go again.
