Stayed here for one night in room 314, a continuous stench of sewer coming from the bathroom, bad fittig toilette pipe proberbly
my work mate was sraying here as well he said his was the same. Kettle had to be boiled off extension lead.
dirty hotel dont go there.

It is the most uncomfortable hotel I have visited in my life. The room does not have a window. The bathroom is so dirty and the bed for two has two mattresses without blankets. The staff at the reception has no intention of helping. The "breakfast" is removed before the time they promise. It's so ugly that I paid five nights and only one passed. Unfortunate experience. It's not a hotel, it's a bad hostel.

Nice Hotel just a short walk from Earls Court Station, my room was clean + I had an ensuite single room perfect for what I needed.

Upon arriving, the staff was not upfront about the reservation issue. The rooms smelt like toxic cleaning solution and have rotted window sills, dirty walls, unsanitary floors, and overall an unwelcoming and unclean environment. Staff was unaccommodating and rude when requesting a different room or a refund. I would not recommend.

I can't believe all the bad reviews on here! The reception staff were very nice, the room was small yes but it was very clean and has all you need in it. The only thing I would say would improve it is the plug sockets could do with being better situated. This was a very well priced room considering we are in Kensington and you get what you pay for.

Honestly, one of the worst places I've stayed at… room too small, bathroom a complete joke and if you want to have breakfast, you have to "fight" to get a place to sit and eat quietly… for the price it's not worth considering… when we left, we "invented" a new song: AC/DC's "Hotel from Hell"!

My stay at Oxford Hotel was one of the worst places I have stayed at. The people at reception were so rule and not helpful at all, I was yelled at when I asked for assistance with confirming my transfer for the next day then was told I couldn't use the phone for a local call. The room was a total let down you couldn't even walk to the bed down the sides. The room spelt like straight bleach which I suppose was good because you knew it was dirty. Once I sorted my transfer out using my person mobile when waiting at 5am out the front I needed to go to the toilet and the receptionist was watching TV behind the counter I asked if he could watch my suit case while I went to toilet when I came back he wasn't even out there. I will never return nor will I send anyone. I'm going to have my travel agent to scrap them off the list and this is being kind.

Clean and good but we are sure never book this hotel. Our rooms, or rather our hole was an imposition! Very closely and only a small window. The clean leaves a lot to be desired. The was a nightmare. Much too little seats. For this breakfast not wait on an empty seat. The only positive: for us, very well located. With the underground in a few minutes in the Center.
