Rubbish! The same standard as a lousy student accommodation!

The bed was a disgrace. A stain on the mattress the size of a dinner plate. No mattress protector. Kettle and cups provided but no teabags or milk. It was very bad.

Outside was very off putting. Looked in the window at one of the rooms and it was nothing like in the photos. The room was quite bare with an unmade bed. Felt very uncomfortable so declined to stay there. Would nbot recommend it.

Very good location for visiting main attractions, close to tube and supermarkets. Tom the host was excellent, very helpful and accommodating, professional and friendly.

Nice clean apartment with all the comforts. Quiet area and well served by the means.
We were very good.

Expensive area built in false economy…

The site is very well connected (near metro station, East Court), amenities (Cafes, supermarkets, etc. ), quiet neighborhood. The room is furnished, although the kitchen has hardly any utensils. The cleaning leaves much to be desired. We have not seen anyone from the hotel on the days we have been hosted, entrance to the hotel and room codes.

Many thanks for your service it was great we moved in within a couple of days after completion with the landlord. Once again big thank you!

Great value, I will visit again! No problems, very close to tube. Has everything in the room and with a 24 hour Tesco next door what more do you want. Brill.

Small apartment in 10 minutes from the metro, very nice for a short stay. Store open 24/24 a 2 minutes from the hotel for shopping. Top staff.

I was looking very specifically for a service apartment. This apartment came very highly rated with its biggest draw, its proximity to a big tesco store. The place was easy to find enough, just being about 15 minutes straight-forward walk from Earl Court tube station. The studio unit was very well furnished with everything you could want to have for a service apartment from the state-of-the-art oven to dishwasher. My only disagreement was that there was no room with two single beds and that there was no gym within building (need to talk a 15 minutes bus ride to FF costing 10 quids each).

Stayed here for 2 nights recently through work. It's the first time I've stayed in an apartment instead of a hotel so I wasn't sure what to expect. In general, I would definitely do it again. Far more space and facilities compared to a hotel, for about the same price. Breakfast wasn't included but there is a Tesco just down the road which was fine instead. The only negative was on service. The TV in the living area had no volume control, and was set rather loud. I let reception know as soon as I got into the room, and they never bothered doing anything about it for the next 2 days. The fit and finish of the kitchen was also pretty questionable.

Great place to stay in london if you are looking for somewhere comfortable close to the tube that isnt going to rip you off. Loved staying there and would most certainly go back.
