Palace as they also own, 130 years old and it shows. Beautiful large 4 bedroom, a double bed (one and half), a single bed and a bed a happy medium between single and one and half. Spring mattresses, not very comfortable, pillows average (except for one, felt like wood). Heating of the room okay, we were on the first floor and the room looked out onto the street. No noise, but there were two big Windows totally neglected, you could open only 20 cm (for safety, since the rail of the balcony was high and no half a meter) but they seemed to have to fall at any moment. Bathroom embarassing. Small, maybe 2 meters. A sink as big as a plate of pasta, with two small and short, totally unnecessary (I will never understand because society says in England), toilet right behind, in a nutshell with legs almost touching the door, well, call it hot is an understatement. Will be long 70, half of it in slope maybe to encourage sitting. The fact is that also because of the curtain, showering is a business. Luckily next to the front door of the room there was a sink (like a kitchen) where we could brush their teeth and face, absolutely unthinkable otherwise in the sink in the bathroom. Only positive note? The Wi-Fi Internet access, fiber to 30 MB, at least that worked well! For the rest, quiet neighborhood close to Earl's Court Tube and at a good price (we were from 30 December to 2 January).
For 4 guys who want to spend less is fine, I don't know how they can be other rooms but for a family I wouldn't recommend ever.
