If you are on budget this is good. But you get what you pay for.

Good hostel, well worth the price. Friendly staff, good location. A bit worn down but really good considering the price.

Dirty and shower didn't work correctly.

Bad hotel room 8 sqm dirty toilet dirty and old with broken chain can not even go to the toilet staff not so friendly curtains broken dirty carpet Wifi slow and does not take the signal addiritura a Polish girl said but the Wi-Fi It doesn't take but in what heck of a hotel we are and the owner (with S7 Edge and new computer) told him to watch TV the only positive is the location near Earl's Court metro station and close to supermarkets, bars, McDonald's, Burger King and KFC.

Good hostel. You've got all you need, good price — quality. Comfortable bed, TV, and toilet. Very old, but very good.

Not recommended, at all. High prices for nothing. They not refund your money if you want to cancel the booking.

They charge 3% fee for card payments and this is not communicated during booking. Wifi only on ground floor. Tv reception very poor, unusable. Big kitchen sink in the room. Dirty and tiny wash basin in bathroom, looks like wasn't cleaned for years. No water pressure. Hot water runs out between 7.30 and 8.00. Mattress very old.

Very good location The regular service, they tried to charge us an extra 3% for paying with card, when in the reservation they did not say anything about it. The maintenance of the rooms is very bad. Old beds, broken furniture, bathroom with damp. In conclusion: if the price and location are your priorities, that's fine. If you want to enjoy the hotel, find another place.

Location and staff is great but the room is small and low standard.

Hotel Charming and very well located, 20 min from the train station, 3 min from the Metro Earl Court and next to a large supermarket. The rates are very reasonable compared to the neighborhood (one of the best in London) and the very friendly staff including Ash and Leila. I recommend to 100%! Very quickly!

Stayed from 3 to 8 December at this guest house… because of the hotel obviously has nothing. Knowing already that spending so little. Little did you find… and we didn't care much because it was enough to sleep. Pero, we cannot recommend it. As soon as you enter you understand that it is not clean and this is not a problem of old palace or small rooms or that costs little and the bathroom looks like a caravan… but this is called not curative. Disinterest… and I do not know what terms to use. Stairs with carpet in which they were resting on the ground the clean sheets that would put us in bed.
Aside from these details, the property is conveniently located 500 metres from Earl's Court metro, green or Yellow Line direct to the city. There are also nice pubs where you can drink beer and eat, and some restaurants nearby.
Only recommend a pair of slippers so you don't have to rest your feet on the carpet of the room before you go to the bed. I obviously did not have them and I have never been picky but I recommend… after this poem… do what you want because I read the same reviews and I went there equally preferring to save on the room and spend them around. London is beautiful. Enjoy… turn everywhere with Metro and bus. It's all very comfortable. Ciaooo.

The beds were not very comfortable, and the pillows either, but the next morning you got up rested, so for the price they weren't bad, there was heating and hot water.
The service was very friendly and we had no problems with them.
And to be a 130-year-old building with that price, it was pretty good.

Palace as they also own, 130 years old and it shows. Beautiful large 4 bedroom, a double bed (one and half), a single bed and a bed a happy medium between single and one and half. Spring mattresses, not very comfortable, pillows average (except for one, felt like wood). Heating of the room okay, we were on the first floor and the room looked out onto the street. No noise, but there were two big Windows totally neglected, you could open only 20 cm (for safety, since the rail of the balcony was high and no half a meter) but they seemed to have to fall at any moment. Bathroom embarassing. Small, maybe 2 meters. A sink as big as a plate of pasta, with two small and short, totally unnecessary (I will never understand because society says in England), toilet right behind, in a nutshell with legs almost touching the door, well, call it hot is an understatement. Will be long 70, half of it in slope maybe to encourage sitting. The fact is that also because of the curtain, showering is a business. Luckily next to the front door of the room there was a sink (like a kitchen) where we could brush their teeth and face, absolutely unthinkable otherwise in the sink in the bathroom. Only positive note? The Wi-Fi Internet access, fiber to 30 MB, at least that worked well! For the rest, quiet neighborhood close to Earl's Court Tube and at a good price (we were from 30 December to 2 January).
