Great location for the city centre and views of the cricket ground. Rooms are clean and no external noise but the location is the best. Recommend a walk down the river and into the cathedral.

Usual style Premier Inn — no frills but good value. Stayed during a heat wave so the aircon was a great addition. Room well cleaned with everything you need. Decent size flat screen TV. If you are going to watch games at Worcester cricket club it is the perfect location as you are one minutes walk away. My room overlooked the ground. Parking is an issue during match days but there is a lot of good value parking available close by so it's not a major issue.

Wonderful manager and colleagues. Great friendly attentive. Food was excellent. Rooms clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Premier Inn's are the the hotel of choice for the man who likes a big breakfast, a comfortable bed and a competent staff. This particular example, however, is a shining star. Of special mention are Ollie, Katy and Roberta who were outstanding, though it is invidious to single out anyone as they were all exceptionally good at what they did. 10/10.

Good sized bedrooms with fantastic view from the topmost floor. Good restaurant. Very close to a beautiful city centre park.

Stayed here for only one night but found it a very pleasant experience, great room, wonderful view of the cricket and fantastic staff. They were all so helpful, friendly and courteous. Thankyou very much.

Lovely premier inn as usual big rooms with really big comfortable bed. Lovely view of the river. The breakfast was delicious everything you can want to eat all tasty and fresh. Will definately stay here again. Stayed here for 2 nights to see beegees at the theatre. Oh friendly staff to.

Nice Premier Inn! Quite fresh and new looking. Be careful not to miss the turn for tue car park! It is a pay and display as well. The rooms are like any other Premier Inn but they do have air conditioning and seem quite new. All the normal things you'd expect. Friendly staff and easy automated check in etc. There is a bar and breakfast room.

Nice hotel, great view from the bar. Slightly understaffed, but not to the detriment of our stay.

Comfy family room. Nice view of cricket ground. Duvets a little on hot side and heavy for children, so a bit restless. Pillows and main bed very comfortable. Breakfast delicious and staff very nice and friendly. Convenient location and easy to park outside.

Typical Premier Inn no frills hotel. Great location for exploring historic Worcester and for any Worcestershire County cricket home games. This hotel does not have a bar but it does have a restaurant if by any remote chance you can't find anything you fancy in one of the dozens of eateries Worcester has to offer.

Entrance to car park an irritation, rooms excellent, the most beautiful waitress I have ever seen. It's premier Inn, never fails to give what you need when away from home. Book far enough ahead and get a great price.

Great hotel. Rooms were slightly noisy from neighbouring guests. Breakfast a bit less awesome this time round as the crispy/streaky bacon was missing both days. Self check in touchscreens weren't working but staff came promptly and were very helpful. Will. Come again but please reinstate the bacon. Fried bread would make it a 5 star breakfast.

I would give this place 5 stars but the car parking prices is steep. (I know it's out of their control) Usually very busy as well. (due to sharing this with Cricket ground). Their food is good but they have let us down more than once with having to wait too long and being very understaffed. on the good side. Rooms are excellent. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. They do the best buffet breakfast going. p. S bring back your 'purple sauce'!

You know what you're getting with a chain hotel, and can't fault it here! Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Copious and tasty breakfast. Booking/ check in etc all very efficient. All good!

Thyme restaurant not very good. Had steak with what was described on the menu as a creamy peppercorn sauce when it arrived it was clearly a Red Wine based sauce with peppercorns added. It was dark brown in colour instead of the light creamy look of the sauce that was supposed to accompany it. I've had it many times before at other restaurants belonging to the Whitbread chain. When I mentioned this initially they agreed with me but it didn't look like the sauce it was supposed to be however later when I said it had been rather sickly with the meal they were then saying this was the only sauce that they had which had peppercorns. It was so obvious it was not as it should have been as the sauce was not creamy at all so was misrepresented on the menu, so at the very least that needs amending. Also in the meantime anyone choosing this should be advised what are the sauce is like so they can make an informed choice and not spoil an expensive meal.

Good location and staff friendly. I stayed twice in quick succession and unfortunately on both occasions the Ladies toilets in the reception was out of service leaving women to use the disabled toilet. This should have been resolved between my two visits. Although I did not need to use them on both occasions I also noticed issues with the vending machines. Maintenance appears to be a bit of an issue. Also on one occasion my damp towels were refolded and put on the bed rather than being left on the towel rail where I had left them — not good. Maybe someone new in housekeeping? Otherwise everything was fine.

Efficient check Inn, rooms clean and tidy, staff pleasant, we only ate breakfast but found it to be tasty and ample, shower good bed affordsa great night's sleep, would certainly return.

The staff were very helpful. Even let us leave our bags with them after we had checked out so we could go around town unhindered. Very helpful. Shame the bar and restaurant are so expensive!

Like the room and service. Wide variety of food for breakfast. Location is quite beautiful. River view at front side and we'll known cricket ground at behind. Beautiful walkway to visit nearby places. Perfect location.

This location was fantastic! Rooms were in great shape and the staff was absolutely excellent! My Dad and I were there to surprise a family member for their birthday, and they went out of their way to get her a card and a bar of chocolate. Well done!

I was on the second floor and had a beautiful view of the cricket field. The location is great, next to the river and easy walking in to town. Smoke. Car parking available too, although paid for it is reasonably priced.

Stayed here overnight. The boys watched the cricket while the girls went shopping — perfect! Nice new modern Premier Inn.

Room was average for premier inn so comfortable overall pretty good. Restaurant was very good for a premier inn, I've been to a lot of premier inn and it was the best food I've had from any of them.

Clean hotel friendly staff and excellent location for the cricket, city centre and Malverns. Paying for parking is an extra cost adding to your stay and the food in the restaurant could be better. Overall ok.

The Premier Inn in the centre of Worcester is in a very central location. It is part of the Worcester cricket ground site and the rooms and restaurant overlook the ground. Parking is next to the hotel but is pay and display (at the time of writing this £5.50 for 24 hours). Realistically you have to put 24 hours on overnight which feels expensive. The hotel is large and in general of good condition. The restaurant seems very similar to the others in the premier Inn chain. The breakfast is varied and filling. We didn't eat our our evening meal here but the menu seemed like average pub fair if a little expensive. There are plenty of places nearby to eat and drink, and Worcester has a nice feel. The hotel is right next to the city centre and there are plenty of things to see and do in the local area. Over the road is a small park with a play area suitable for children and young teens. A nice play to stay in a good location if a little expensive.

The heating was not working so after informing the staff they provided a portable radiator. The room was very nice with usb/hdmi connection plus free Wi-Fi. Nice clean room comfortable bed. If I was being extra picky it would be good to have a socket next to side tables.

Great location. Very new, clean rooms, and reasonably priced. Yes Premier Inns can be a bit clinical, but they're comfortable and well equipped. Absolutely perfect for a night's stay in Worcester. Parking is available, but you have to pay about £5 for 24hrs. Not so bad. As with all Premier Inns you get very slow broadband for free, and slightly faster broadband for £5. This seems like charging extra for heating, or being allowed a bath. This is 2016… Just give me fast broadband for free!

Situated next to the river the hotel is in a good location, close to the centre but quiet too. No free parking is a slight downer though. Rooms are all nice and modern. Had slight problems booking in but it was resolved quite well. Free Wi-Fi is pretty mediocre but Browns on the opposite side of the river has amazing connection and a nice place too.

Excellent for the cricket. Great food and the meal deal is a must. The rooms are clean and well kept and the the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is slightly limited but very substancial and the evening meal choice is excellent value. Staff warm and friendly.

Probably the best premier inn I've been to in relation to the location, staff are pretty woeful in the restaurant this lets it down. Very odd that they book out rooms as unavailable when they have nobody staying in them on occasion and the pricing structure is very erratic. Free Wi-Fi is very hit and miss. Food is ok when it's available, I have had 2 occasions where a main meal has not been available and the last time I had breakfast told they had run out of hash browns and bacon and we're still awaiting an order, my expectation there was hat the price is paid for breakfast should of been refunded, no such offer.

The service is absolutely terrible I am sitting here with the menu after been seated 50 min ago. When I finally got my servers attention after 1 hour he informed me there was a wait of 20 to 30 minutes. Two young kids running the restaurant. Now here 1 hour and 15 min still no drink that I ordered when I was seated. Worst ever.

There is simply no way the staff and guests are unaware that the 3rd floor shakes every time the wind blows. Goodnight guarantee my foot.
