Nice cheap hotel. Only downpoint today was that the coffee machine was broken and they only put 1 flask of hot water out to make your own coffee, and hotel was quite busy.

Booked originally online for last night, as we arrived they said we had to pay £180 when the room was £60 including breakfast… they were rude whilst talking to us. Absolutely disgraceful service and rude receptionist. Ended up staying in travel lodge after having to walk all the way from Bermuda park to near George Elliott hospital bearing in mind we didn’t know the area very well but at least the staff had a lot more respect at travel lodge. I wouldn’t recommend at all heard bad reviews about this place after reading the reviews after I booked and turned out they are disgraceful service!

Great, professional, friendly and helpful staff. Room spacious and comfortable. Food was delicious. The hotel is bright and welcoming. I felt safe even though I was staying on my own.

Reasonably priced, clean and tidy, friendly staff, breakfast understaffed never enough food out, as soon as one item turned up it was immediately emptied by the waiting crowd. No cereal bowls available. Left hungry and a little frustrated.

The staff are very kind and helpful and the rooms are clean! There's lots of breakfast variety and even a 'to go' option if you're in a rush. There is also a bar open at all times selling drinks (even in the morning). If you forget any toiletteries you can ask at the reception desk and they will provide! There is an ice machine available on the bottom floor with free ice for all guests. Good location, quiet, safe and near a carvery and fast food places! Definetly worth booking.

We stay here quite often when visiting family in the area. Rooms are simple but nice & clean. There's a hairdryer! The beds are comfy. It's normally good value & the free breakfast is great. You sometimes have to ask for the croissants but they bring them out in a few minutes. Staff are normally friendly.

Stayed here between 27/05/18 and 03/06/18. As per last year, staff were very helpful, professional with nothing too much trouble. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot with plenty of variety to suit most people. Their are places to eat and activities nearby, if necessary. Remember to obey the car parking signage, otherwise you may get a ticket like me. With the assistance of the staff, manager and the car park managing company, mine was cancelled. I would never stay at any other hotel in Nuneaton. Their loyalty deserves mine.

Lovely overnight stay here. Staff were very friendly but professional. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was adequate with plenty of choice.

Staff couldn’t do enough for us, amazing service! Room was pleasant and clean, bed was very comfortable, fantastic shower. Superb value for money.

Just checked out from another great stay. The staff are so helpful and friendly, they can not do enough for you! Highly recommend it.

Went to use the Polar Ultracharger, which was available when I arrived. Checked with staff (who were really nice) that I didn't need to register my car, then went for a bite to eat in Subway, which was right next to the car park.

Clean hotel, easy to get to with good road links to the surrounding areas. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of parking space.

There was nothing to fault about this place, had a warming welcome, everywhere clean, comfortably beds and a great breakfast, also spoke on the phone before arriving to a lady called Clare who was very helpful, definitely recommend this hotel.

Staying here at the moment. I really can't fault this place. Staff, rooms, food all good. Will definitely return.

Absolutely brilliant, worth paying the extra 10/20 quid from a Travelodge, all staff are excellent always helpful and interact with customers in the best way they possibly Can, rooms are always spotless and good to have a choice of smoking/non smoking rooms, bar and restraunt area is absolutely spotless, warm and welcoming, brilliant breakfast which is included with your stay. Couldn't recommend any more. Welcoming hotel worth the money, 5 out of 5 without a doubt. Keep up the good work Holiday Inn Express Nuneaton!

Very good hotel. Easily one of the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in. Beautiful spacious refurbished room — Even the carpet had a luxurious bounce to it. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds Plus an excellent free breakfast… What more could you want! Stay here and you won't regret it!

The room was clean and the staff helpful enough, but the breakfast was awful… Bare minimum with eggs that tasted like they were powdered and the worst coffee I've had in a very long time.

Hotel is very clean and relaxing with friendly, helpful staff who always had a smile for you whether it was day or night. Rooms were comfortable with a large comfy bed. Food was good with choices of continental, cooked breakfast… Great stay.

Rooms were OK! But need updating. Food in the morning was very bad, dry bacon and very hard causing bacon to splinter, never known anything like it! Cost me a visit to the dentist! Where he removed a piece of bacon! The other part of the breakfast was horrible as well. Think twice before booking.

It is what it says on the tin. Though I must say for me the new travelodge beds are comfier. I suffer from chronic back pain so it makes a difference. But at H. I. E. The quality of the room, TV 42 inch, & bathroom, plus downstairs lounge & bar is a big step up.

A good location, this holiday inn is standard fare. However it is the staff who make it even better. I had accidently booked a smoking room and the staff were extremely accomodating and switched rooms with no fuss. Oh yeah, theres smoking rooms so make sure u check your booking. Breakfast has a good selection and there are plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

Friendly helpful, polite staff. Lovely comfy beds, very clean. Breakfast, as much or as little as you wanted and all very good, cooked fresh. My only negative was traffic noise, couldn't have window open at night too noisy, room 306. Had asked for a quiet room.

Had a fantastic weekend away on a rail staff awards ceremony. What a lovely place to stay easy to find and when we go there the staff are very professional. The room was beautiful & clean could not fault. The breakfast was lovely everything you needed all to hand. Top marks would definitely recommend.

Overnight guest, attending an event at the national motor museum in gaydon. Great placement for the NEC also. The holiday inn express met my expectations, fulfilled everything I could have wanted for an overnight stay and breakfast.

The only complaint we have about our stay is the breakfast. On the website, it stated there'd be black pudding and potatoes and there were none. Also the hot food wasn't replenished quickly enough, when we went down there was no bacon, sausage or beans and we had to wait over 15 minutes for breakie. There were no croissants and only one tub of butter. Not very well organised at all, glad it was free tbh. Other than that, the hotel, location and staff were fab.

The front staff was amazing and so friendly towards me and my daughter. They gave my daughter some pens and paper to draw, why I was having a chat with a lady. The general manager I wasn't happy about, the way she spoke to me and my child and the fact she told me to watch my child when she wasn't doing nothing wrong. Will be writing a complaint because I am not happy.

Very clean & fresh reception and foyer area with comfortable modern seating & tables for eating or for an informal meeting. Friendly helpful staff who are always pleased to welcome visitors of the hotel.

It's a Holiday Inn. So there's nothing much to say. Bed was comfortable and the all you can eat breakfast was nice. The shower in the room got the floor outside quite wet no matter how you tried not to. But other than that I can't fault it. It's not close enough to the town centre to walk there, a car, taxi or train is needed.

Welcoming staff, Clean and Tidy room. Sofa bed was all set up for the children. Nice TV for the family to watch. Shower/Toilet Clean. Breakfast was great and was included in the price. A cheap night and got more than I expected.

Typical holiday inn expecting most ways, though no aircon. Room was clean and in good condition, and bed comfortable. Usual buffet breakfast, though orange juice slightly watery, as is often the case from dispensers like these.

Room, good sized, same with the bathroom. The shower has a power jet function. Which when used soaks the entire floor of the bathroom. Very nice bef and pillows. Good travel connections. Very friendly and knowledgeable reception staff. Room was spotless clean but had bit of damage near the door where the security chain hits the wall. There are 5 good eateries very close by. I would use again.

Last minute booking, all okay. Incredibly they don't stock Slimline Tonic in their bar! Great free high speed internet connection.

Had a weekend break here, staff are fantastic, Andy who worked bar/reception was fantastic gave me ideas of places to visit on my bike. It felt more like a mate than staff. Room was clean and tidy, breakfast was also good quality. Recommended.

We chose this hotel as it was just off the motorway. One of the upsides was breakfast was included so it meant we could have something hot without paying extra or leaving the hotel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was good value for money.

Good hotel. I stood there for one night on my business trip. Everything was clean and the breakfast was ok for UK standards.

Nice place to stay clean room but sadly my vehicle and trailer where broken into and I had £2500 of equipment stolen. The staff couldn't give a hoot and the cctv security is very poor. Couldn't possible recommend unless you arrive on foot. Shocking… If I could give this place a zero I would!

Stay here a few months away, warm bed, got a good nights sleep.

Well presented with friendly staff, lots of parking, a fairly convenient location and a good price overall. However, the breakfast was quite limited and not too nice with frankly awful coffee and watered down juice, the rooms were extremely hot and stuffy, the walls were very thin (so we were treated to a four letter filled telephone conversation from a neighbour at around midnight on the Saturday) and the kids bed was lumpy with the thinnest mattress I have ever seen.
