Lovely room, staff was so helpful and really friendly. Cleaners were all amazing as well giving us clean towels and bedding. My partner was on a business trip, myself and our daughter was made to feel so welcome and they accommodated for everything we needed 24/7 no questions asked. Will definitely be going back. Thank you 😊

My partner and I shared a lovely spacious room with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was in the beefeater restaurant opposite the hotel and was really amazing. Plenty to choose from and hot breakfast cooked to order. Would recommend.

Lovely quiet location, staff really friendly just something needs to be done about the heat during the summer the room was unbearable it was luke an oven.

Beefeater was really good, brilliant medium rare sirloin, lovely premier in the same as all the others I've stayed in, comfy bed.

2 singles and a king bed with enough space to walk around is perfect for an overnight stay. I personally like 2 kings as twins aged 4 are used to sleeping together on one but premier inn doesn’t have this option.

Great service. Couldnt have been more helpful. Would recommend again and again.

Very nice hotel staff very kind to me and my husband could not do enough for us ie gave us extra tea and milk. Room very clean and smelt very fresh, bed cosy, and the lady with the purple slipper things very kind and friendly where did u get them I want some… Beefeater breakfast lovely staff brilliant thank u Will be back.

We're a family of four, our stay was very comfortable, all the staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was at the Beefeater, was the best I've ever had, huge English breakfast & freshly cooked. Set me up for the whole day… awesome!

Fantastic stay! Staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I both use wheelchairs, the accessible room was spacious enough for both our chairs and the wet room was great! Everything was easy to use and was well maintained and spotless.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are also very clean. They have plenty of car parking and it's free. There is also a pub right next to hotel handy if you need food and drink.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff even when you arrive at 2.30 am to check in. Breakfast was very tasty and filling. Just wish prem inns would put more tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the rooms so you don't have to keep getting it from reception.

Always been nice here — if the weather is nice, look out for the long boats.

Great rooms BUT have to add that we returned the following week and the room we got was very dated and poor compared to the previous week very comfy beds good en suite and the beefeater pub does wonderful food… much better than the other hotel we stayed at locally SO it's a bit of a lottery as to what room you get that makes the difference.

Room was comfortable and clean. Really liked the connectivity panel for the TV. Service was good. Only issue was the room smelled a little smokey. I think the previous guest must have been smoking or vaping in there.

Very quiet room, comfortable beds, pillows a tad flat if I am being picky. Not a good choice of food at the beefeater inn but what I had was good. But too rushed with breakfast only just got cer and they took order for cooked breakfast which meant I had to rush cereal if I wanted to eat my cooked food warm. Lovely location on side of canal.

Staff not attentive, I'm disabled and we had to wait a good few minutes to check in until they had finished there conversation which was not work related, then we were directed to our accessible room via stairs! We had to go back again and state that way had stairs before they decided there was a ramp and we needed to go out the building and round the side to access it. They had Also allowed work vans to park in the disabled parking closest to the accessible entrance. Won't stay there again, a very stressful experience.

Ideal place to catch some sleep after late flight. Very comfortable and clean.

Good clean affordable accommodation. Plenty of parking. Beefeater pub/restaurant more or less on same site. It's a Premier Inn. It's exactly what I expected. All round, met all my needs.

A great place, the people who work there can't do enough for you for the length of your stay.

The beds are nice and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The lighting in the rooms could be a little better however, it is generally pretty dark and the standard internet service is not too great.

As ever very comfy beds, this particular room could have done with a few touch ups for example basin was loose, frame around was yellow with age and the bath panel looked like a temporary fix, other than that well worth the money.

We all had a wonderful time and a great night's sleep in there really comfy bed. The boys over bath time and so did I in he lovely full length bath.

Rooms are a bit small, but well appointed. Set in a good location for roads and walks. The staff were all really helpful, as were the staff in the attached (and popular) Beefeater. A nice place to stay aside from the slightly titchy rooms.

Standard premier inn, mostly as expected. Friendly staff, clean and tidy but showers were didn't have a consistent temperature and a couple of other little faults let it down a bit.

Typical premier inn. Staff warm on arrival. Hard to organise a meal in the restaurant. No usual text to book prior to arrival. Had to go elsewhere.

Could have done with a lick of pain and had no coffee provided in the room, there was tea though so would have been OK had I liked tea. Also, while functional, the shower could have been better.

Stayed in room 3. Never known so much noise in a premier room. Footsteps clumping doors banging. Worst night I've ever had in a Premier Inn, woken at 3:30, never really got back to sleep. Normally get a good night in a Premier.

Convenient hotel, located next door to a beefeater pub so good for food and drinks. Rooms need a little updating though, other than that it was a good stay.

Nice rural location. Our room smelt of smoke. Receptionist was apologetic about. We did jot pursue further. Beefeater pub next door was as expected. Breakfast which is served was very good.

Reasonably well furnished, but nothing all that special. My biggest issue is how hard they are pushing £15 for breakfast across the lot at Beefeater? Toby's Carvery is far better it is under £5 and 2 min away. Why so pushy? Advertisements all over the place LOL.

We arrived at 1.15 in the morning. The M25 was closed due to an accident so we had a long detour. The room was lovely and inviting and we soon fell asleep. Breakfast first class. Will certainly come back.

No frills, but always clean, comfortable, and friendly. This Premier Inn is much like all the rest. Reception area very small and corridors felt narrower than usual, but it did the job, and is excellent value when traveling with children.

Very conveniently located for our meeting nearby but would be suitable for a stay before using Stanstead airport. The room I had was clean, tidy and quiet. Plenty of power sockets for charging gadgets. Dinner and breakfast in the adjoining Beefeater, Harlow Mill was good too.

Room was very small and felt dated, you could hear people walking around above us and doing things in bed, the kettle boiling set the smoke alarm off (very embarresing) as we are non smokers, but the alarm went off and know one knocked to see if we was ok, had a silly slideing door on the bath room that didn't close properly, when we left in the morning the reception area was empty (1130 am) so we couldn't explain about alarm going off, we are a married couple in our 50s and dew to our work we stay in premier inns from Norfolk to Hertfordshire all the time, this one is the worst ever … on the up side the TV on the wall was massive.

Friendly staff especially the lovely gentleman last night who helped get a soft drink and the breakfast staff who were welcoming and friendly — lovely cooked breakfast and cosy rooms — will come again.

I tried to sleep between two different affairs taking place in both adgjacent rooms through the paper thin walls. Why do divorcees need to cough during coitus?

Room was very nice. Staff pleasant and helpful. Site is small and narrow making parking a bit awkward.

Great staff, rooms are clean and of the normal Premier Inn standard. The restaurant has a really good selection and the breakfast has quite a few extras like muffins, fruit mixes, smoothies and pancakes which are fabulous.
