We found this hotel was ideal for our needs of being in Exeter for three nights. Our check in experience was very good, Lochlan explained everything we needed to know to us, and gave us explicit instructions how to find our room. Our room, 236, had obviously been recently refurbished and was a good size with everything we needed. There were tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had toiletries and the towels were white, fluffy, and in good condition! Breakfast was excellent. We had full breakfast each morning. It is self service buffet, VERY plentiful, and on each of our mornings it was hot which is not always the case with buffets. All the staff were so helpful in every department but a special mention must go to the lovely Lochlan. Keep up the good work you lovely people at Inn Keepers Lodge Middlemoor, we hope to be back in the future.

Stayed for two nights as I was doing a business trip and the training was taking place in the Toby meeting rooms. Room was spacious comfortable bed and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and food was superb in the Toby. Will be visiting again for more business training in the near future.

Very clean. Good value for money. Would have preferred cooked breakfast rather than continental.

I stoped in the disability adapted room and the staff banged a gate in the back at all hours don't use on a live music night as you wont get to sleep. Reception is out side so be prepared to be woken if a guest arrives at 3am or 5am. Staff kept apologising but that didn't make up for lack of sleep.

Rooms where fine. Was a bit to noisy to get a good night's sleep. Especially in the corridor at the night with people passing through and the slamming doors. Rooms could be bigger. Staying at better places.

Nice big modern clean rooms. Brilliant complimentary breakfast and lots of attentive staff.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent Toby carvery next door for dinner and breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The room itself was nice and clean and the bed was huge and perfect for our stay. The bathroom was a bit fausty in smell. I guess due too no windows. And the rooms were boiling. I asked at reception for a fan and they had none. It had been overcast all day so id dread being there on a sunny day. We ended up going to the nearest tesco and buying a fan just too get some sleep.

We stayed 2 years ago and now the rooms have been refurbished and are much better.
