Very clean. Lovely room. Helpful staff. Good beefeater next door. Not so keen on breakfast. Would prefer made to order rather than buffet. However was pleasant and did the job.

No air con and we had our one year old. The room at one point was 28 degrees, dangerous for sleeping babies. Although we had a fan it kept her awake so we had not much sleep all weekend.

Pillows are deceiving look nice and comfy but full of air. The family room us so tiny that your on top of each other all the time. No walking space.

Excellent value for money. Clean amd beautiful. Had an over night stay as had major surgery in derby hospital next morning. Was a great calming evening which was much needed.

The usual excellent premier inn stay. Everything as expected great location for visiting the local National Trust places. Beefeater next door also served nice food, will be stopping again in the future.

It is so close to the hospital and there is a major dual carriageway just outside but it lovely and quite and the rooms are great and the restaurant next is great lovely food.

Very well positoned hotel off the main road. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was very clean. There is a Beefeater restaurant right next door for food.

All the staff very friendly room clean the bed not the best one I've slept in at Premier Inn rather lumpy room 42.

Was tempted to steal the bed, unfortunately it was too big to fit in my bag lol. Bed was soooo awesome best sleep ever! :) was nice and clean. Only thing I can say as a negative was, the cleaner walked in on us before check out time. No biggie tho.

We're visiting derby for second visit in two months, on both occasions staying at Prem' Inn, it's a good place to stay, very clean, good friendly staff and very helpful, recommended to any one. @

A lovely very clean hotel. Bathroom was exceptionly nice, nicely decorated not a bit of mould in site. Bedroom nice size. Wardrobe space enough for a long weekend. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful. Tea & coffee making facilities. Can help yourself to extra coffee, tea, milk & sugars in reception. Very quite during the night. Slept line a log. Would recommend. Beefeater opposite if you want any meals also an Aldi supermarket across the road.

Not the fault of the staff, but the rooms are pretty warm which makes for an uncomfortable sleep. Decent enough but the car park's pretty noisy. Food was good but the service was slow.

Rooms were the usual premier Inn standard which is great. Breakfast service was poor resulting in only half our food being delivered after it had sat on the counter for 10 minutes going cold.

Lovely place to stay. Whilst I have been working in uttoxeter friendly and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend. Enjoyed my stay and hope to stay there soon Thank you Lawrence A big 5 star from me.

There was a mixup with our original room booking but the staff sorted it quickly and efficiently.

Great location for Alton towers (35 min drive) beefeater next door is good value.

Comfortable bed, room not too warm, clean bathroom and good breakfast next door. Efficient check in and check out.

Cute little inn but no phones in the rooms and no access to microwaves. The associated restaurant is very good and offers cheaper food options for those sticking to a budget. The Wifi is solid and the staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Very poor service in the restaurant however the hotel staff great as always. I stay in Premier Inn 2 — 3 days per week so know the service levels.

Visited here for business. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were pleasant. Cleaners were in doing the corridors but they didn't get in the way. At least the place felt clean.

Friendly staff, nice reception, simple rooms but nothing left out and all clean and superbly comfy! Made our stay over in Derby really nice. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

Good location, excellent room and fantastic breakfast.

Large spacious room, great bed and linens. Breakfast is very good. Free parking included. Room cleaned to high standards. Close to roads but can't hear traffic noise.

Great value for a good quality hotel.

Clean, comfortable cosy rooms. Very quiet as noise from adjacent rooms cannot be heard. Big comfortable double bed and an additional sofa bed which is as big as a regular single bed and very comfortable too. The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. I would like to specially thank the ladies at the reception, who went out of their way to arrange things to make our stay as comfortable as possible. If I visit Derby or the Peak district again this will definitely be the place I will stay overnight. l would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Derby as a very nice place to stay.

Room is really nice and comfortable (the comfybed is truly comfy! ). Location is excellent as I had to do some business in the Royal Derby Hospital. A bit pricey for my standards, but that's also the UK.

Positive — Good, clean hotel. Had a quiet, peaceful and restful night. Had a good breakfast, pleasant and courteous staff. Negative — Breakfast times need to be displayed. Brochure did not indicate timings for breakfast. Reception Staff also failed to inform of breakfast times. No clock in bedrooms to indicate time of day. Add hot chocolate to complimentary drinks for children. Only had a choice of coffee or tea. Twelve year old daughter had coffee as she wanted a hot drink, resulting in being awake all night, complained of being unable to sleep.

Very handy for Derby. Clean, comfortable and friendly.
