Had a lovely couple of nights here and I couldn't fault it at all. The owners went above and beyond for us and made us feel incredibly welcome with nothing being too much trouble. An excellent choice of continental breakfast in the morning and the rooms were warm and cosy. Would definitely recommend this guest house and hopefully we'll be back soon.

A truly amazing guest house. Perfect location with parking and located in the centre of Bowness. An exceptionally homely, clean bed & breakfast where the proprietors Symmoane and Adam make you welcome and ensure attention to detail. Our second stay and we will be back. Rooms have everything you need (and more besides) with so many touches. Continental breakfast offers such variety there is something for everybody.

The guest house itself is a beautiful building and Adam & Symmoane were amazing hosts and they were always happy to help. The room was lovely as was the continental breakfast, would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay around Windermere.

The hosts were exceptional and made a huge effort to make our stay comfortable and homely. They made great recommendations for both walking and eating. I would insist for friends and family to come here. Thanks again!

I have now stayed at elim bank guest house on two occasions and couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay, rooms were lovely and spacious and symmoane and adam are a credit to their business, nothing was too much to ask and made our stay very enjoyable I will definately be booking again with them and will continue to do so whilst this lovely couple are at the helm of this lovely holiday home.

Symmoane and Adam are wonderful hosts, welcoming and friendly. We stayed 2 nights and we had a great time. Perfect location, breakfast was lovely — we loved the homemade compote! Very clean rooms!
Ideally situated for shops, bars and the lake.
Excellent customer service hand sanitisers situated throughout the house.
Whilst there is no cooked breakfast (Covid restrictionists) the continental breakfast is superb, lots of choice!
Highly recommend Symmoanes yoghurt compote, delicious.
They are both very friendly, very informative about the history of Elim Bank house!
Highly recommend a visit you won’t be disappointed!

Just had a great 3 days, Symmoane and Adam were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us, especially at breakfast time for my wife who is gluten free really looked after her needs. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable. We Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Stayed over new year, Symmoane and Adam are great hosts and nothing is to much trouble for them. Rooms clean and tidy, guest house is close to shop pubs restaurants in bowness. We will be back soon x.

The hosts, Adam and Symmoane, are a delightful young couple who were extremely.
Accommodating in every way. Nothing was too much trouble including our very late arrival.
This lovely old house provides the perfect setting for a stay in this historic area. It was extremely.
Comfortable and we wish Adam and Symmoane much success with their plans for future.

Me and my husband stayed here last weekend, this guest house is amazing. The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfy! We felt very relaxed and enjoyed wonderful breakfasts. A big thank you to Adam and Symoane for making our stay so enjoyable. When we arrived we were welcomed with a smile from Adam who insisted in carrying our cases to our room. My daughter and grand daughter shared a family room which was spotless. As the guest house was full we were asked what time we would like our breakfast. Fresh fruit, cerials etc and beautifully cooked breakfast. Added bonus of on site parking yet only five minutes walk into town. The young couple go out of their way to please and I would like to wish them every success for the future.

Cozy place, very welcoming and helpful hosts. Very well located, everything is at walking distance. The place has a free car park.

We stayed at the lovely Elim Bank Guest house in the heart of Bowness for three nights from the 20th-23rd July 2018. The owners Adam & Symoniane are the best host and hostess every met. Our room was very comfortable with tea/coffee facilities. On arrival we was offered a complimentary tea or coffee. The breakfast was exceptional from cereal, toast, to fresh fruit, yoghurt, croissants, to of course the full English breakfast cooked fresh by Adam. The owners were very accommodating and the service which they provided, a must to stay for any persons who wishes to stay in a home from home guest house.

I'm from south korea and was traveling Europe some places. I stayed one night with my sister and mom. It was a perfect place to feel real English atmosphere. Especially the breakfast was literally Full English breakfast. The room was sooo clean. They give free tea and cookies. After the day they allowed to park our car while we ride the cruise on the lake. I highly recommend this place who ever considering to visit windermere.

The Elim Bank B&B is probably the best place we have stayed in Bowness. Very friendly hosts who could not do enough to make our stay perfect. The room was very clean & well maintained, supplied welcome tea / coffee, also a bottle of water. Bed was comfortable, it did take me awhile though to find out how to turn on the bedside lamp, touch sensitive lamps, I was looking for a switch. Now I've been brought into the 21st century. Breakfast great choice of continental or English, we ended up having a bit of both on the last day. Next time we visit Bowness you are the first on our list to book with. Just got back from a lovely stay at Elim B&B.
Perfect location with everything in reach required to have the relaxing break we needed whilst enjoying Bowness nightlife.
The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable I had a excellent peaceful sleep. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made.
The best thing about this place was definitely the owners who from the minute we arrived could not have been more hospitable and friendly. We will all return and definitely recommend. Thank you!

Great welcoming hosts who want their guests to have a good experience. Wonderful breakfast with lots of choice. The only downside is that the room we stayed in had a wee tiny bathroom. I will definitely be back though!
