Bed and Breakfast

It was a last minute decision to journey to Lands End and we stumbled across this little gem of a b & b near St Just. The room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. The room had a lovely view over the countryside and sea and we couldn’t believe how close we were to the Cot Valley. We couldn’t believe the breakfast spread presented to us the following morning. Great selection and even home made yoghurt and jams. We highly recommend staying here and I’m sure you’ll be as satisfied as we were. Thank you Helen and Martin for making our short stay so enjoyable.

Great campsite, very quiet and sheltered with good facilities. Shops within 15min walk and farm shop next door.

A very nice and cleanly run, smaller hotel, perfectly located for coastal walks and/or local events such as the "man vs coast" race of "rat race". The extremely rich breakfast buffet is unparalleled!

This was a last minute booking, I went on what I could see on the pictures and I was not disappointed.
Friendly Welcome, clean airy bedroom, wonderful bed… and a delicious breakfast with a variety that would have not been out of place in a Top Quality Hotel.
Definitely would consider returning!

You must have lived here. The rooms are very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was top class and leaves nothing to be desired. Quite, very nice hosts who welcome you.

We have stayed here many times. How ever one week out of two booked was all we could stand under new owners. The once excellent breakfast was barely warm on a couple of morning so clearly not freshly cooked any more. In fact breakfast was a nightmare with building working going on right over our heads making conversation impossible. Where I would have once recommended Bossvern house without hesitation, now I say stay away.

By far one of our favourite holiday retreats in UK. We've been coming for over a decade now and it's always a beautiful stay. The breakfast is all organic and locally grown with a variety of choices and the rooms are comfortable and homely. We enjoy the sea views, long scenic walks and ancient sites… Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Stayed for two nights at Bosavern. This is a great little guest house with a few extras thrown in. Our room was very clean and plenty of space. The house itself has a guest lounge with a bar (extra bonus) and the breakfast was superb. We had home made yoghurt and fresh fruits, followed by a full English with all locally sourced products. We will be returning…

Have stayed here many time, food is excellent, all the room are very well equipped, would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Lovely, quiet sheltered campsite. Only has 12 pitches so of ypu want to escape from the crowds.

Great little retreat on the way back from Lands End nr St Just for a scrumptious cream tea in lovely surroundings & a great local business ❤️☕️
