Amazing superior room! Very comfortable 4 poster bed, stunning decor, private terrace with sea views. Wonderful, friendly staff, great service. Fab location. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Disappointing. Rooms tired. Dining room looks lovely but you need ear plugs at breakfast. I don't recall a less tranquil experience. Couldn't hear ourselves speak.

Good location, very close to town centre, railway station. Nice staff and fabulous breakfast especially croissants. Will definately stay here again.

Awesome room, comfy bed, great TV and Wi-Fi. Lovely sea view and nice shower room. I know this isn't the management's fault but the people next to me are incredibly noisy, can't mark them down for that though.

Highly recommend this charming b&b. Lovely comfy beds and a really warm welcome. Spent part of our evening in the bar served by the manager Pete. What a delight to have met him. We have stopped in many places in Falmouth but won't be doing in future, from now on we will be returning here. By far the best and friendliest b&b in Falmouth.

Friendly but the room we stayed in had stud wall and you could here people walking past talking. Other than that very nice.

Just arrived home after a week here, chosen primarily due to cheaper rates on Expedia than an Airbnb. My room was comfortable and had a modern feel a good bathroom with a excellent shower. Breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast room is one of the best in Falmouth. During my stay we had the beast from the East and a late winter storm from the south west attack Falmouth on two fronts. Despite the adverse conditions 6 inches of snow and ice on the hill outside a good dusting on the palm trees a fully frozen car park the hotel managers kept the place running. We had some frozen pipe work but the staff managed to keep the place running. Definitely worth a look if visiting Falmouth.

Just back from a perfect weekend. Amazing views from our room and a friendly welcome on arrival. We mentioned it was our wedding anniversary and when arriving back at our room later in the day, found a bottle of champagne chilling! Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be returning.

View is great and parking is near, otherwise rooms smell of dump with old rusty feel to it. Breakfast is very poor and very cheaply made. If you planning to stay longer get your own shower gel and shampoo as you only get one 1ml bottle per stay. Towels are changed every 4 days … Would not select again!

Well where to start really! The welcome was non existent, as a very excited honeymoon couple we were very quickly made to feel as though we were a massive inconvenience from the minute we arrived! The fact that the first thing we were asked before even being shown our room was for full up front payment for our entire stay, the room was average for the price we paid, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The owner of the hotel who served us at the bar was down right rude to the point that my wife refused to return to the bar. We cant even describe our disappointment at the low standard of every aspect of this hotel compared to the expectation we had from the pictures that advertise it. The staff who served us breakfast were the only positive part of our stay and we certainly would not recommend this hotel to anybody that likes to enjoy staying in a hotel. Such a shame that a few friendly words would have made all the difference to our stay.

Very friendly even though seemed a bit tired as well our host, place is imaculate, pretty quiet area too. Perfect holiday stay.
