A great place our second time here close to the town centre, and local restaurants near by and Chester zoo 8 mins away. Natural trust houses not far away 30-40 mins away. Dave snd kirsty are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble rooms are so clean we had a superior room with a fridge and DVD player it was lovely stay we will be back emailed them asking for a pamper pack and it was so lovely and a welcome surprise.

Came here for my hen party with 6 other people, was amazing from start to finish. Rooms were so clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing with good menu to choose from. 15 minutes walk into town and taxis are very reasonable.

From start to finish extremely helpful, lovely accommodation, so close to all local amenities zoo, aquarium local pubs and restaurants, unbelievable breakfast, highly reccomended, great with young children. 5 out of 5 all the way.

Just come back from 2 nights at stone villa and we coukdnt ask for anything better… cake in fridge, fresh milk, birthday balloon as a surprise for my daughter. Breakfast was amazing. Dave and Kirsty were wonderful. Cannot wait to return. Thankyou so much for making us feel so welcome.

Fantastic place to stay in Chester. Wonderful family feeling, great hosts, very amenable with breakfast choices, safe & secure parking and only a short walk into the centre of town.
Rooms were very spacious with homemade cake on arrival. Super king size bed really comfortable and shower really powerful. Will definitely return.

Couldn’t have asked for better accommodation — lots of lovely touches like fresh milk in the fridge, complimentary bottles of water, lots of bathroom storage space, hooks, worktops to put everything, sockets beside beds, etc etc. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and proper fresh juices, car parking, Wi-Fi, highly recommend this accommodation — friendly staff too.

Lovely friendly hosts rooms are spacious and well done bathroom is smart and very classy breakfast is very tasty loads of choice immaculate well presented very smart would definitely come again.

Brilliant location near the heart of Chester. Not far from Chester zoo, as well. Staff will go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. Breakfast is amazing and offer loads of choice. Beds are extremely comfortable, love all the little added extras.

Greeted on arrival with coffee and cake which was much appreciated after a day at Chester Zoo. Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit and pastries. Staff very attentive and pleasant. Excellent accommodation.

The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had. Staff very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Also checking things are ok but in a good way. Will deffo come here again, 5 star rating from us.

A lovely place to stay, fab service and very friendly and helpful. Plenty of nice bars and places to eat close to the guest house. Not far for a walk into Chester town centre. Enjoyed our stay, would return.

We stayed for a night last night on a last minute whim. Stone Villa is one of the best places we’ve stayed at. It was immaculate with so much attention detail, the service was excellent. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Lovely clean place. Staff helpful and friendly. Family run. Ideal place for a break in Chester. Within walking distance of city centre. Good eating places close by for evening meals. Ask Dave or Kirsty to recommend places to eat. Great breakfast served in the dining room.

Great customer service, attentive reception staff. Carried out bag up to the room even though I was fully capable. Room is really nice. Yet to experience the breakfast but after everything else we've experienced, it shouldn't let us down :)

What an utter delight Stone Villa is. A superb b and b in Hoole District of Chester, (which is a delight in itself) and only 15 mins walk to Chester town centre and 15 mins drive to the zoo. We will happily book Stone Villa again and strongly recommend anyone else to do so. You will not be disappointed.

Just spent 3 nights at this fabulous B&B. Greeted with a cup of tea and slice of cake. Room was first class with superb bathroom. Great breakfast selection served by lovely staff. We think that this is the best B&B we've ever stayed in.

We have just returned home after our third stay at stone villa and once again it was perfect!
Made to feel welcome and at home as soon as you walk through the door with cake and a hot drink.
Nothing is too much for Dave and Kirsty. The rooms are lovely and comfortable and have everything you need. And the breakfast is lovely and sets you up for the day. Thank you Dave and Kirsty we will be back again this time next year.

What a lovely 2 nights my husband and I have just had staying at this wonderful establishment. Room was clean, well laid out and bed was comfortable. Excellent breakfasts both mornings with plenty of options; the full cooked breakfast was tasty and nicely presented and the porridge creamy and delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful. Chester city centre was a very easy 20 minute walk away.
We would have added an extra night onto our stay but unfortunately there was no availability — an indication of the Stone Villa's deserved popularity

Excellent stay at Stone Villa Dave & Kirsty made us so welcome they could not do enough for us the hotel is in a lovely location and very clean. There is plenty of car parking space 15 minute walk into chester and the breakfasts are beautiful plenty of choice for everyone. Thanks again Dave & Kirsty and all your staff for a wonderful stay we will definitely be returning. We highly recommend Stone Villa.

Stayed here for our wedding night. Unfortunately we arrived late but we were welcomed and settled in as soon as we arrived. We would definitely love to return again the breakfast was delicious too. Couldn't fault the staff or the room.

Really lovely accommodation with owners to match. It's also only a 15 minute walk to the town centre so perfect for a visit to Chester. Would love to stay again sometime.

All staff extremely helpful from the moment you arrive, showing you all the facilities at the hotel and a lovely touch was we were offered complementary coffee and cake when we arrived which we appreciated after our journey. Rooms are spotlessly clean and very comparable with modern bathroom, breakfast was delicious with fantastic menu and lovely selection of fresh fruit and crossaints, we had the full English which was very cooked superb. Would recommend staying here, very well run and friendly hotel which is in a great location with parking and short walk to Chester centre, can't fault our stay here.

The room was really large, clean and quiet. The staff were really friendly and polite. The breakfast was very tasty.

Lovely B&B and the staff are so polite. Stayed 2 nights and the place was always spotless and breakfast was nice and fresh too.

What can I say? Stunning in every single way. Welcoming owners, stunningly comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean and the best breakfast EVER. Would return in a heart beat.

I booked a 2 night mid week/weekend stay here as a treat for my boyfriend (and myself) and my god what a fabulous place it is! The welcome we recieved was so friendly and warm, we were shown to our room and was offered a complimentry slice of cake and cup of tea (which was delicious). The place itself is full of character, the rooms are tastefully decorated and spotless, and as for the breakfast… scummy! All members of staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to go to and see. The B&B is central to everything such as the town and Chester zoo, which was only a 10min drive away and is a must see! Also if you fancy a spot of shopping, Cheshire oaks outlet is only a 15 min drive away.
I highly recommend staying here and we will be returning again sometime in the future.

Fantastic place, we were in the brand new part at No. 2. Huge Queen sized bed, great bathroom. Breakfast freshly cooked to order and excellent quality ingredients. The place is spotless and as someone with a dust mite allergy I was symptom free as the room was so new. Full tea and coffee facilities, bottled water and toiletries. Complementary sherry in the hall which is a nice touch.

Just arrived home after a two night stay. What a warm and welcoming place. The tea and cake upon arrival was most welcome. Room lovely and comfortable, added extras such as cool bottles of water and pint of milk. Would highly recommend staying here. Breakfast — heavenly.
Would also recommend the Faulkner for food. We are there Friday night, food was delicious then we went to the Lodge Bar, again a great place to drink. JosephBenjamin is also another restaurant to visit when staying at Stone Villa. Hope to be back visiting again. Thank you.

Fabulous warm welcome, nothing is too much trouble for Kirsty, Dave and their staff.
Lovely comfortable room with lots of extra care taken to make guests feel special.
The breakfasts are super tasty and kept us going until tea time.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it as a hub for seeing Chester and the environs.

We stayed one night at the Stone Villa in February. The host David was there to greet us when we arrived late at night. There is car parking available and it's a short drive into the city. David was very friendly and helpful in getting us settled and in making restaurant suggestions for dinner in the city centre. Our room was warm and cosy and the bathroom was neat and newly renovated. Breakfast the next morning was a generous selection of continental and full hot English breakfasts cooked to order, with both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. David was extremely hospitable and chatted to all his guests about their plans for the day and giving suggestions and directions. We enjoyed our stay and the English charm of this B&B and the wonderful hospitality of the guests.
