Full spa day, including lunch and a treatment. Had an amazing day, all of the staff were lovely and welcoming, and the spa is beautifully clean and well kept. Couldn’t fault anything. The outdoor pool is lovely, and we spent most of our time there. Afternoon tea for lunch was really nice and well presented. I had the salt massage and it was extremely relaxing, and the relaxation lounge afterwards was nice to finish off the day. Emily who works in the bar area was absolutely lovely.

Had an amazing spa day and stay over yesterday for my birthday treat Everything about the spa and hotel are perfect in every way Excellent service from team especially Jack, Matt, Rhys and Emily who all made our stay one to remember We shall definitely be back The spa garden is a lovely setting and is excellent for relaxing with lovely cocktails Dinner and afternoon tea were superb Would highly recommend a visit.

Full spa day yesterday for myself and my daughter, service was brilliant from all staff and the spa is just beautiful, and spacious, this is our new place to go from now on, thank you Manor House Spa for a wonderful day can’t wait to come back.

Was a beautiful over night stay, food was amazing, full use of the pool was good, but unfortunately the steam room wasn't working, so we paid another £160 for 2 for use of the spa which included lunch which yet again was amazing, only downside was kept awake all night by a constant dripping sound then a pouring sound constant too the point where I had to climb half way out the window to put a towel there to stop the rain from bouncing off the windowsill, the matter has been reported to the hotel and I would definitely stay again x.

Been to the Manor House many times and always had fantastic food and great service. Went for a Spa afternoon today and have to say it was the best Spa experience ever. The outdoor and indoor facilities are excellent, the treatments amazing and the staff made the whole experience unforgettable. Well done Manor House Hotel and thank you for a lovely day. ❤

Enjoyed a fabulous day in the spa with my daughter. The staff were really lovely. We had a 5o minuite relaxing full body massage. The best I have ever experienced. we really enjoyed our afternoon tea in the cosy restaurant. Relaxing in the rest room after our treatments and the swinging bed over the pool.

Had a spa day last week, the sauna and steam room were open. It was busy in the pool but we had a great time. We had the salt grain massage and half an hour in the salt shed it was so relaxing. And then afternoon tea. Bit busier than when we went in January. Refurbishment is coming along nicely. Thank you for a relaxing day. just my opinion I don’t like people sitting in the main restaurant in their robes. We didn’t do it just feels wrong when people are having a nice meal. Plus the chairs get wet when your sitting in wet costumes.

Amazing venue for our wedding, Michelle and all of the lovely staff made sure that our day was perfect. We could not fault anything about the day at all from getting ready in the wedding parlour to our breakfasts the day after the wedding with all of our guests 💖

Genuinely a fantastic experience. From the personal feel at check in to the incredible SPA Team, our visit was one we will not forget. 5 stars is not enough. Nothing is too much trouble, all staff we met were friendly and willing to bend over backwards to make your stay great. We booked a SPA weekend, and a special mention to the incredible SPA manager Hannah, and the 2 therapists Shelley and Ashleigh who were great, making you feel welcome and at ease. The treatments were incredible, the overall SPA experience was relaxing and not crowded. Truly was the relaxing break we needed. It is also worth noting that the food was fantastic too, good quality and great service. The style of the hotel and rooms is good quality and overall had a nice feel. Once the SPA works are complete this will be even better. We will without doubt return to this gem.

Stayed fir the first time to see my sisters and brother who also stayed whom I haven’t seen in 3 years. Was a wonderful stay from start to finish. Excellent food. Fantastic pool, fantastic room, had a facial Shelly was amazing and the meditation hut was fantastic. The young receptionist was so helpful and cheerful. The staff in the restaurant were really helpful. Look forward to my next visit next year x.

We got to enjoy our amazing wedding reception here and it could not have been better! All the staff were amazing both on the day and on the run up to our wedding, the food was amazing and the DJ Mike was ace as well!

We attended the most beautiful wedding this weekend. I cannot speak more highly of this hotel. It deserves 10 stars! From walking in such polite helpful staff. Gorgeous room and super sized bed. Room spotless. Food well! Who’s the chef? Excellent. Will most certainly come back. All staff were exceptional from the Lovley ladies who clean, the waiting staff, to managers. Pool was to die for we used it several times. All I can say is a huge Thankyou 😁😁😁😁

I attended a wedding here and would like to say what a lovely place and really friendly staff! Especially the younger lady (Gina) who went above and beyond And nothing was too much for her xx.

Great hotel, great pool, great gym
(most of the) food was lovely, but service in the restaurant was horrendous. evening meal ordered, ordered onion rings. Meal cane out, and after 15 minutes still waiting fie onion rings so cancelled them. the evening meals were beautiful, a real shame the service didn't match the food. Took breakfast order, 25 minutes later came to tell us they'd ran out of croissants!

Would like to say a massive thank you to jess and all the staff at the manor for doing an amazing job for our wedding last Saturday. Even under the current restrictions we had the most perfect day and couldn't of asked for any better. The food was gorgeous, the service was fab, and nothing was to much trouble, we will remember our day forever and we are so glad we chose the manor. Love mr and mrs bennett xxxx.

This used to be my favourite restaurant — but over the last two years the standards have slipped (e. G. Poor quality food, poor service, limited choice of desserts). I will not be returning to this restaurant until they get a new chef, have experienced staff, and bring back the sweet trolley.

We attended a wedding on 9/8 the staff were absolutely amazing! Service was spot on! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they all looked so smart! The food was gorgeous hot and plentiful! Wonderful venue well done! Loved it.

We booked a table for lunch to celebrate family birthdays for dad, sons and grandchildren. Reserved and seated upstairs with plenty of room, high chairs as requested, management and staff very accommodating, relaxed and efficient service, excellent food served with care and attention. Recommended!

It's a great hotel with lots of character and in a peaceful location. Our evening event went we'll thanks to the staff who were very helpful and did a great job.

We had a lovely mini break here. Fantastic spacious bedroom, huge comfy bed, big tv, amazing jacuzzi bath! Great! Really good value too. The restaurant was cosy, nice choice on the menu. Staff friendly to us & our little one.

Been to the manor house today with my mum and sister. Such a lovely venue I have booked my wedding for next year. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

Highly recommended. It’s very comfortable and the staff have been superb. Stables restaurant won’t disappoint. Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner are astounding delicious.

Only stayed here for a night and didn't arrive in time for dinner and left before breakfast but the hotel was nice. Room was good too. No air-con but wasn't hot when I was staying so all good!

Can not fault this hotel. We had a one night stay & from the time we walked in the door to the time we left we came across so many happy & helpful staff. Everywhere was clean. The breakfast was of very good quality & we enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant in the evening.

My daughter and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable and everything in the room was to a high standard. It was excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Having stayed at this hotel before a few times I was looking forward to a lovely stay as usual. The staff, general appearance of the hotel and food (including bar menu) was excellent, however, I was disappointed with the room. Items that required fixing were promptly addressed but the standard and the noise level made for not as comfortable a stay as previous visits. I would still stay here again though. On a final note, my young son likes the hotel and they are child friendly.

I visit this hotel once a week to use the pool, which is small but very nice. Warm and shallow (which I like, as I'm not a hugely confident swimmer). Sometimes I have breakfast in the lounge afterwards. The serving staff can be a little dozy, but overall it's a nice experience.

I had my wedding here saturday the 9th june 2018 and it was amazing from start to finish the staff were so friendly and couldnt do enough for us the food was beautiful the rooms were spotless cant fault this place love it so much will definitely reccomend to everyone I know thank you for the best day and night of my life.

We stayed here last night and what a wonderful hotel it is. When we arrived we were greeted at reception with a smile which is always welcoming and something you don’t always get these days. We went out for a few hours and when we returned we put the TV on for a while before we went for dinner. We then found out whoever had stayed in room 107 previously had changed the language on the tv. I went to reception to see if they knew how to rectify this. They called someone who told me to go back to the room and the duty manager would come to the room. I went back and within a minute Jess arrived. We had no idea which language the TV was set to, Jess went off and returned within 2 minutes and sorted it. Brilliant. I asked Jess about the bed which was extremely comfortable, she said they’d been updated recently and were either a Hypnos or sealey pillow top mattress. Jess was very helpful, a credit to the hotel. We had dinner last night which was lovely, couldn’t fault the food at all, it was hot and the biggest chips we’ve ever seen! After a great nights sleep we had a lovely breakfast and probably won’t need to eat for the rest of the day. Every member of staff was very friendly and obviously enjoy their jobs, this to me really stood out and even when we checked out this morning reception was quite busy the young man who checked us out was focused on speaking to us. What a pleasure this hotel is, we will definitely return and recommend to others. Thank you.

A group of friends went to the Manor House for a 60s and 70s night. A fantastic night even thou we were the only ones dressed up. The night was made most enjoyable by the wounderful young staff who greeted us on our arrival especially Georgia who was helpful and extremely pleasant, this young lady is a credit to your team and Hotel.

This was our second visit and we weren't disappointed! The newly refurbished stables bar (upstairs) is lovely light & modern with many of original features having been retained which is pleasing. The food was excellent value for money, the staff were attentive and worked tirelessly all evening as the restaurant was busy. All in all a great place to dine, we will be back!

Very surprised considering the low price paid for the stay. The look and feel of the place was just right. Staff where fantastic and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Food was great and there was a choice of casual or more formal dining. Loads of space to have casual meetings and have coffee and do some work with the free Wi-Fi. Having a pool to hand is a nice touch for a morning swim. Only 10 minutes from central Crewe so worth traveling for an excellent rural stay.

We visited this hotel back in 2016 and my wife fell in love with it, so I decided to book again as a treat for Valentines Day this year. Again, the hotel was fantastic. Ideally located and accessible but set in quiet and relaxing location. The staff in all areas of the hotel are 100% customer focused and can't be more helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. The food excellent in both the bar and restaurant, and the range of drinks available is very good too. Prices for food and drinks are sensible. The pool area is clean and the water is nice and warm. The sauna is a little small but is very enjoyable nonetheless. All in all, an excellent place to stay and I guarantee we will be back.

Stayed here many times. Really love the place, the atmosphere, the staff, the food, the beds, everything! I'd recommend it to anyone that will listen. Even if it's just for an evening meal. The new look Ostlers and Stables areas are fantastic. The renovations really have worked successfully.

Very nice place for a meal. Caters for all size of party with plenty of room for everyone. There was 23 of us and we were well catered for with friendly and helpful staff.

The room I had was clean, spacious and modern but unfortunately it overlooked the swimming pool roof. The bathroom was modern and the shower was powerful and heated quickly. Complementary soaps and shower gel were in place. Tea making facilities were good with complementary biscuits and good selection of hot beverages e. G. Teas, coffees and hot chocolate. Hotel has a swimming pool and sauna but no gym which was disappointing. Food was well presented and reasonably priced but on occasion quite greasy. The menu was unimaginative and the vegetarian options limited and predictable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotels location is good as its near to motorway networks and a short walk from local amenities.

Overall good. Very nice accommodation. Great staff. I was served a side salad that was past it's best but otherwise food good. Shower nice but occasional surges of scalding water.

Wonderfully presented. Friendly English Staff. Room Service is excellent. The way they present Sandwiches is premiere. You really should stay at this Hotel for a lovely break. I got the Pool to myself twice, which is always a bonus for me. I'd like to see a slightly cheaper menu though: everywhere has become too expensive, especially for 'Fast foods', like Burgers, Chips etc.? I WILL be visiting this Hotel again.

Had a great works Christmas Party! Really good night, the starter was decent, the main was okay, unfortunately the pudding never arrived! It took just a little too long for the meal, so by the time the DJ started, everyone left the table before the dessert had even arrived! But overall, a nice place!

Lovely tasty food. Wouldn't hurt to have a little more of an accompanyment with the mains. They aren't cheap after all. But overall very enjoyable.

Booked for one night for my daughter's birthday lovely room check in was easy and quick booked a table in The Stables Bar and grill I had pork and my daughter had the spicy chicken burger both meals were fantastic and reasonably priced. Had a lovely evening. Breakfast was a great variety of cereal, smoothies and full English all was very good Would highly recommend and will defiantly return Thank you.

We had afternoon tea. The service was excellent, the waitress was very attentive and the food came quick. However, the sandwiches weren't anything special, and the pastry was very heavy so the cakes were slightly disappointing.

Really beautiful hotel. Lovely rooms, great food, wish I'd had time to use the spa but unfortunately work gets in the way. Pleasant staff, very helpful. Bar food offers good selection, and the restaurant setting is lovely — however I only had breakfast up there, which was really nice. I'm sure the meals would be excellent too. Only complaint and it's a slight one, is that the rooms get very warm and there's no fan supplied. Not enough to knock a star off though.

Went there yesterday for a family meal at the Ostlet Restaurant. The staff were great — really helpful and attentive throughout. However the food didn't live up to previous visits and was quite poor — something that was echoed by the whole party (19 of us in total) Certainly not worth the £20 a head you were charging.

Recommend the downstairs bar/ restaurant. Nice food and service, but the menu needs to be updated more regularly. Have eaten here quite a few times, have never needed to book, have always enjoyed the food.

On a sunny afternoon we sat outside and had some nibbles and a couple of drinks. Very pleasent, although close to a road. Food was excellent, although we only had a couple of 'something while you wait'. Inside looks nice, service was very polite and fast.

Great heated pool, very clean facilities. Pool has glass roof so lovely when the sun is shining. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

My visit to the Manor House Hotel was an excellent way to spend a Sunday Afternoon. The food was absolutely astounding as well as the service we received. We ate in the downstairs restaurant and even on an incredibly hot day it was the perfect temperature. The prices were reasonable and even more worth it when we tasted the quality of the food.

Attended a wedding here. Staff were polite and helpful, only had a quick look in the bridal suite and it was very nice. Bar was quite expensive, and the food was ok. Location is just outside Alsager not to far from the A500.

I attended for a wedding event, the wedding was a huge success. The issue we had was reception messed up the rooms and let another couple into the room at 4am where myself and my fiancée were asleep. This gave my fiancée a horrible fright.

I have not been here for a while and was surprised. It has had a facelift and now looks stunning. The food is good quality and there is loads of it. The only niggle I'd that the beer is a bit expensive but this seems to be the norm with hotels these days.

Sold the room as an king room however it's selling point was king size beds and larger rooms, premier Inn has bigger rooms and far more better on facilities including control able heating a king size bed that actually is a kind g size bed and not two doubles pushed together! Rooms was right next to the swimming pool so we was overcome with the smell of chlorine! Very loud and no consideration to those who wanted a nice romantic break away.

The rooms are very generously sized and the restaurant provides lovely food all day. Derbyshire oatcakes with bacon and cheese were my favourite choice at breakfast.

Stayed here multiple times. Can never fault the place for it's accommodation or food. However since Summer 2015 the menu has took a turn for 'fine dining' and is trying to hard to be something that it clearly isn't for a countryside hotel.

I used to work here, it is a clean, beautiful building, with caring staff, they make gorgeous food, and the rooms are nice and clean, and spacious.

I stayed here for an extended period on business. The Manor is clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Alsager is a quaint English town that I will visit again.
