Enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn. Nice room pleasant staff in reception and close to places I needed to be. Would return room 115 was quiet.

Stayed here for the weekend whilst doing a charity bike ride in Windsor. The staff could not do enough for us. I have to give a special shout out to Fransisco the waiter who was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were all sorting our bikes in the sun so he came out with jugs of fruit iced water for us. Would definitely stay again.

A hotel needs 1. Parking 2. Comfortable bed 3. Good Shower Premier Inns used to be reliable across the country. This one welcomed me with insufficient parking, the stench of cheap disinfectant, a tiny bed, disappointing shower and just a general feeling of filth. It was crammed with poor unfortunate contractors trying to make a living. Depressing pit hole.

I stay at loads of premier inn /travelodges with work but at this one the staff are way above all others, everyone is happy and very helpful, it makes the stay so much better, well done, obviously a great team 👍👍

Has a fantastic stay at this hotel from 5th to 7th September. It was my boys birthday and they made him feel so special. The staff went above and beyond, and my boy loved it. Fantastic staff and a lovely clean hotel. Thanks guys 😊

Absolutely amazing stay I had read some reviews that said the hotel was noisy but honestly we didn’t hear a peep. We had a autistic little girl with us and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was happy. She was given a ballon that saved the day and kept her happy for hours in the room

Amazing staff team who worked tonight it is my sons 6th birthday and they brought his cake out and sung too him (I forgot to press the record button so they done a reply for me just to record) so thoughtful and amazing 😻 very polite and nothing was too much for them. All staff was amazing on the restaurant, bar and reception. Augustine was nice and friendly also very helpful and cheerful 😀

Budget hotel, clean and tidy but a little tatty around the edges. Biggest annoyance is they are not doing the "room service" take out (no tables left at a reasonable time when I arrived as all prebooked) as advertised both in my room and online. The parking charge is fine but would like to prepay as trying to work a machine at 5am isnt ideal!

The staff are really helpful and friendly with great customer service and are all very pleasant.

Would recommend for locality, cleanliness and it's cheaper price for a Saturday night but not particularly for noise, helpfulness and amenities. Had to go down for 3 pillows and then again for coffee.
I'm here right now trying to sleep after a day at legoland with family for my 50th birthday, we seem to have a herd of elephants above us. I got up at 11.45pm went down to reception, complained, the receptionist said she investigate on her nightly checks in 10 minutes. It's still going on.

We stayed here for a trip to Legoland which was only a short distance drive. Hotel staff were friendly and assisted me with the self check in system. Our rooms were clean and modern. We opted for the 25pp meal deal which is 2 courses with a drink and included breakfast. The children's menu was the same but for 5pp. Food itself was lovely. Breakfast the staff made sure everything was topped up and cleaned away any used plates. The staff at dinner kindly offered to layup the table we were sat at rather than move us with was ideal as we had a disabled guest in our party. The following morning when they saw it was my sons birthday they said happy birthday and sang to him with a cake at breakfast. Lovely small gestures that made our trip memorable. Would happily recommend here and stay here again.

Stayed at loads of premier inns but hands down THE BEST STAFF AND MANAGEMENT EVER cannot do enough for you I would highly recommend this hotel. And it's not a one off I've stayed here on 5 separate occasions with my two young grandchildren.

This is our 3rd stay here and we always find it a great experience. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Perfect for Legoland visitors as it’s only about 15/20 mins away. The staff really make an extra effort to help. Our son has had 2 birthdays here and they have always been memorable. Would definitely recommend this hotel 100%

Was good however we had issues with the parking and was fined even though the charges are free with your stay until end of october.

This is the better of the two Premier Inns in Slough that I have stayed at, in my opinion. There is parking available and the restaurant just feels a little more relaxed. Otherwise it offers the standard Premier Inn decor, room layout and large comfortable beds you would expect.

Well what can I say that you are racist the management are nothing bad cons and the supervisors are all cards firstly they got my friend's got refused and my daughter got refused because they were English and work like by the other employees could they were all Polish and they work 4 days and they're not even going to pay them absolutely disgusting I would say to anybody not to work there and less if your English very very racist place and I will be telling friends not to go there ever and that's the Premier Inn on the Uxbridge Road Slough.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Paying for parking was a bit stiff but it's not that expensive (£4 per night). Enjoyed stay, would go again.

This was hard to find due to the road works. Had to pay to park and had to wait until 2100 for a table only to be left 45 mins before someone came to take my order. I was however given a free pint of bitter for waiting so long which would have been a nice gesture if someone had of asked me if I drank bitter. As I don't I left it. All in all not the best overnight stay I've had. The room was typical Premier Inn. Well presented and clean.

Nice clean Hotel. Careful when you book. Their days start a couple hours different than what the actual time is. USB port was not working in room 129 but other than that our 4 1/4 nap was good.

Nice spacious room (family room). Very pleasant staff and a restaurant that serves better than normal food. Like a restaurant should. Plenty of CCTV in the barriered car park.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Very clean and decorated to a high standard. In a convenient location for Lego Land, only 20 minutes drive. My only complaint is the raid leading to it can be busy and depending on which way you are travelling can result in you having to pass the hotel before having to double back to drive in. Would recommend.

The hotel is fantastic. I stayed here about a year ago for over 3 months as work was being done on the house where I live, and was blown away by how helpful and friendly staff were at all times. A really first class experience.

Although we usually have very good experiences at Premier Inn on this occasion things at Slough didn't go to plan, the rooms were well kept and facilities fine but I wouldn't eat here again. Our little ones was a little teasy as a result of a long drive here for a family wedding, we booked in early for our evening meal with 2 other family members to ensure we could eat in reasonable time to get the little one to bed only to be kept waiting around before our orders were taken. Our little one although amused with things was getting upset by the littlest things so this didn't help as we moved though the meal but the thing that really put us off was the fact that we were very obviously being ignore by the waiting staff as a result of the little one making a fuss. They took away one plate whilst we were finishing the mains and eventually came back for the other 3 only when we moved them all to the otherside of the table. Eventually after another 15 minutes we were offered desert menus, at this point my partner took our little one to the room to be put to bed, we purposely hung around to see how long until they came to take an order which took about 10 minutes, at which point I made a point of saying we weren't going to order anything as we had been left alone to long. This seemed to fall on deaf ears.

Well to start with thanks to all off your staff for a great stay. We arrived on the 23/03/18 for a one night stay because we were taking our son to lego land on Saturday for his 7th birthday. Your staff were fantastic from the off and made us feel at home. They even sang happy birthday to him and gave him a cake with candles on it. What great service and a credit to premier inn slough Uxbridge road. Thanks again Rob Charlotte and Isaac.

Great location for the centre of Slough. Staff were very friendly. Parking was available, but was chargeable. Room was very nice, with a hot shower and very comfortable bed. Restaurant was in the hotel itself, and service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

Only been once, was very impressed. Best premier inn ive stayed in, although to be fair they have all been good so far. The staff do all they can to make sure you enjoy your stay. This makes all the difference in my opinion.

As you would expect from P inn great bed clean rooms. Large secure car park. Within walking distance to town centre. 10 min drive to pinewood studios which also has a beautiful wooded area behind it well wirth a visit. Sainsburys next door is handy 24hr.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Hotel clean comfortable and close to shopping centre. Ten minutes walk to railway station. Return ticket to Windsor less than £5. You pay parking at the hotel £4 per day. You cannot get parking that cheap in Windsor.

Very good bed, the room is modern, and well cleaned. The internet connection was good enough for streaming even with the free standard connection. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were good with a convenient choice of foods. One bad point was the isolation of the room. If you got noisy neighbors above or beside you, you will hear everything.

Just stayed here with my wife and two boys. On arrival we were greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was that clean we actually thought it had just been renovated it was absolutely spotless, with pleny of room and the beds were amazing in terms of comfort. We had breakfast and dinner both days and the food was lovely as was the service. The staff are so friendly here and made our stay (especially our boys) very nice. Perfect base for going into London, good transport links and also secure parking for £4 a day. Overall lovely hotel and will be definitely staying there again. A special thank you to Francis our waiter for evening meals who was so cheerful and helpful, and is a credit to the company.

Comfortable and relatively clean, some black damp mould in the window corners but nothing to worry about or spoil things. The food is well presented and cooked well but it's standard stuff and nothing special but hey ho, what do we really expect at these places?

Rubbish. This is easily the worst Premier Inn I've stayed in in over 10 years as a customer. Only time I've ever invoked their Good Night's Sleep guarantee only to have them refuse to pay out. YOU HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER OVER THIS! Have recommended to others to open business accounts with you but NEVER again. If I could have scored this with a 'minus star' I would have done so.

A nice, clean hotel. With very helpful and welcoming staff. The only thing is, the rooms are too warm even with the window open and the air con on low.

We spend a lot of time here as we use it as a landing point from Chessington World of Adventures and Lego Land Windsor. The location for families to stay over night from the 2 theme parks could not be better with Lego Land being only 15 minutes down the road. The reception staff can sometimes be a little short, depending who is on, but the restaurant staff are super and so very good with kids. If you are staying at the weekend it will be 90% families which changes to 50/50 midweek/holidays with workers. This hotel is geared up for families, so no panic there. The actual location of the hotel can be a bit of a pain being set off of the oddest roundabout you will ever have to negotiate! No worries with noise though. Parking is £4 per day. The food in the restaurant is pretty good, nice to get some vegetables in the kids after theme park food. Breakfast is very nice with all options available. Continental, fryed, fruits, cereal — hot or cold. We have stayed here 4 times this year and have enjoyed the stay each time and will continue to do so.

Our customers are happy with our services and they really loved the rooms and our service improved a lot and we send one of our people to help them where their location is. However the costumer love the way we decorated their room for wedding and birthday party.

Great Premier Inn but not the breakfast! Rooms are new style and appear to have recently been upgraded/refurbished. Only short 10min walk into main high street. Breakfast was buffet but all items were cold, not even warm.

Nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, they have their own restaurant and the evening meal and breakfast were both good, including for the kids. Great location for legoland or trip into London.

Typical Premier Inn accomodation, that is a nice bed to sleep. The restaurant is a bit limited in size. There's probably a pub nearby. Best feature is that there is a massive Sainsburys next door.

Usual premier inn standard comfy beds, only issue is you have to pay for parking but it's only £4.

Brilliant service, clean room, lovely food, only 1 English speaking person on reception, however in restaurant was perfect food and staff friendly, however it costs £4 to park in their car park when you stay overnight? Bit stupid for business if you ask me?

Food looks good on menu. Didn't realise we were on rations when it came to sauce on food though… There was literally a drizzle of peri peri on my chicken wings… There was more blue cheese sauce in pot for my almost white celery… I have attached a photo of the mixed grill… They said I couldn't swap the peas, tomato and mushroom for a salad so I paid extra. Bringing my meal to £17.50! I kid you not, the chicken and gammon were the size of a golf ball… The staff are past being rude… There just ignorant. Almost as if they really hate there job and the fact they are there… They seem to be trying to shove you out the door as quick as they can. I'm writing this review while sat in the restaurant area. 1 guy across from me was brought his main before his starter… No apology, they just walked off in a huff… Awesome customer service. I highly recommend looking to eat elsewhere if you must stay on this old and haggard premier Inn.

Attentive staff, we had a family room for five which was large and set up for our arrival. Breakfast was great with great service throughout. Parking is extra and can be problematic if you arrive later in the day as the car park isn't that big. Its also £4 per night to park. We parked fine though.

So we had a ground floor room, but to get to the room was a lift to the first floor, then down long corridors to then walk down a set of stairs and then down another long corridor. Our room was connected with another and had a door which you could hear the people in the next room talking and watching TV. Not very pleasant if you were going to get down and funky :P Food was sub standard and it didn't help the guy serving was constantly badgering us, we want to relax and enjoy our food not keep being ask if we need our drinks topped up after a few swigs. Also telling us how he wants our room number in case we were to do a runner, because its happened a lot to them. Gave him the number and he was constantly watching us, like hawks, I wouldn't even think about doing a runner with a heavily pregnant partner and a 3yr old. We had every intention to pay and enjoy ourselves but was put off by the waiters constant paranoia of someone running off without paying.

Hotel good as all the prem inns, food on the Friday night was not the best the table we were given was at the back and right next the the air con unit, it was bloody freezing so we had our food and left for the bar, the bar is poor not much in the way of drinks and NO port so her indoors was not happy.
Sat morning went for breakfast the one think I was looking forward to was a bagel (new to prem inn it said) when I asked where the bagels were I was told they had non and he turned around and walked away no explanation or sorry?
After that we had breakfast out and went by taxi to a nice country pub with port and good food
This will not stop us using prem inn just not this one again.

The room I had was a 5 minute route march up stairs and down a hidden corridor only known to the locals (rooms 1 — 16) …
The room itself was dated and had a small portable TV (some better prem inns have a 32" at least! )
Breakfast… lots of components not there and not replenished (no bananas, no flavoured yoghurt, no hash browns)
Evening meal… ok, nothing spectacular but no real grumbles.
Parking… pay for parking (£4 a night! )
And very difficult to actually access the car park… I guarantee you will drive past the hotel at least twice trying to work out how to get into the car park. Having stayed in a lot of premier inns I can honestly say that this sets a new lower limit. Bad…

The room was good, standard premier inn. But what let it down was the staff. The gentlemen behind reception wrote a code down but failed to tell me that it was the code to exit the car park. Then my wife and I went to get some food around 18:30, a customer had been served a drink when we got to the bar but was waiting to pay. The staff member then asked me what I would like to drink, even though the other customer was still waiting to pay. I said 'I would like to set up a tab' to be told by the staff member I would have to wait for more staff to come from the meeting and then he walked off. I asked could I at least get a drink like the offer customer and he said I would have to wait. By this point another customer had come to the bar, so the 3 of us waited for more staff to arrive. About 5 minutes later, 3 staff members come to the bar and finally my wife and I got a drink. We went and had food in the restaurant which was nice, until we came to pay the bill. The lady (who I believe was the duty manager) served me at the bar, I asked to have the meal deal which was advertised in my room. To be told that I didn't not state that at the beginning, but yet no1 offered this option. The manager then told me to take a seat whilst she sorted it out, at this point my wife had got so annoyed with the whole situation she had gone back to the room. I waited about 5 minutes for the manager to sort the bill out, to be charged for extra drinks that I never had and a £3.

A disappointing stay. Room was far to warm with no opening windows. Restaurant allegedly busy when booking. Empty when we arrived but was still made to wait until our time. Food poor and took 90 mins to arrive. Bar food served quicker. It's the same menu! Towels missing from the room and noisy heating or ventilation fans. Use Premier Inns all the time but in Slough I'll stay elsewhere in future.

We stayed for two nights as convenient for Legoland. This had a comfortable room with everything you would expect. Air conditioning was erratic but reception managed to help. Free Wi-Fi is OK but not great — they'd rather you pay the £5 for Premium Wi-Fi. Breakfast is exceptional with plenty of choice and completely self service but lots of staff are on hand to help. The hotel also benefits from a Sainsbury's next door for any essentials you might need.

Rooms are at the good standard you'd expect from Premier Inn. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. However AC in rooms only lower to 19°c which is always warm. Has on-site parking and the breakfast spread is very good.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious as well as being recently refurbished. The staff are very attentive and friendly too. The Thyme restaurant is decent value and the buffet breakfast is very popular so the earlier you are there the better. Car parking is good and is £4.00 per night which is good value in London.

I've never slept so well on the first night in a Premier Inn. The traffic noise outside was quiet loud even on the 3rd floor. Room was clean and cool. Just right for me. Breakfast was good, food was hot, porridge was lovely.

Good location, 15min walk from Bus/Rail Station. Decently priced and breakfast nice as always. Traffic noose the only potential issue in the early morning.

Stayed in this premier inn to attend a wedding nearby. It was significantly cheaper than the wedding venue but after seeing both I realised I had made a good decision. The Premier inn was exactly what I've come to expect. The room was large and comfortable. I arrived an hour before the allowed check in time but the room had already been cleaned and I was able to get straight in. The room and en suite were clean and the shower was hot and adequate pressure. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The inn is next to a very busy main road but the double glazing is good and I was completely unaware of any traffic noise. One tip, the sainsburys next door has a cafe that serves a decent fry up for £4.25 so that's a better option than the breakfast included if your budget is tight.

Very good. Staff very friendly. Shame the room was about as far away as you could get, good for transient noise for our toddler but a treck.

They've got plenty of car parking available, the restaurant/bar is quite nice and the rooms are clean and decently sized. It's next to a big Sainsburys supermarket too, which is very useful.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It far exceeded my expectations in terms of the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the professionalism of the staff, and the quality of the in-hotel restaurant. Overall, it offers very good value for money. I was traveling with my wife and three children, and we were able to stay in one room (toddler in a travel cot provided by the hotel) — — not a huge room, but larger and more comfortable than I expected. It was perfect as a stop-over before our flight from Heathrow (the hotel is 20-30 minutes from the airport). There's a large Sainsbury's store next to the airport which is an added convenience if you need to pick up provisions. I will certainly use this hotel again when traveling through Heathrow.

Although not in the best location, this is a great hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was perfectly comfortable. Every member of the team that I walked past or spoke to made me feel welcome and went out of their way to acknowledge me.

One of the best Premier Inn's I have stated in. The rooms are fantastic and the staff were all so extremely helpful, from check-in to the restaurant/breakfast staff. Forget about the town's reputation, this hotel stands out from the rest and for the value is well worth the visit.

We stayed on August 28th 2014. After a long day at legoland we arrived at the hotel. From the first step I took I was greeted with friendly staff. Check in was straight forward and a table was booked for us for the evening meal. The meals were ok and nothing you could complain about relating to price. Don't go expecting the ritz for a mac d's price! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, we were treated very well. The air con didn't work, but we were informed of this before arrival and supplied fans. Breakfast was nice and filling in fact we didn't need lunch. over all we would go back if we were back that way. Well done to all the staff. From your North Norfolk guests.

Worst hotel ever. So much wrong with this hotel. I paid £116 for this budget hotel and still was asked to pay an extra £3.00 for Wi-Fi. My room had no switch near my bed so I couldnt use my phone in bed. Worst problem was I had damp and dust smell in my room due to the construction works. Horrific. I also did not manage to find parking space. I would never go back or recommend it.

An experience to be remembered, with disabled members in our party, staff at the hotel could not be more helpful and courteous, from advising on places to see to how to get the best value on rail tickets. And a good night's sleep. Well done premier inn slough.
