Went to New year's Eve party and stayed at the hotel, service was very good and food was fine room was nice and clean and very comfortable would recommend.

Staff have no energy or personality, the place needs a make over and no attention to detail, we had a dirty tea pot and cold tea to start with had to ask for hot tea!

I photographed a wedding at The Pinewood Hotel on 25th August. All the staff were superb, very friendly and because of their hard work, the wedding day ran really smoothly. The food was excellent too!

I had my Wedding there on the 25th August 2019. It is a fabulous venue. My wife and I were super impressed with not only how professional the staff are but so easy to talk to.
The food was exceptional and the service was great. A big thank you to our wedding planners Kate, Chloe and Managers Mark and Omar for your hard work. Dave and Becca from Teesound were amazing as our dj's.

When I need to be near London this is where I stay. It’s a great hotel just outside of slough. Nice and quite location, fantastic service by the front desk and restaurant teams. The rooms are lovely and massive, as are the beds.
This hotel is a great find, if you can up grade your room, it’s worth it. If you are looking for a business trip stop over, a hotel near to London for a weekend away you need to consider the Pinewood, beats other main stream hotels hands down.

Stayed her for two nights this weekend as late Christmas present from family. A little hidden surprise hotel. We were a family of three which included a 14 month old and the hotel was 100% child friendly. A family room provided more then enough room for us all and still space for the little one to roam and Play. Fabulous food, child friendly dining, lovely friendly staff, room service and quietness at night made travelling with a little one enjoyable! Thank-you for a fabulous weekend :)

Rooms were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and modern. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, but had to pass on breakfast to get on the road. Everyone was helpful and friendly, parking was convenient. We stayed here the night before our flight out of Heathrow — the short drive time to Windsor the next morning allowed us a little time to explore before heading to the airport. Great location.

Lovely hotel, kept up to date. Particularly worth mentioning the staff who are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Josh on reception was great. Stayed a couple of nights and attended for a wedding and likewise the wedding excellent.

Pretty average hotel, not so sure whether it was worth the price though. I think the main thing I enjoyed was the bathroom which was quite spacious and the variety of complimentary teas and options of decaf and caffeinated coffee available. Other than that, I felt a little tight in the room, my AC couldn’t work and after returning back to my room at 12am hoping to relax in a crisp cool room, I found it warm and stuffy instead (I had checked the dials and it was definitely on the lowest cooling setting). Luckily however there was a little fan that gave some comfort. Not many options on the TV to choose from either.

Had booked and paid for afternoon tea for my birthday. When we arrived the hotel was in a state from a wedding the day before. They had no record of my booking even though I had a confirmation email. There had been a wedding the day before and in the foyer it was filled with stuff from that event. We were eventually sat in the dining room which was filthy. After 20 minutes of waiting we were brought 2 pots of tea. We had to ask for the table to be cleaned. After 30 mins of waiting and looking at how disgusting and dirty the place was we asked for the Manager. Apparently the Manager was not in till Monday, finally someone came out and apologised for what had happened and offered us to come back another for a meal at a later date. To top it all, one of the wedding guests from the day before was abusive to one of us for no reason at all.

There for a work training day. Nice facilities, plenty of free parking. Lovely garden space with games and sports equipment available to use after a very nice lunch. Overall, a very nice location to hold a days training.

Rooms well appointed and spacious, lovely location, good parking, excellent food, both evening BBQ and Breakfast. Only issue was we found the bar staff to be very, very slow, very forgetful and disorganised. Need to take leaf from restaurant staff who were quick and efficient and polite. Great place, just be very patient when ordering at the bar!

When I was told that my company were putting me in a "country park" hotel in Slough, I assumed it was a wind up. In my mind Slough and country park were complete contradictions. I was, to say the least, pleasantly surprised. The location is superb. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. To top it off, red kites feed within yards of the hotel. Highly recommended.

Had our wedding at the Pinewood Hotel yesterday and we can’t thank Johanna and all the staff at Pinewood for making our wedding a day to treasure and remember for the rest of our lives! From making sure food/drink was ok to going over the schedule for the day, it made us relax and enjoy our wedding day! Johanna has been amazing and always kept in regular contact with us to ensure our day went exactly as we planned and also all the staff yesterday were fantastic!

This hotel is in such a peaceful and natural place. The air was so clean and refreshing. We loved the rooms as well and the fact that there was so much greenery looking out from our windows. We used this as a stop over place to visit Windsor Castle the next day. The staff was very good and when we needed water to drink, they gave us a jug of cold water with lemon in it.

If you would like a quite lunch experience with your loved one then this is the place as likely to be quiet and surrounded by idlyllic gardens for a walk in between courses. The cuatomer service was great and attentive and food was top considering the price point. Cost 45 for two course for 2 adults including a drink each. Plenty of ample parking to boot.

Fabulous hotel. Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Decor was gorgous. Outside area is beautiful and kept immaculate. Breakfast was cooked to perfection.

Absolutely love this place the staff is always very friendly and very welcoming. I love the atmosphere here and it feels like you're almost at a cottage with family because the staff makes you feel so comfortable. The restaurant is fantastic and the food is always great. Keep up the great work.

Food was amazing. The service was even better and the rooms where very clean. The only problem was that I was woken up at 10pm by a very loud noise that sounded like someone slamming the heavy doors next to our room and again at 6am by the same noise and couldn't go back to sleep.

Food in restaurant was very good. However, I had relatives staying here who where unimpressed with the upkeep and housekeeping in the rooms: on as number of occasions rooms were not made up by the evening and we not completely cleaned when they were eventually done.

The aircon is borderline pitiful in room 26. It was so hot in our room we had to do a bit of D. I. Y by using the chair to hold back the curtains just to be able to get fresh air into the room. Our television had severe inprinted burn marks on the screen which was unfortunate as we couldn't enjoy any films because of it. There were a few other small issues with our experience but I won't go into detail. Other than that, the staff there were exceptionally amazing and deserve significant praise from management.

Fantastic stay here. Lovely room Dinner was amazing and the breakfast was the best ever. We were only booked for one night but decided to stay another. The reception staff were so so nice and helpful. Made us feel very special. I would 100% recomend this hotel.

Minor issue with our family room to begin with but the staff were great in rectifying, they are very friendly and helpful. Decent rooms, could do with slight DIY alterations. Lovely food in the restaurant (especially the thai and lamb mains)

Beautiful venue for a range of different events. Been to a wedding here and an Xmas party. Both fab.

Booked a New Years package with Pinewood Hotel which included a room (which was complementary upgraded to my surprise) the evening ticket included an amazing 4 course meal, DJ with dancefloor and breakfast in the morning. There was an additional drinks vouchers deal which was value for money. Brilliant night and would recommend for anyone looking for a great night next year!

We went there for a Christmas party from work. Small quantity, low quality overall, the tomato soup tasted like watery bolognese sauce, the roast was not enough for a kitten let alone a human. They were constantly telling us by the tannoy how long we had left to finish each dish, we had to quee like jail for the dessert and they ran out of ice cubes by 23:00, the music was old enough to be considered "retro". On the good side Staff was polite and very caring for us.

Accommodation is clean, there staff are very helpful and friendly. My room was small and a 3/4 single bed. Breakfast was good.

I stayed for two weeks at this hotel.
Questionable cleanliness, temperature of fluctuating shower hot or lukewarm and this throughout the hotel. Really bad Wifi (slow and disconnect). Smell of grease throughout the reception and the rooms coming from the kitchen. If you are in the Annex no odor. Nice and helpful staff except the night receptionist who is really not friendly.
Nothing around the hotel you are in the woods on one side and on the edge of a national road. Breakfast very good to finish on a positive note.

On check in we were informed that breakfast would be latest half 10 we came to breakfast at 10 to then be informed by another member of staff that it was latest 9:30 and that was that, so with 2 children and a 3 hour journey ahead they never offered us anything, we had also paid the extra £25 for early check in that they knew nothing about, overall very poor customer service, showers either red hot or cold, areas of tiling in bathroom very poor, the room itself was of a decent quality and clean — left the place feeling very frustrated.

We went to a lovely family wedding & the setting was beautiful. The staff & food amazing. Will thoroughly recommend The Pinewood Hotel to everyone.

Came for a wedding and to meet with kids so stopped for 3 nights. Booked room in January as it was filling up fast with other wedding guests on the Saturday. We where put god only knows why a disabled room! There was no toilet seat cover a wet room that just flooded the whole of the bathroom requiring towels to mop it up so you could use toilet after a shower. It was dirty and very dated cracked tiles on floor and wall and stank! The room it self was dark and still no air conditioning but you can't even open windows so we where all sweating in the humid weather, again fans where provided after asking 6 times on Saturday! The food is good but like the drink to expensive. The one star is for the staff who where very helpful and went out of the way to help us. Wedding was lovely Needless to say we won't be returning.

Air conditioning was not working during one of the hottest evenings of the year. Service was well intentioned. Room was nice.

When we arrived the receptionist was very helpful, however we were told that the phone lines didn't work so if we wanted room service we would have to either go to the deal or use our mobiles. The room was spacious but the air con was broken and we were given a fan. However the room was so hot and stuffy that we couldn't get a good night's sleep as the fan was really noisy. The breakfast was good but the grounds could do with a little tlc.

As mother of the Groom I would like to thank all the staff who were very professional at his wedding on Saturday. Coordinator was helpful throughout the planning and everything was in place on the day, serving staff were excellent, all our guests were equally impressed, did not hear a bad comment from anyone. Food was great. I had a lot of my family stay overnight at the hotel and they all found the rooms comfortable and those that stayed said the breakfast was excellent. Thank you all so much.

Surprisingly nice hotel. Clean and well kept. Wifi was superb throughout. Through only niggle was the parking area was a bit small, but it is set in some lovely grounds.

Here as a guest at a friend's wedding, the Pinewood Hotel provided a great evening for all. The location is conveniently located near Slough, the decor modern and the food of a higher standard.

On arrival the car park was like a muddy swamp, the bathroom in my room had 2 lumps of mud on the floor and really needed cleaning. A corporate event the next day was badly catered. Worst of all I left an item in my room, my fault admittedly. Having called less than 24 hours later I was told nothing was found, in further phone calls I have been shouted at and found the staff very rude. I have since been told the cleaners "would never lie", "perhaps I never really left them" and if I don't like it to "call the police". The fact is I did leave it in the room, yet the cleaner says nothing was there… Must have vanished by magic! The hotel is now blacklisted by my company and our events company.

Really friendly staff and a nice location to hold functions etc. Car park needs some work, it was very muddy. Only stayed for the afternoon but enjoyed the Pinewood hotel. Would go again.

My company, in conjunction with a major plc, have used the Pinewood Hotel for at least 3 meetings to date and found it to be extremely good both in terms of the friendly staff, food, setting and facilities. I will certainly be using the Pinewood again. I have not used the accommodation so cannot comment on that aspect other than I do note the rates seem fair and what it does have is very good access to the M25 and M40 in that part of London.

Booked in to find a wedding reception with a very loud band playing right underneath my room, the receptionist was helpful and did charge the room but it was still noisy until about 1.00 am. They did change me back to the original room the following night. Breakfast was very average, but two evening meals were fine. Needs a refurb as parts look a bit tatty. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Try to avoid staying here if you can. I stayed on a Saturday night as I needed to be near Reading for the half marathon. Upon arriving at the hotel were realised there was a wedding taking place at the same time. We entered reception a there were two receptionists working who were more interested in talking to each other than helping or welcoming us to the hotel. Once I got one of their attention she was rude throughout the whole conversation not explaining anything about where the room was or what time dinner/breakfast was served. When we walked the distance to our room the hallways absolutely stunk of weed. On entering the room it was like something out of the 80s, terrible brown decor, stained sheets, windows which couldn't open which was just as well as they were by the main road. Manager seemed polite on checkout but that was about the only redeeming feature.

Nice clean establishment.
