Best steak I’ve had in the island. Asked for a medium rare and it was so beautifully done and seasoned… 10 out of 10. I may try it rare next time. Service was outstanding too. Asked the waiter for something he said “We don’t usually do that but I’ll make it for you! ”. I 100% recommend this place.

What a lovely time we had staying at le Friquet Hotel beautiful location immaculate clean rooms the staff can’t do enough for you especially the bar & restaurant staff & the lobster grill is out of this world if you love seafood then this is the place to go. Will definitely be back so it’s a big thank you from the not so well behaved girls Norreena Petrina & the rest of the gang.

We had a problem with our room so had a quiet word with the receptionist who instantly sorted it by giving us a better one… Thank you. The original room had some black mould in the shower and the valance sheet around the bed was filthy. However, the way it was dealt with by the staff was truly professional. Excellent food. Very friendly staff. Well kept beer. We will return.

Travelling with baby:
First of all the positive points: The hotel is really nice and the food in the restaurant is really delicious (not quite cheap but delicious) The staff are really very friendly and accommodating. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the service here. The rooms are nice and clean.
What bothered me personally was the clairvoyance of the rooms. When the room neighbour from obliquely opposite brushed his teeth with an electric toothbrush, one stood vertically in bed. When other guests walked through the aisles even the bed wobbled (not exaggerated). We were travelling with baby and we could have cancelled it. The hotel charges 20 pounds per night… which is an absolute outrage! In addition, the location of the hotel is rather modest. On foot you can hardly achieve anything (with a stroller even worse) There are sometimes not even sidewalks and you have to walk piece by piece on the road (life-threatening! )
A little tip for those who want to go to Guernsey: the north is super beautiful. In addition, a hotel in the beach or near the city is advantageous as there are hardly or only narrow sidewalks outside. But it's worth coming here. The island is a dream.

We here for 4 nights. 2 adults plus baby.
In itself, the hotel is very nice. There is hardly anything to expose. Comfortable beds, good service, nice waiters, very nice garden. Really great.
1 star deduction, however, is available for the clairvoyance of the room. You are awakened very often because guests come home late or get up very early.
1 star deduction because we were charged 80 pounds extra for the baby. 20 per day. It's just a joke and it's not possible. If we hadn't booked opportunities without a cancellation, we would have cancelled, so unfortunately we had no chance.

This hotel is lovely. The rooms decorated tastefully very cosy and comfortable. There is a huge bath with over head shower. Tea coffee kettle and hair dryer provided. Dressing gown and slippers provided. The breakfast is superb quality. The restaurant seating are is very nice. The grounds are a beautiful arrangement of different flowers plants and trees. You can sit and listen to the birds it's very tranquil or you can sit by the outdoor heated pool peacefully. While the weather is warm the pool is great you can have a swim, relax and even have drinks by the pool if you wish there is a changing area also. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The most welcoming hotel we have stayed in. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The food in the hotel is second to none, great local foods well prepared and served by an absolutely wonderful and helpful staff, where nothing is too much trouble. In fact each and every member of staff we encountered, from manager, reception, bar, to room service were great. There are local buses with 5 min walk and Samurez Park about 15 mins stroll. There is a heated outside swimming pool (but we did not use it). The rooms on the second floor have sloping ceilings so very tall people beware! Plenty of drawer and hanging space and a good powerful shower over the bath. There is no lift in the hotel.

Lovely peaceful hotel. Staff very attentive and pleasant. Food is to die for we have no intention of looking anywhere else to eat. I will need very strict diet after staying here would definetely recommend it and will return.

I went to Le Friquet for an evening drink, it was quiet at the time. We were greeted by the barman on arrival at 9 o'clock in the evening. Then by a quarter past ten the barman turned off the music that was playing, which made us feel uncomfortable, and we formed the impression that he was wanting to close the bar. This surprised us being that it was a Friday night, and we thought that the bar would be open later.

Having heard great comments about this hotel, I decided to visit the hotel to see if it was true or not. No matter how hard I tried to pick a fault with the hotel, I couldn’t! The hotel has good size rooms, friendly staff, and the restaurant offers great value food. I would like to say a massive ‘Thank You’ to the lovely Zsanett and not forgetting Bart and Sheev. The customer service skills of these three individuals go beyond the call of normal duty, thus making it a stay to remember. I look forward to staying with you again in the not too distant future.

Have never been to Guernsey before and had stayed at this very nice lovely hotel. We was shown to our room's, where the room's where clean and tidy. The bathroom had a bath and two showers over the bath, have no hot water but it was a hot day so it worked ok for us. The room has air conditioning in. We was leaving before breakfast and the hotel gave us the chance to have breakfast and so had it sent up to the room. Nice lobster restaurant in the hotel. Nice garden to enjoy a drink in the sun from the bar. Would stay there again.

We had Sunday lunch yesterday. The staff were so friendly, chatty and good for a giggle! The carvery was absolutely beautiful with a great selection of meats, vegetables, sides and condiments. I pointed out to staff that I am egg and dairy intolerant so I had my own portion of butter free veg and I also had a bowl of fresh strawberries for dessert which was not on the menu. I was not made to feel a nuisance because of my dietry needs. My family thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you all so much.
