For a 3 stars hotel, it provides a fantastic 4 stars service. The staff is humble, warm and welcoming. I am impressed by their warm behavior with a friendly smile on the face every time. The beds are comfortable and breakfast was freshly delicious. The location is perfect, there are many shopping opportunities nearby. Economic public transports available til late hours of the night. Highly recommended for tourists who are planning to visit Sharjah/Dubai to kick off their shoes at night in a peaceful place in order to spend a hectic next day.

Room service was always late. Had to remind multiple times for laundry. Bathroom had to be fixed. Receptionist was rude at times.

Amazing customer service movies are very clean front desk everyone are very professional this is my second time that I can back I highly recommended this hotel only show three stars but they deserve 5_4 Stars.

Thank you to the staff at aldar hotel for making my stay so comfortable. A great hotel if You're looking for value for money. Disappointed with the location of the hotel though, I'll be checking out four days before my paid check out date as I feel really uncomfortable in this particular area of Sharjah.

I had a terrible experience there! Never visit this hotel. It seems that the staff has been trained to be impolite! I call them asking for a towel many times, but they kept arguing that the house keeping has already provided that! They have even sent a house keeping staff to look for it, who has not provided the same until confirming that it is neither available in the toilet nor in the room! Very annoying and disrespectful! Generally, you always need to remind them about providing towels and other missing facilities. Once, I approached the reception asking if my family returned the access card, the receptionist assumed immediately that I lost my card and told me that I'll be charged! Corridors are very smelly. Toilets doors condition is very bad. Parking area closes at 10pm and very far from the building. You need also to cross sands to reach your car. The only thing I liked is the acceptable furniture inside rooms.

Plus : nice location in Sharjah, decent property, reasonably priced at average AED 160.00 per night. Have dedicated free car parking. Good staff. Has a ramp for disabled. Minus: car parking far away from property. Gets conjested during peak season and thus making it difficult to get a spot. Need to hand over the keys of car to front desk. Towels are always in shortage. Will get only on request after 6 pm. Conclusion : a basic value for money hotel. No frills, no fancy.

Its not the 7 star hotel but it will get the job done. The best value for the money. I stayed for 1 night Wednesday during July with the family for 30$ 108 AED. Great value for the money. Parking was easy and friendly staff approved free late checkout when I arrived late. Only problem the lack of proper restaurants around it. But some cafeterias are there. If in a budget I recommend it.

Good hotel as three stars hotel.

Lovely staff, especially the ever helpful manager abdul Aziz. Reasonably priced rooms. Very clean. Better than other hotels of the same price such as Sharjah international hotel, which was terrible and also the reason I moved here.

Its a great hotel for ecomic budget. There is great Egyptian person on counter which is very friendly to customers (sorry that I forgot his name), all other staff were also helpful. Rooms are clean. About food I don't know as ate outside in whole trip.
