➜ I was there in Dec 2021 and changed rooms twice. And then served prematurely, rightfully by mutual agreement. The overpaid price should be refunded to my credit card. Bus today I'm waiting for my money. This is a cheekiness. Emails are also ignored.
"I recently spent 5 nights in this hotel. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. The best asset of this hotel is the staff. They are extremely helpful, thoughtful and kind. The F&B Manager (Sara) in particular, was always there with a friendly smile, and made me feel welcomed at every meal. Her and her staff were always attentive to customer needs. The great part about the my stay is things are near such as restaurants, clubs, and shopping, the service and the comfort of this hotel was outstanding. I will surely stay again and recommend to friends n colleagues. "
