Our group went here to celebrate an event. Stayed overnight and had fun games etc. So here's my observations. Pros: Place is neat, tidy. Rooms are big, depending on what you choose. You get comfy beds, and clean towels. Plus TV to watch when bored. Toilets/washrooms does not stink. (has soaps, shampoos, tissues, hair dryer). Kitchen has stove, you can cook if you wish (so as to save some money). It has fridge to stock your goodies. Prices for the rent are reasonable. It's infront of the beach, so there's a nice view for the sunrise and sunset (if you are a fan of that). There are pools to pass time. (Has shallow and deep areas. ) Haven't tried ordering food though, so I can't give feedback about it. The cons: Roads are being constructed around the resort/vicinity. Spent more than 30mins looking for that small entrance as there's no signboard or whatever. Need to call the recep who answered only after the 2nd call. Since there is a big crowd in one of the halls of villa the split type AC is not enough. As for the pool, there's no shower area or even a place to wash your feet before deeping. As a result, pool easily gets dirty. And you have to go back to your room dripping wet after. Pool closes at 9pm. And now, you wish to use the bathroom. When you open the faucet, brownish water comes out of it. Water is too hot for both hot&cold which can give you a burn/scald for staying a minute or longer. Other than that,, the stay was pleasant and memorable.

Water is really hot amd you can't adjust plus it was turned into brown color.

Will never come here again! dirty place even dirtier room! no room service like my bedding wasn't changed! water in the bathroom was coming out dirty brown that's when it worked! the patio door didn't lock at all! the wardrobe and cabinets were filthy which I had to severely clean before using! there's a lot more but I think everyone will get my point on how bad it is so I advise you don't use this place! i was stuck here as I had no more money to go else where!
