What an amazing resort… from the Reception to the Beach lifeguards, everyone is so helpful and cheerful… as for the Dining area… wow wow wow, simply 10/10… the chefs went out of their way to ensure we had the best and freshest meals available… absolutely enjoyable experience, will definitely be back.

I always come to Coral Resort aswe love d service and general ambience. However was quite disappointed this time as the pool slide area was closed and wasn’t informed in advance. My kids were looking forward to swimming here mainly because of the pool slide area, hence they were kinda disappointed. … Anyhow we used d beach n smaller pool instead and the hotel accommodated our request for a better room and late chkout.

Such a nice property and specially the services and usually I stayed in Sheraton hotel but this property is adorable and with very good price. Great relaxing place. I like their sunbeds, very soft and comfy. The garden is huge and nice and the infinity pool is the best place to hang around. Their beach and meal promotion is good bargain for a day, but the selection on the buffet is not much.

The hotel is very nice. We loved it. Two pools. One heated. The food is great. We took all-inclusive. Cleaning at 5. Very friendly staff. You can always drink tea or coffee in the room. 70 meters to the sea.

Very relaxing place, their garden is a gem with bird cages and nice, clean pools. Lifeguards very alert, such a shame that some of their guests do not respect the hygiene rules of the hotel, insisting to swim in their pj's. Staff very helpful and always smiling. Food in the snack bar can be improved though.

Great value for money! Friendly staff, there are Russian-speaking managers. I would especially like to note the work of the manager of the reception Larissa. Everything is clear, fast and with a smile! And snow maiden worked on Russian Christmas!

Exactly what it seems: cute, comfy, affordable place to stay with your family. Everything was reasonable and definitely a good deal. Nice employees, and reasonable rooms (pretty and everything worked) but this is not a brand new place and it has a few signs of age, but nothing to detract from the homey feel. Breakfast was good and the lobby and restaurants are lovely. Kid pool area is amazing and the beach is nice. There are no buildings in the horizon or other ugly things to spoil the beach view! ***Be warned that during Ramadan there is no eating a pastry or drinking your coffee in the common areas or even in the restaurant seating near the windows to the beach. A total disappointment as before booking I was told that on the hotel property, “eating and drinking as normal” just not outside the hotel doors. Major bummer which is probably not the hotel’s thing, just was hard to learn when I called twice to be sure that this sort of thing wasn’t going to happen! Now I’ll get back to my coffee, in a wooden chair, at a table, looking out over Sharjah. ☕️

The hotel experience is the nicest. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Private beach that is not unimportant. Rooms are cleaned daily. The food is excellent.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this resort. So far, it served everything it promised. The beach is clean (the workers were cleaning the sand from the extra shell every day). It was safe for children to run on the beach without shoes, my child loved it. We decided to take 2 times eating, Morning and evening, because for the lunch not always we felt hungry. The food was various and tasty, even children were happy to eat. The food was not to spicy and not too flavored, as in other restaurants in Dubai. Rooms are a bit too old, but for us it wasn't that important, because most of times we were outside near the sea or swimming-pool. AC was working pretty well. Generally, the stay worth it's money! totally recommended.

Ambience is amazing and the staffs and employees at the reception are so accommodating. The Beach has fine sand and rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed at the hotel from 10 to 21 May 2018 for the second time. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rest is amazing, the experience is gorgeous, recommend to anyone! I'll come next year!

It is a fancy hotel with a small pool and a small private seaside. There are 3 restaurants, not bad and not exceptional, and some bar. No one in any place deliver anything that contains alcohol, so if you want to drink go somewhere else.

It's 4 stars resort, very beautiful garden, and the beach is clean and large area. I liked the 2 swimming pool and also the kids playground. I tried the arabic breakfast service in the room and it was delicious and more than expected. The check-in and checkout was fast and helpful. The problem is that they are very slow when I called them 3 times to bring baby bed and they brought it at night after long time. Also the TV remote was not working so I called them 2 times and nobody come to fix it.

Cosy beach hotel, located in Sharjah on the border with Ajman. The room no. Spacious well maintained green area. Net equipped beach. The breakwaters. Convenient sanitary facilities for showering and changing clothes in the area of issuing of beach towels. Within walking distance there are restaurants and grocery stores. Easy on the street to catch a taxi.

A unique resort in everything, designs, decorations, pools and facilities. We went there more than once and enjoyed the two big pools and facilities. However, in the last time it was not a good experience, we were surprised to notice the low hygiene level after we saw old traces of dry lipstick on the room mugs and when we called the room service they handled this issue very carelessly and in an inexperienced way, they took the mug and washed it inside our bathroom with their bare hands instead of taking it back and sterilizing it being an old dry disgusting stain! Even the towls they were folding them in a disgusting way. The next day, we went to the cafe in the main lobby and ordered two hot drinks, they served my cappuccino almost cold! No need to mention that they took ages to bring the order and there were no much customers. We hope the management care more about these issues and follow up regularly because we like this resort and wish to visit again.

It was a very-2 pleasant stay for me and my family. The kids enjoy the pool and lawn tennis. Highly recommended for families.

Правда если припозднились с выходом на пляж, то будьте готовы к тому, что лежаков вам не хватит, ну ничего, можно полежать и просто на полотенце. За пляжем очень следят, чисто, песок просеян. Вход в воду удобный, не очень глубоко, но купатся можно. Номера, честно скажу отель подустал, и сильно подустал. Сантехника старая, видимо проблема с канализацией и вытяжкой. В ванную утром можно было войти только в противогазе. Внизу над рестораном постоянно работает кондиционер, от шума не спасают даже двойные стеала и высокий этаж, но ничего к третьим суткам вы к этому шуму привыкнете. Убирают в номерах спустя рукава, пол не моют, и если прошел по комнате без тапочек, то ноги можно снова мыть. Белье чистое, новое, качественное. Завтраки вкусные, но однообразные либо омлет или омлет…

Had a rest 2 weeks ago. I liked the hotel. Lovely restaurant on site (fish). There was a delay in settling, experienced negative emotions, but the sun, sea, air, conditions in the hotel, quickly corrected the mood. The rest was a success. Very surprised with the call from the hotel. I am glad that the opinion and reviews of holidaymakers are taken into account. Success to you and prosperity.

The restaurants are great… food is amazing. We went for the day pass on Saturday for 103 dhs which includes buffet lunch and beach access and pool and fitness. It's amazing … great location. Calm and quiet environment. You will love it.

Rooms are OK location is super right on the beach. Recommended is sea view otherwise you can look at a busy road. The hotel tries very hard to compensate for small mishaps with nice little Gratesleistungen.

It was there since 30 years ago when I was celebrating my wedding party in its party hall and it's still nice place to celebrate in.

This hotel has a nice beach, sometimes sunbeds may not suffice. The front desk (it seems the name is Larissa) can send you to another hotel upon arrival if there are no seats (despite booking and payment). I was taken to Ajman for 1 night. If you know English, talk to the manager. He'll apologize and make a compliment. The front desk is harmful or tired, she did not ask for forgiveness, said that I can complain to anyone I want. Of course, this behavior cannot but disappoint the guest. And the rest is fine. Cute Filipino woman who was cleaning in our room was always polite and inclusive. The manager of the foreigner is also very good, but he did not speak Russian.
And to be honest, this hotel is located almost in Ajman, better to take in the center of Sharjah or in Dubai. There's not much entertainment. Only the beach…

I went for my brothers wedding. I loved the food. The location. I went with GPS system and it got me there without any problem. The service was superb.

Excellent place to spend some relaxed laid-back time away from the hustle bustle. Nice serene sea side atmosphere with good landscaping and a small but good pool and a good coffee shop for late night work or leasure meets.

The hotel is on the sea. Good pool. There is a green area with lawns. But in the lobby of the hotel is very cold. No balcony. We got upgraded to higher floor on request… higher floor has good view. Enjoyed the family pool and beach. Room was clean. Service good. Spa therapy by Sindhu was excellent, front office ms. Nina was very cordial. Overall good experience.

Really this is 3.5/stars. The hotel boast common features of a resort hotel. The room was adequate. TV channels were lacking. Breakfast was average. When I visited the sea was murky so I didn't venture down to the private beach much. This hotel is now dwarfed by the humongous Sheraton hotel next door. Parking is tight and inadequate. The only redeeming factor is the family swimming pool is brilliant and was hence worth the stay.

I have travelled quite a lot and stopped in many good hotels, but Carols Hotel for me was just the best! I was searching for a place to stay in Dubai and initially was not impressed by the pictures of its bedroom, and continued to look for a more glamorous looking accommodation. With just three days of my holiday left I decided to check Carols out and I now regret discarding it. When I first arrived in hotel the friendly staff welcomed me with open arms, the rooms and hotels in general was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was superb and they provided great beach activities during the day It was the best of everything. I can't wait to go back again, highly recommended.
