Excellent hotel, rooms were huge and the interiors were world class. But to my disappointment when they paid too much attention to interiors how come they missed water leaking over the shower tub? could they not have a shower curtain in place? That's kind of dumb. Check in/Out was a bit lowsy with no greeting and just namesake. When you have a nice hotel why not improve customer service? The center hallway coffee shop was excellent to host mini meetings with clients. They can improve much.

Spacious room. Great amenities. Excellent service. Near Dubai international airport. But you need to walk +/ — 15-20 mins to the nearest metro station. There are restaurants and groceries stores nearby.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Good quality of services and room service. Hotel and room very clean. Reasonably located hotel with small shops nearby.

The service is very good. The staff is helpful and responsive. Mr. Sufian (reception) always ready to help you even his space is crowded with new visitors, Mr Ram in service front office is so kind, he took care of my luggage and carry them readily to the new room after I asked for changing it, such staff make visitors always feel comfortable and enjoy their residence in Dubai. My visit time : May 2018 and will lasts to the next month.

Actually quite gur but the houseceeping comes so late and at the pool the ladders wiggle but otherwise normal.

The rooms are clean and large. But you do not even have the right to breakfast despite the price disbursed.

Huge room spacious and pretty, but the finishes are horrible, the door of the wardrobe falls, leaks from the shower are noticed, buttons are not fixed, lamps fall. And the list is still long.

I didn’t like the hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you are waiting on your flights because it is close to the airport otherwise I will not recommend it especially if you are staying for more than 2 days. — I have stayed 5 nights and only 1 time the room service came to clean the room despite I notify them many times to clean my room. — TV service is very basic. — Some staff are not friendly.

Good Central Hotel. Indoors in some places need renovation. Breakfast buffet good and viefältig. The hotel is located near the airport, a bit far from the centre. Supermarket, bakery and a restaurant in the immediate vicinity.

I am very much in this hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location in my case-near the office of our company and the airport. From the point of view of the usual tourist the location is not much, as it is quite far to the city center and to the beaches. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the soundproofing is decent. The bathroom is spacious with everything you need. With change of towels and the truth there are some problems: sometimes take away a towel for feet and in return do not leave, though it is not critical. The hotel has a nice fitness room, the pool never went. The breakfast is great with a very wide selection of dishes. My assessment may be slightly overstated, but every next visit in small things gets better, so at least for it put five stars, well done.

The hotel room was large but it could definitely have been cleaner. Located just outside. We didn't like the breakfast. Nevertheless, it fulfils its purpose.

I would highly recommend grand plaza hotel. I had a memorable experience from the concierge warm welcome, great ambiance which caught my attention because of the cleanliness. Had great Options to choose from.

Hotel is located near the airport. Area not worth seeing. Room service arrived at our hotel only 5 pm. Decoration for the bed was placed in a corner. In some places need renovation. Breakfast is plentiful. Hot and cold dishes.

Good 4 star business hotel nearby DAFZA and airport. Good huge rooms, mostly with twin beds however. Comfortable beds, good size bathroom, just had each shower problems for keeping water temperature steady. First night a light bulb did not work, but second night bulb had been replaced without me having said it. Hotel is a few years old now and you start to see some wearing here and there, details, but still. Nothing in the area to visit, except a few good cheap eateries. Via booking you can find room only prices sometimes as low as euro 50 a night. So 4 rating.

Fantastic experience. This is just what a 4+ star hotel should be. Very pleasant and accommodating service, silent room (despite being both on a major road and near the airport), spotless, modern, and all of the amenities you would expect and more. We got a decent price, so the value was unbeatable. I would caution that we were given an upgrade to a suite facing the interior. It is possible that rooms facing the street are noisier and less plush. The only downside of this hotel is that they offer smoking rooms. If you don't book directly, you can't totally control the room assignment. I hope the hotel goes non-smoking. It's 2018. Smoking is disgusting and the risk of getting a smoking room is a strong downside. But, in our non-smoking suite, the experience was perfect.

The four stars for the hotel are fine. Cleanliness, food and rooms are good. However, the location of the hotel is suboptimal for city visits. By taxi you have to plan a cost of 15 – 20 euros to the city.

A good 4 star hotel. Though this in dubai very closed to sharjah. Lovely restaurant in ground floor served buffet and a le cart food. Have three conference room in same. Very attractive interior. Parking available in hotel basement.

The team is amazing. I have been surprised with a birthday cake for my birthday. The service is fantastic. Reception team & Housekeeping will always go an extra mile to assure all guests are happy.

Great weekend escape with family. Hotel is 10 min far from Mamzar Beach very convenient if you are looking to relax in Dubai. I have been welcomed with a big smile and my entire stay has been just a great experience thanks to Munira and Mustafa. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hotel OK but a real problem with the water temperature… very eccentric… In an area not attractive… it is necessary to count 50 DHS to reach the center.

This hotel has some up and downs. The rooms area very large and comfortable, however mine really smelled off smoke and / cigarette. Public areas are not really luxurious. The massage service was extremely professional and comparable to a physiotherapy appointment. The location is not nice and there's nothing in the surrounding area.

Location is 10 minutes away from the Dubai Airpor Free Zone metro station. Pretty clean and good service for the hotel rates. Taxi and bus stop are just in front of the main entrance which makes travelling around convenient.

I am so in love with this hotel. Superb service from all staff. Big luxurious rooms, great gym and spa area with roof top pool. This hotel has been my stop-over home on my travel thru Dubai and I have no reason to change.

Surprised at how amazing it was for the price. Absolute value for money. Stayed here a handful of times and the experience always has been delightful. Well appointed interiors, good lobby cafe, no clubs or lounge hence no loud music, no crowd gathering. Basement parking available, as well as paid public parking next to the building. Food (in room dining) fairly priced but can be better. Overall, I'd give it 8/10

Hotel is quite quiet and comfortable with the pool on the terrace and a gym, the rooms are spotless and spacious. The staff is impeccable and friendly, for breakfast, it's top and the quality of the dishes are very good, pity the hotel is a bit far from the center.

Great hotel to stay in if you are looking for a hotel not center of dubai. Staff is friendly and provide the needed help to all requests on time with no delays. Parking is available at all time and very easy to access. Totally recommended!

Amazing hotel, bit away from the city. The rooms are big and foo is awesome. The metro connectivity is there so won't be much of an issue. Try to get room on 4th floor as the sight seeing and outside view is good.

High standard and great service. Well equipped gym facilities and nice pool area on the top floor.

Reasonably priced. Very large roomz and bathroom. Staff was very good. No valet parking but basement parking available for customers only.

They conducted an open recruitment few days ago. After making me, along with several other candidates stand out in the heat the HR told that there would be no more interviewing and have a ridiculous explanation that, it is impossible for them to manage crowd during operation time.

Everything's was great in the hotel but it wasn't a good choice to stay 1 month I stayed 1 month but ur families r not safe in pool areas even life guard asking room numbers and troubling girls over there. Alfredo was really helpful Even mr zaid took action but still I won't stay anymore n won't suggest to families.

OK, cast way 10 minutes to the Metro, room clean, food good, staff very friendly.

This is a good quality 4 star hotel with good clean facilities and fair size rooms with friendly staff. There is one area of concern; the morning breakfast is very disorganized the waiters/ waitress are too busy cleaning tables than assisting the patrons. There are NO teaspoons available to use?

The employees at this hotel steal! they stole my credit card out of my wallet and used it to rack up $500 worth of charges and my wife had to go through a lot to get the money back! if you stay here do not leave anything in your room when you leave.
