Its the best hotel ive ever being so far. The staff is friendly and the rooms were good and the leisure room was very fun to spend time with.

People serving friendly. AC smells bit moldy. Laundry be cautious they handwash and destroyed one item of mine. 2 stars from reception being friendly. Other 1 star.

Duplicated charges during booking in April 2018. Never paid back. Ignored all my requests. Had to file CC fraud report. Thereare harassing BS managers on reception. Scam alert. Avoid.

I was staying here for 10 days and it was pleasure environment in this facility. Staff and Management was so good. Overall experience was amazing.

Not worth at all no good service especially at the counter reception no good cleaness no drinking water supplied and no tea or coffee supplied no enough utensilsin the kitchen no washing machine working many small insect found in each every corner of rooms and in kitchen cooking not possible as many kitchen items are not there.

Best location, surrounded by restaurants and supermarket. Staff is really polite, attentive to details and resolves any problems quickly. Metro station is at walkable distance, close to airport and has NMC hospital near by for all medical needs. Lots of ATMs, money exchange near by. Easy to get taxi for both Sharjah and within Dubai city. Swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, food room service available. Fantastic experience, highly recommended.

I spent 3 nights at Emirates star hotel. Was very happy with the service and accommodation. During my stay the hotel staff also supported me with a adapter. Very customer friendly. Very open rooms and clean. I rate this with 5 stars for satisfaction matter.

This hotel have very nice service good educated staff and also on a good location.

I would give a negative rating if possible, they extort money from guests claiming they have broken this or that, whereas it's their room which has several problem, from basin not functioning to main door handles getting stuck and then they claim you have mishandled their utensils, and they will do that the moment you will be leaving and hv already called your taxi or have a flight in a few moments so that you don't hv much time to argue. Don't believe me? go and see for yourself. Plus they will cancle your booking so you book on a later date with higher rates.

The reception is very rude I have made booking from 11.04 to 19.04 For my friend using my credit card I went to hotel 11.04.16 at 00:45H so I can submit my card detail and my I'd So my friend has no problem checking in I showed him all the required documents but he saiD come 2moro I can't help u now I ask him if it is ok for him if I give my copy of card and I'd with letter so he can allow my friend to check in There was a BIG NO even in the airlines it's accepted then why not in this hotel I went to navras hotel and they said it's ok if I am providing a letter I will never come back to this hotel and I will recommend my all Serco staff to approach navras hotel instead of this hotel Anytime.

The decor in the pictures do not correspond to reality. The staff were lovely. No powercheck, tolkuse, kitchen towels. There is no bathrobes. Under the Windows Storica, which starts at half 7 in the morning. The hotel is half an hour away from the city Center. Room uberut once every two or three days.

Quite a nice hotel, but when here stayed at the beginning of 2015 was not working and was near the swimming pool construction, started knocking at 7 am. Wi-Fi is there but very nerdy and the signal is very poor.
need to get 15 minutes.

I enjoyed my stay there even though they once served bad feta cheese. Gross. Other than that the staff was good enough.

Good hotel appartment for all.

Most incompetent staff I have ever met. Unfriendly staff and working without priority: who comes last is serve first. Prepare for long check-in. I extended my stay from the front desk. On the day the extension was starting they ask me to leave the hotel! they did not record it and hotel was full. Rooms are dirty with cockroaches running in the bathroom and kitchen.
