Very worst experience mandatory things internet is not getting in room sometimes employees act unprofessional.

— Big black cockroach on the bed.
— AC had troubles every day.
— They don't have the cooling system so they offered me a BUCKET for the shower to fill it, wait for the water to cool down, then use it.
— After all these problems I left even if the upcoming night was already paid and they did not offer 1 DIRHAM of discount.

There's all members is very good.

Charged me for an opened minibar. I had not used mini bar at all. Somebody had pierced the snack box. Bad practice of staff. They were so hungry they ate from my mini bar for which I had to pay AAvoid at all cost. not trustworthy bad location noisy place you cannot sleep here.

Easy to commute. Nice cozy rooms. Affordable stay.

Good atmosphere here, very nice location to arrange party events, friendly staff. Only problem I noticed is there is no car park for this Hotel, we need to use public paid parking. The restaurant at Ground Floor serves Indian keralite tasty foods, very neat and clean. Reservation required to conduct events, economical charges.

A great place to stay. Will be more accessible soon when metro is finished.

Sometimes you'd like to relax after long weekdays at work, but was upset with the place, toilet was dirty, I found hair. Pillow case was obviously not new. Smells like someone's head and just put back again. Wifi toooo slow! I checked out and couldn't sleep, late night was so noisy from mezzanine floor and could hear clearly the drainage of water pipe from the toilet ceiling.

For the bar/pub — — okish if you are on a tight budget. There are only 2 bars in alqusais/nahda areas. One is this and another dubai grand. Both almost same.

The rooms are nice and clean. They are well maintained also. There are two metro station in under 1 km on each direction. Taxis are easily available. Lots of restaurants around. The cons mainly was about the disco bars you don't see any one but you hear a lot of music till late night and you find posters for bar dancers etc in the reception making you question the enterprise. We had no issues during our stay. The Kerala restaurant is not very good and is best avoided. If treated as a place to sleep at night it's a good option.

Small banquet hall but neatly kept. Good for a small family get together. Nice N tasty food too.

Fredies sports bar where you can enjoy live sports entertainment with food and drinks etc.

Good room and quickly accessible from airport. They are charging additional for early check in and late checkout. Which is note mentioned during online booking time.

Decent hotel situated in Al qusais. Good metro connectivity. Good breakfast, Restobar and night club.

Nothing special about it. Good for spending a night since price is good. Smoke smell everywhere.

It should be 0 stars. Hotel is terrible. Prepare to fall a sleep after 3 / 4 AM after all parties in clubs ends and music won't be loud even in 3rd floor.

The room costs $70 usd a night which is a fair price for its quality but I went to one of the clubs in the bar and the owner tried to charge me 300 for a plate of fruit and 150 to see 5 minutes of hookers standing on stage. The hotel is okay but the pubs and clubs inside will rob you blind.

The Wi-Fi was very bad. The breakfast was good. The desk/reception service needs improvement abd receptionists need to smile more.

The place is fine. The parking under the building is super stinky and needs proper arrangement. The rooms are good. I liked the device they have outside rooms to show room, room bell, room cleaning and laundry was the latest technology.
