Very bad hotel Very bad services. No services, no housekeeping no security always in place specially in case parking Bad AC Really under my expectation.

This is a cool hotel especially with bcp service nearby.

I am only giving this hotel a 3 star because I waited long in the reception. To think that Dubai is hot and humid I sweat toooooo much. That lady don't know how I like to go to my room already and take a cool bath. Yes guys the water here is cold even though its summer during that time. In Marco Polo Hotel. Its hot.

The location is excellent near metro and bus station The room is large and good but cleanness may need improvement.

This hotel is located approximately before Salahaddine metro station when going from alghurair center. The location is very good and the city star is very good with best service provided in a very professional way. The hotel is neat and clean. I have been there for sometimes and senn that they are qualified.

It's cheap for a reason. You can get much better accommodation for a bit more money. The rooms are not clean. The smell of cigarette smoke is heard throughout the building. The bath tubs are not cleaned and stained. I canceled my booking and paid the fine. It was worth paying the fine and getting the hell out of there.

Close to the al ghurair shopping centre.

Budget hotel,. Not good if u r with ur family.

Very good value to money. Location is very good because of easy access to Metro and very close to Al Ghurair shopping Center. Close to Dubai central area like Bani Yas Square. It has parking facility but you have to pay for which is very necessary if you have a car. Hotel rooms are spacious and room service is acceptable.

Rooms are clean and neat, and staff are very friendly. Only issue was the loud music and noise at night.

Bad experience. Couldn’t stay more than 15 mins very bad smell in the room … I think it’s for the people need 3rd class night life with pub and girls. Not for stay. Good things — Staff are good, Good location they have refunded immediately.

A Very Good Hotel near to Salah Al Din Metro Station and Bus Stop. Has almost 5 Dance Clubs. Reef Mall and Al Ghurair Centre is nearby. The Only problem with this Hotel is Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi Connectivity and speed is the worst.

Horrible service. There is no internet connection and when ask they threatened us to leave without a refund. The receptionist said he is not bothered to give a solution and also mentioned if we wanted a new room withninternet we had to wait till 1'00 p. M or leave without a refund. I am surprise to see a service so bad : (

The experience was nice. Silent and peaceful. Has their own restaurant and food was nice. I can recommend this for family stay.

It's nearby Union metro and busstand. If you booking through online rate is very cheap. Nearby big malls also there.

They put the music in their club during the hotel customers sleeping.

— You dont have internet in the room, you should to stay on the ground floor to have connection. and the BEST OF THE BEST IS when I lie on the sofa of the ground floor to chill o Wi-Fi, one of their guard had came to me and ask me to sit normal. (the shame)

The location is very nice: just a few steps from the Salah Al Din metro station. The stuffs are friendly and welcoming. Didn't have to wait too long for the check-in. The only cons was the bathroom was too small in our room (I believe it varies). You can find super markets and restaurant in the neighborhood. Overall a very nice hotel in a nice location. Unfortunately, one of the two lifts was not working, and another one was very slow. It was bit disappointment. Breakfast was not great either, I was below average. Room Tip: Ask for a room that has a decent size bathroom. Ours was too tiny.

Good price and location. Limited and confined car parking, noisy night club, no kettle, nonsmoking room smells of smoke. Wi-Fi is aed 10/hr.
