Not at all happy, I don't know why these kind of hotels are still running that too with a 3 star tag! Definitely not recommended for anyone. If u have low budget then probably u can think of this Hotel, but it's not worth of anything… Negatives : Wifi — restart everytime, if u get a room little far from the router then forget using it Cleanliness — a big flop show, none of the rooms are worth saying that it's clean! that's all, better spend some additional bucks and stay in a little better hotel… where u feel happy…

Hotel is only just OK. We had no cups to make a coffee after our late arrival, they promised to send some up but they never arrived. Our friends couldn't sleep because of noisy party. Not a place I would go to again.

The ease of metro station bein nearby is a big plus, the friendly but little mis understanding staff along with rather small rooms (perhaps for singles) was a big minus.

Its good hotel near to Salah Al Din Metro Station. Providing good service for mostly asians people. Pakistani, Indians, Bangladeshi, Philippines and etc mostly visitors for fun and enjoyment. But staying for nights mostly from Europe and other countries as well because its cheap and best for the location. You can access Wi-Fi, nearest location Metro, Police Station, Pumps, Stores, Shopping Center, Especially Al Ghurair Centre. Price wise is aso good.

I booked Royal Falcon Hotel for my sister and her 3 kids (3 bedroom large) the room was small enough for the price but the main issue was with Air conditioning, it was not working. I booked room for 5 days and on the same night they moved in, we complaint and asked for replacement room as AC was completely off, technical and room service staff was pretending that it is working and refuse to move us to other room. We had to stay in such condition overnight. The other day I tried to communicate with the hotel owner and he got angry at me that why I am complaining again and again and why I called their staff in night… This was the most pathetic and ignorant customer service I have ever seen. Despite of the fast the owners and my nationality was same. I would still give him 1 star, wish I could give him zero star.

— To live better above 3 floors, discos noisy.
— several times tried to order food in the restaurant, it was not available.

Best place to stay if you want to save money and live a peaceful time. Overall hotrl is clean. Provides free Wi-Fi. Room service is good and fast. The best thing is hotel's location. U just walk out of the door and the metro station is there. (P. S metro is the most affordable and convienint way method of transportation in dubai if you dont have your own car)

Staff should be more courteous. Although I had reserved a room on my arrival they said room is not available and asked me to wait until check in time of 2 PM. Where will I go from 8 AM to 2 PM? So I went and booked anothet hotel and came to pick my bags and when they came to know iam moving to another place they said room is avaialable and gave me room immediately.

Not a good service, the receptionist is busy talking with his Co worker rather than focus to the customer. What I ask he didn't even listen to me properly.

The water flow is very weak, I was very disappointed because I found some bug in my room. Overall it's quite place and the transportation is very easy.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were dirty, the bedding was dirty and the mattress was in poor condition. Wifi was of poor stability.

I booked using the credit card of my boyfriend and upon checking in since I dont have the card they asked for my debit card and charged me again. They told me that they will refund the charge on my debit card within a week. And its been a month now so I called the accounts of the hotel. I spoke to their accounts and told me its a thursday and their working hours is just until 6pm, it was only 530pm when I called. She still has 30mins to fix the issue, telling such reason to a client is very unprofessional and unethical at work. just because the person has checked out already they should be handling their clients for after sales too. I called today morning 1030am and told me to call back at 4pm. How long does it take to track their accounts? are they from the old generation to not have a proper system? I am very disappointed on how they handle their clients.

Central location, Metro station, good supply facilities, nightclubs/alcohol in the house, top staff.

Its a best hotel & copretive staff. Its situated in the centre every thing is near on walking distance.

It was nice place. And staff was great.

Rooms are small and untidy. Maintenance needs a lot improvement. Water dripping from AC ducts and no one bothers much. The room boy was very helpful though.

Went to Royal Falcon Hotel for 7 times. Great service by all staff in general and by Mr. Mabood and Security guys in particular. Huge Respect.

Big rooms with good Wi-Fi service, the Pakistani night club is noisy at night.

I usually checked in in this hotel for almost a year now, the staff was accommodating and pleasant but not until now. I'm not sure what came unto them but they suddenly called me and told me about cancellation procedures. I do understand that I have not followed proper cancellation procedure but that does not mean that a hotel manager needs to call the customer without notice just to scold? I was surprised by the high toned voice of the manager explaning to me of the procedure as if she is scolding one of her staff. I was very disappointed in the way she talked as if there is no respect as she is almost shouting and not explaining in a sincere manner. Because of this I will never use this hotel again. The staff and this manager is very disrespectful of her customers. I will also not recommend this hotel to others. Continue this kind of manner and the business will be soon come to a close.

Low price and easy access to Salah Al Din metro station.

A hotel truly modest with a climate that is below freezing. The location was perfect. The location was not that interesting.

It is cheap. Approximately USD20 per night per person. Do not expect luxuries. The Internet is not good in the rooms.

Shabby Hotel on the outskirts of Dubai from the bad service that inherits the structure of the old night club.

I did not like my stay at this hotel because of it's location, night clubs, poor Wi-Fi, food menu and the place is not clean. The room never been cleaned while I was there add to that I had to sleep with no pillowcases. As for the night clubs I couldn't sleep very will as my room was in the third floor and I was able to hear the noise all the night. I will never ever think to stay in this hotel again and I don't recommend anyone to stay in it.

I did not like the stay at all. Indian lady on reception was rude and when there was a problem she gave me the attitude and rolled her eyes, very unprofessional. The room was cleaned every four days and if I wanted any toiletries, clean towel or hair dryer (which I was brought after two hours and did not work anyways) I had to ask the personnel that did not speak English at all. The only good thing about the hotel is its vicinity to the metro station. For the rest I did not like the quality of the service neither hotel itself. I will definitely not come back.

I actually like the hotel location, 15 seconds from Salah Din Metro Station. The Hotel price, location and facilities. Are good for a person being for doing a business in the city and needs a near and cheap location to stay not for a person who is looking for kind of facilities. The damn nightclub loud every day till 3 o'clock! I made a move to the 7th floor to have some rest away from the night club noise but I catched another noise in the roof! I think the AC's noise! Even the whole AC's system in rooms are connected to each-other. I mean if your AC's is off but your room still cold if the nearest room of you is turning on the AC.

I normally don't write these reviews even when the hotel is bad but this is beyond bad. I stayed there two weeks, the room was not ready upon arrival even though it was check in time at 14:00 and it took them another 45 minutes to get the room ready. Not even a drink was offered as I was waiting in the lobby all that time after a very exhausting trip! For the first two nights I had to sleep without pillowcases as they ''forgot''. The room is cramped but not too small and badly finished. Sometimes an odour from the bathroom. No DND disturb signs or clean up room signs so the staff will bother you with knocking even when you personally told them to be left alone. I had room 708. I wanted to be high up so I wouldn't suffer the noise of the late loud clubs build in the hotel. The bed made me itch terribly for some reason but I didn't see any bugs. The mattress is rock-hard but looks decent. The cover needs replacement so do some towels. Soap, body-lotion, shampoo are all in the bathroom and the bathroom offers a good size. The door-lock couldn't be double locked cause it was broken. Remote control not working, some lights not working. Internet was really overpriced. Breakfast was a la carte in the room and also overpriced. Don't do breakfast, it gave me food-poisoning but luckily I had antibiotics on me and they worked. Half of the items on their menu card they don't have and multiple times they will come with the wrong order or some different ingredient.

This is a NO-NO-NO Hotel. We stayed for 8 nights. Having booked it through a website in England had no choice but to spend time there. And now the issues: 1. There are 3-4 night clubs in 3 floors (hotel has seven floor). Therefore you will see many crowd late nights with so much noise. 2. A floor is specified to "massage" activity! (You will know what can this mean when actually be in Dubai), so you will be seeing — and be offered the service! — many women and subsequent related crown all the time! 3. Air conditioning control switch is located in hallways and not in rooms, therefore you will be experiencing constant fight for turning it on or adjusting it! 4. Not a single cleaner or disinfecting material being used in any where in the hotel. The only means of "cleaning" we saw was a mopping pads! The bathrooms are full of stains and smell. We changed our first room where did not have hot water for second room next day. None of them had a working fan in bathrooms. And there were an unbearable stinky smell coming out of bathroom all the time. 5. All the furniture, bed, blankets, covers, towels, etc are completely worn out. Don't be fooled with those images. 6. Be prepared as definition of "CLEAN" or "CLEANING" will be differed with hotel staff, especially house keepers, as mostly have come from villages of India or etc. Therefore, there would be constant struggle for asking for obvious things to be done and in our case it was not the case.

On arrival the first thing that surprised us is that the category of the hotel is not a 3* (how to sell this hotel and not only us), and 2*. 1. We such horrors yet seen, in room lacked the most elementary; towels, glasses, clothes hangers, the Windows did not open, the air conditioning did not work, almost all the bulbs in not working condition, the water from the water was ice cold, noise was absent.
After our comments, the hotel has addressed some drawbacks, namely: in room appeared towels, glasses, clothes hangers. 2 the following morning we woke up at any blisters, which are very scratched. At first we did not understand what was the matter, but the next night in his bed bugs found. By proving the administrator of the hotel we have achieved resettlement in another room.
